I had a warranty claim with my 2008 Accent for the airbag light. The part took a while to get here, but the installation was quick and easy. Dropped the car off and picked it up same day! It even looked like they washed and vacuumed the car and I didnt even have to ask! These guy in the service department are great!

I’ve never “enjoyed” the car buying experience before, but our experience at Hyundai of Greenville was FANTASTIC. Ryan Spradlin was such a big help and got me in and out in RECORD time; made sure I got into the type of vehicle I was dreaming about (for my family of 5); and was still fun to kill time with while we waited for the deal to go through. Shout out to the service department as well, for making sure that I don’t leave the lot without a full inspection on my new Nissan Rogue! I definitely would implore you to pay them a visit if you’re looking, or even THINKING about looking.

The dealership had my car for over 6 weeks to make under warranty repairs. There was constant back and forth of trying various things to make repair with ultimately requiring replacement of what was originally indicated as the issue. Finally receive my car back and still having issues, took back next day, supposedly resolved to today still having oil pressure issues. Waiting for a manager to return off vacation on Monday to tell me next steps. Been without a car for 6+ weeks to get it back and fearful of driving due to the unknown of the current situation. Of course I don’t know if this ridiculous experience is because of the local dealership or Corp but nonetheless I’ve been extremely patient but highly irritated. Had the BEST experience at Greenville Hyundai. I submitted an interest online to Pre-Qualify. Josh called me the next day to inquire on my situation, let me know the car I submitted an interest in actually sold the night before; but informed me they had another one in white with more features if I was interested. We set up a time for me to go look at the vehicle. I showed up for my appointment, he confirmed my information, asked if I had any other vehicles I may want to look at - got the keys and we went for test drives. I asked to see numbers on different options; they brought me figures and I chose what vehicle I wanted. They submitted my credit, got me extremely close to the payment I wanted with no money down! I signed my papers and drove off in my 2022 Hyundai Elantra all before lunch time! No pressure. 100% honesty. Everyone ask for Josh.

Once I purchased my new vehicle, I drove off the lot only to find it was empty. I stopped, filled it up, and went about my way. I let the salesman, Blake, know this happened the following day and he stated he’d send it via Venmo. Today, four days later, nothing has been sent and I can’t get I touch with him or Heidi (customer care assistant).Still need gas reimbursement, physical digital key, owners manual.This place takes your money and runs. It’s a joke!

Lewis Harrison helped us out on finding our first brand new vehicle, a 2022 Hyundai Accent. Though the vehicle we came for was not available, he helped us find something just as suitable, if not better. It was a bit daunting at first since he doesnt seem to be able to take No for an answer. On the flip side he negotiated with us until we were comfortable with the price and made sure we left happy and with a new pair of keys. The deal he offered and the coverage Hyundai offers for first time owners, it would have been stupid not to take that opportunity. Marcia, the woman who helped us through the financing process, was so incredibly helpful and informative too! She explained the coverage options and helped us choose the one that worked best for us. Be ready to have enough to cover a rental. Even though my warranty covered the repair of my car, they don’t have loaners and in order to get a reimbursement for paying a rental you’ll have to go and submit documentation through Hyundai customer service not the dealership. It’s a long process and you won’t get a clear answer whether you’ll even get reimbursed or not. I didn’t want to complain when my car was in because I didn’t want them to take longer to fix it. Apparently they are short handed so be ready for your car to be there 2wks+.

I have a quote with employer discounts been applied for pallisade and called them up to enquire about it in detail. They simply ignored my call and hanged up .many times .they said straight like “as a dealer we will charge 5 k extra from sticker price” . At least have the courtesy to address and talk politely to any customer. Poor and very rude customer service . Being new customer I will never ever refer any one here. Thy are not trying to bring in new customers and Suggest any as I had a plan to choose other Hyundai cars now I regret calling them up today.

We went here looking for a vehicle for a relative. We had a great sales experience with Lewis Harrison. He helped us look at all the vehicles we wanted. He was very knowledgeable and if we had a question he could not answer, he found the answer. Financing was easy with Kiara Campos. She is a great person and helped to get warranty and gap at a price that fit the budget. They made the purchase easy and a good experience. While we were there we really like another used vehicle and ended up buying it. Process for it was also a great experience. We have been to the dealership again for a couple of items which they said they would do to the vehicles. So far great experience with the follow up service. Mr. Woodruff has helped to take care of those items. Overall great experience and no complaints.

They are the only reason this is NOT a 1-star rating.The accounting team is beyond awful. It was agreed that the first month of payment would be covered. But I still got the bill in the mail addressed to me - which is fine. So I called the office and was told a check would be sent to me. It has been 3 weeks since that conversation. I have yet to receive any updates, a check, or anything. Several attempts to reach out, and I am unable to get a hold of them.This and the lack of after-sale care are the sole reason for me never returning to this dealership.Highly do NOT recommend going here. However, if you do decide to shop here, ensure Gary is who takes care of you. He did a great job.

