I enjoy coming here. They have a great selection of games and the staff is helpful and friendly. The downside is they are somewhat pricey but its worth it. Id love to get coupons in the mail or something!!!

Zane is always super helpful. Anytime I need a game or if I’m looking for something I always call before I go up there and Zane always checks for me. When ever they say the have something they have it. And when they don’t they will look at any surrounding stores to see if they have it available or will offer to order it for you.They are all super helpful with returns and exchanges. They don’t badger you either like some GameStops I have been in. They just let you look around and ask if you need anything when you walk in. It’s also a clean location with a good selection.

Went in for a controller. Went to the wall and pulled off the empty box. Waited for way to long for the clerk to order something for the guy in front of me. I was then told they dont have them in stock, and I have to order it. If I wanted to order it, Id have got it on Amazon and not burned the gas.

More and more people are going digital, this the quality of the store has gone down. The saving grace to this town’s store is Brittany, her customer service, and overall genuine friendliness is unmatchable. While the digital age may start the stores downfall. Good customer service is always appreciated, and you won’t find any better than with Brittany.

Zane is a great store leader. Used to work with him and the old manager chad there in the past. I know Gamestop gets some heat cuz of trade in prices but honestly this Gamestop is still the most friendly one Ive been too.

Very clean, well organized store with a huge selection and lots of deals going on. A bonus are the staff that work here theyre always willing to help you through any questions or issues!

Brittany helped me when I was in the store and she was absolutely amazing. Will definitely go back because of her.

They had a great selection. As soon as we walked in the door, we were greeted by staff, answered questions, and got everything we came for.

This store is the best I’ve been to by far! The selection is great and so is the staff. Manager Josh is great and always makes me feel welcomed. The assistant manager Kara is very sweet and always makes the store feel like a home away from home. Kia is awesome and always has great suggestions on games. Zane is always good for a chat and is very helpful when you need it. I’ve become a regular here in the few months I’ve been in IN and they truly have earned that prestige status.

Love these people. Not only do they make you feel welcomed but they do help when you need it. The manager is friendly and down to earth, and its extremely laid back.

Employees are nice and selection is pretty good other than that its a normal GameStop.

OK selection, Manager will tell you he will save you a poster and then not deliver when you go to pick it up. My experiences since then have CHANGE. As I know they are under new management. I was very impressed with the above and beyond service of a few employees that managed to get a Birthday gift shipped in from another store. You know who you are and I thank you.

Sometimes small selection but can be good selection depending how stocked they are but would still highly recommend !!
