I had the pleasure of working with four different individuals at this family owned business, each one more pleasant than I could have hoped for. From taking the time to offer me lower costing models despite my being very upfront about being willing to spend more because I was in a pinch to arranging payment, delivery, removal of my old items, and installation over the phone and email so I could remain home, I was thrilled with the customer service through and through. I’ve recently relocated to Greenville from Michigan and speaking with the owner during the installation was like talking to my new best friend. I cannot speak highly enough of this business and will definitely return for any future needs!

Tried Lowes and Home Depot for an in stock microwave and failed. Armstrong appliance had what I needed and and got me set up really quickly! Next time, they will be my first stop for appliances.

Great! Although their focus is new appliances, they gave me advice on how to fix my old one. As a single mother of 6 boys, impacted heavily by covid, I have had to do that a lot lately.

I walked into the store to see if they had a part for my stove. I had the part that I needed so he went back in the back and came back with two. One of them was the exact part but it had a different shaft, so my knob wouldnt fit. The other one was totally different. I asked the man if he had a knob and he said that he didnt. We talked for a minute, then he got online and found one that he could order for me. Now, understand, if I wanted to go online and order it myself, I would have done that and had it shipped to my house. I wanted one today. But he said that he would do this for more than what I could have done it for. So, after talking for a minute, I told him that I guess that I would have to go online and order the part. He got so mad, that he grabbed his two parts, which was not what I needed, and took off to the back with an attitude. Saying, people like me is the problem, here I am trying to help you so go ahead and order it online then. So, with this being said, why would I buy something else different if you dont have the right part. Actually, why would I buy something from someone like this that is trying to make a profit and sell them something wrong in the first place. I didnt. I will never go back there. I left there and went down the street to Curtis Appliances to see if they could help me. They were so nice and they had the part. It was used but they didnt charge me that much and they even offered to purchase me a new one, with the money that I paid as well, if the part didnt work. Good things happen to good people, you just have to enter the right door. I posted a one star because it wouldnt let me post a zero.

I have got all my appliances from here. BEST company ever. When things break they come fix them. I love you guys. Support small business is the only way to go!!!! I will only buy from Armstrongs.

I have always used Armstrong for all my appliance needs. If they dont have the part, they will get it and they are honest. The communication is always good with the employees that work here. Will continue to use.
