This is a first for me, rating my auto finance company. Lol. But I have had my car financed through Ford Motor Credit, actually I have had several cars financed through them. It has been a great experience thus far. The app is very user friendly, making it easy for me to view my balance, make a payment, or seek other useful information. I am a many time over Ford owner, so the next Ford I buy i will likely use Ford Motor Credit again.

Ford motor Credit is holding my car title hostage. The phone number rarely works most of the time the call volume is too high for them to talk to me. After many attempts I have gotten through a couple of times. only to be told it would not be hard for them to get me my lean release. They never follow through. it has been now 3 mo. process over ten hours spent trying to get this letter. I need to sale this car.

The Supervisor, Rachel Faber, is very callous, disrespectful, unreasonable and unprofessional. Our phone call escalated to her yelling and borderline teasing their customer, a COVID patient, during a pandemic of all times. I would caution anyone considering doing business with Ford Credit.

Very short and wouldnt even talk to me give me the phone number to a collection bureau I feel they owe me at least an an answer as to why I took the car back the next day didnt have it 14 hrs the dealership would not let me out of the deal I paid either4 r 6 thousand down I had 2 call Ford Motor to get the dealership to take it back mow I find out 7 yrs later I have a lean on me for 8 thousand dollars really messed up my credit I cant afford to pay 12 r 14 thousand for a car for 14 hours can anyone else I feel this was a horrible way 2 do anyone

Why is it taking Ford Motor Credit so many months to get the clutch into fix the transmission on 2012 Ford Focus SE? 8-12 months is just too longto drive a vehicle that will come to an instant stop in the middle of the highway. This is a very dangerous situation.