There was no haggling or going back and forth on the price or car payment and the Sales Manager coming out explaining things, which in my past car buying experiences is a major negative.Blake explained the features of the car in an excellent fashion, just like he owned the same car.From the time I got there to time I left, the entire process was quick and fast.One of the main things for me was Blake dropped off the car.I would definitely recommend if your looking to purchase a car, go see Blake. Very deceptive. Dealers intentionally misleads buyers on how much they will pay. Dealers tried to swindle 10K as a down payment on a used car. While also trying to approve a lone worth more than a new car of the same model.Don’t not shop here. Very dishonest dealership.

Be sure you have price in writing before you sign and before you pay you or money down. I am a female that got taken advantage of. I love the vehicle and the staff was nice the day of signing. Then never communicated after that. I was told a second key came with vehicle and never was able to schedule a appt to program key. Mark up amount is outrageous and I was told 40k for my vehicle and ended up being 50k when everything was complete. I could have gotten a brand new one for that price. Very unhappy customer. They need to adjust to original price I was told. Page 1 and 3 of finance disclosure was missing and was in shock when finance company called to tell me. People please be careful! They are on the hunt

In March of 2021 I took my car in for scheduled maintenance as well a a factory recall. While I had my car in for these services I paid out of pocket to also have my door handle replaced. In order to do all these things I had to leave my car overnight. When I returned to pick up the car it had been severely scratched down the passenger side and on the passenger front door. I immediately reported these damages to Dustin who handled all of my appointments up to this point. I took pictures of the damages as did Dustin before I even unlocked the car. After we left that day both my wife and I repeatedly called Dustin throughout the end of March and all of April. We left numerous voice-mail and emails, to no response. When we did actually speak to Dustin on the phone he always needed to check with his supervisor or needed to get someone else to call us. I just took my car in for the next scheduled maintenance today August 19th. Dustin no longer works there and most of the service department is new as well. The whole dealership has changed ownership but they are still under the same name. I am still trying to get my car repaired for damages that took place in the service department. Not only was my car scatched but the door handle I paid to have replaced was installed incorrectly and has never worked and the power window on the same door has been malfunctioning since the repairs. After speaking with several members of the service department I was told it wasnt their problem because they are a whole new company. They are still under the same dealership name. I was told there was no proof the damage had occurred there. I showed them the pictures I took on their property time stamped on the original pick up, as well as text messages, and email correspondence where we tried repeatedly to get this resolved. My car is still in the service center at Greenville Hyundai. Hopefully the repairs will be made soon. I would love to be able to update this review with a more positive experience but I wont hold my breath.

Please do not go here! I have been back and forth with this dealership multiple times over the last month. I can get no answers, I cannot get anyone to call me back. I was told when I asked to speak with someone in Corporate that they do not care and that there isnt much they can do. This place is a nightmare. I asked to speak with a general manager, turns out, they dont even have one. I messaged the actual person who sold me my car, explained to him the issues I am having, and got no call/text back. They do a great job getting you to purchase a car, and then after that, they are done.

I just visited them about 6 47 PM today and found that they do these things:1. They said they have vehicle I inquired. When you get there, the vehicle is not available. They said it just sold. They have the whole time to let me know about it (I told them I will be there today) they do not notify.2. They provided me the OTD, but that would not be honored. When you get there, you will find two bogus dealer added items $299 each that were not previously accounted for. I specifically told them, I would deal if there werent surprising dealer added items. But they do add them anyway when you get there.You would have to fight for a while to get to the online place at this place. I would rather deal elsewhere.

Greenville Hyundai provided an excellent experience when shopping for a new car for my mom. I was searching Truecar.com and clicked or didn’t click something that sent my info to several car dealerships. Greenville replied quickly. I informed them that I was assisting my mom. She wanted something that sits high, low miles, and low monthly payment. He asked what was the payment amount. I told him and although we thought we would end up with a pre-owned car, he offered a new one if he could get the payments in her price range. Well to our surprise he got it where she needed it to be and she was able to get a brand new car. Icing on the cake: we live 2 hours away and he delivered the car to her. The entire process was handled mostly by text message and phone and took less than 24 hours. If you are looking for a car, Greenville Hyundai is definitely a dealership you want to check out!! If I could give 0 stars for the service center I would. I tried calling for 3 days and even left a voicemail about getting my oil changed and no one will give me a call back or answer the phone. They also won’t tell me when I need my oil change it keeps changing. I’ve been told 4 different mileage even drove an hour to get there to be told no, but I call a different dealership and they tell me the correct amount and answer they phone so do yourself a favor and go to a different dealership.

Worst experience Ive ever had at a dealership. And Ive been buying cars 40 yrs. Completely unprofessional staff. No one was wearing masks or social distancing. They blatantly lied to me to get me to drive 70 miles. The prices on the website are not honored once you get there. They tried to get me to pay $5,000 over the sticker price and told me they dont do test drives until after the deal is made.
