Ive had my car for a year in January,its a great car I will say that. But the customer service Ive received since October was been unbelievable. I made my payment in September,in October they came to repo my car saying I was behind( I wanna say 17 days)I called the owner and asked him to make sure he had the right person and he said yes I told him I made the payment. Instead of arguing I said ok take the car Ill find the recepit. Well I couldnt find it so I had to pay right at 700$ to get my car back. I got it back the same day. I asked about the last I normally pay,she was out sick. I waited a few days called and spoke to her, asked her if she remembered me coming in to make a payment because we talked that day and without me going into what was said she remembered. She said she would get it straightened out I waited 2 more days called to make sure it was ok she said yes. We will credit the account for that amount. So that would have made me due again in January. We they called me back the other day( a different person)and he says Im behind 17 days when can I come in to pay. I had to explain what happened. That conversation amounted to I have to go make a payment Monday so they dont repo my car. The kicker is the lady that supposed to had fixed this problem has been out of work for 2weeks and they dont know when shell be back. When she comes back we will sit down and figure this all out. But I have to pay before that. To me thats saying something went wrong and she isnt gonna be back. Then Im out of another 700$ cause I will be paying for what they say is late and for December. Sorry its so long but this has been hell. KEEP YOUR RECEPITS it dont matter how long you have been dealing with the company everybody is out for themselves. They dont care that its even christmas
