My wife and I have stopped by this location twice for assistance recently. The first time we stopped in to inquire about device upgrades. The manager of the store, Chris, was very helpful in getting us set up with the new devices. Not only did he help with the upgrades, he provided information about the new AT&T TV plan that had not yet been released. Extremely helpful information.On our second visit, we had stopped in to provide objective evidence of employment for plan discounts. While we were there, Chris helped us out with an upgraded and more affordable cell phone plan.Our overall experiences have went very well and we will continue to take our questions/concerns to Chris at this location.While our customer experiences were all positive, I would recommend more advertising for this store/location. It is not easily noticeable if you aren’t looking.Keep up the good work Chris!

Jake, the team member to greet me, seemed unprepared to answer any of my questions regarding what was currently being offered for a promotional sale item listed on the website. Furthermore he addressed me, asking for my personal information, from across the store and over the heads of some other costumers who were sitting while waiting to be assisted. When David, the director of sales, came to help him out he continued this unprofessional manner of communication and informed me that he could not answer any of the questions I had regarding my family plan. These were simple questions that anyone should be able to answer, let alone the director of sales, and that I have been able to answer at multiple other branches regardless of my authorized user status. The store was in disarray, with papers laid everywhere (including paperwork with other costumers personal information in plain view of the public) and all of the team members were conducting their business from computers at the back of the store with nowhere for their costumers to sit or feel welcome. This teams communication was unprofessional and unhelpful, at best. I recommend finding another branch for your AT&T needs.

I had a great experience at this store. The manager in training went above and beyond to find me the accessory I needed. I already have DTV but I can tell the reps here are well trained because they made sure to ask about my cable bill.

My wife and I switched over from Verizon wireless and Fios to AT&T and direct tv, and went to this location to take care of our cell phones. We spent over 4 hours there getting everything taken care of, it was very difficult for the people on the other line within there customer service and port service department to understand the situation, and took them the entire 4 hours to take care of one minor issue. If it wasnt for the gentleman taking care of us (Chris), it would have been a very miserable situation. Chris made it very easy and manageable, we are grateful for everything he did for us.

I was there yesterday to convert from a regular sized SIM card to the small version (switching the SIM from a regular go-phone to a smart phone). The two guys working there were super nice and took care of everything in a matter of 5 minutes and didnt even charge anything for the service.

Really courteous staff, and will go out of their way to achieve results for their customers.

Great store, the help was Awesome, fixed all my phones problems. Better then corporate office. The guys that work there are the Allstar team of AT&T.
