Perry Morgan is truly an honest man. He and his wife run a good business. Ive known them for twenty years. Their lead mechanic, Lee is one of the very best in the business. The salesman Russ talks way too much about nothing. He must like to hear his own voice. We tried to ask questions but he kept talking & talking & talking. I had to interrupt him to say we did not have all day & did he mind if we actually test drove a vehicle. We were extremely happy when another couple pulled into the lot & gained his experience on everything in the world because we were able to make our escape.

I was in a horrible situation where I needed a vehicle fast and just needed help . I was greeted by Russ who helped me find the perfect vehicle in my price range and was very nice and actually cared about my situation and what I needed an not just selling a car . After not being able to get a loan with one lender due to my credit I almost lost all faith in getting a car . The very next morning Perry called me and got me approved with another lender and I was able to get the car I wanted and it was a blessing . Both Perry and Russ were more interested in helping me then just selling a car and I felt so special and blessed because I almost gave up. I would recommend anyone to come here . Had a good experience here. Josh and Perry helped me get a 2012 Escape for a fair price.They were very easy to talk to. They made it easy to take the car to my local mechanic, who reported no problems except needing an oil change and new wipers. First Choice took these recommendations and also replaced some damaged speakers in the car for me. The car is clean and running great 2 weeks in.The warranty they offer is limited, so make sure you understand its limits when you are deciding whether or not to purchase. For me it was worth it for the peace of mind because I put a lot of miles on my car and the warranty is unlimited mileage.If they have a car you are interested in definitely go check them out.

I bought an 01 Accord ex coupe today from them for more than what I think should’ve been sold for. They told me the car was running great and I test drove it. There were no problems...or so there seemed. I drove the car for not even a day after buying it and on my way home from work I was getting onto the interstate and it stopped revving passed 4000 rpms. At first I thought maybe there was a limited on the car. But every gear and even in neutral it did this. I had a 90 Accord ex coupe that had a tune on it but my rev limiter was at redline. I thought to myself “who puts a limited at 4K?” On the test drive of course I wasn’t going to beat on a car if I wasn’t sure I was even going to buy it. It turns out that they sold me a car with three different engine codes on it. On top of this there was no check engine light. I highly doubt that this bulb blew out. It’s too much of a coincidence. I am less than pleased with them. I would not recommend to anyone. Here are the pictures of the codes.

Bought a 2002 Chevy S10, and had nothing but problems with it. I did purchase the extra warranty from Auto Protec and i totally advise against that move, the worst company possible, they did nothing for me.i understand vehicle quality can be missed, and not everything is perfect. but why i have 1 star is do to the lack of help on everyones part, the overprice i paid for warranty that was never supported and the additional money that it cost to get anyone to help. I went to this dealership because my aunt recommended me to them.....but even tho I got an OK deal with these guys.....they are nothing more than crooks and scam artists.....only gave me $1000 on a 2009 Toyota Tacoma.....I mean really.....but my biggest complaint is the way they treated my aunt....she is senior citizen and on a very tight budget....they said they were going to put new tires on her car.....but instead charged her $250 and only put 2 tires on the back....said that the other 2 tires were on backorder and they would call her when they came in.....its been 8 months now and no one has called her yet.....plus they told her that they would give her a $100 bonus if she referred someone that bought a car from them.....I bought my car from them 3 weeks ago and they still havent come thru with this promise yet either.....bad bad company to deal with.....I would suggest that any and everyone stay away from this company.....First Choice Auto = bad business.....

Tried to sell me a 1997 truck with busted break booster, disconnected radiator, bad water pump, and several other issues that could be seen just from popping the hood. He had initially said the worst thing about it was the missing door panel and tried to sell it as is for over $2000. It wouldnt have made it from the lot to my house.
