Dan helped us out and went above and beyond to help us get what we needed. I wish everywhere I went had someone as kind as Dan.We are in the high risk category for covid and he made sure people wore mask properly. Being a manager myself in sales I know how hard this can be. He was super professional and polite about everything.

Better service then I get online or calling customer care

I used jumped on demand to get a new phone. The phone was shipped to my house. I received an email to go into any tmobile store to turn in my old device within 14days or I would be charged. I go into Tmobile store in Greensburg where Tim was very helpful, however he asked his coworker DAN for verification codes to be able to turn my phone in. Dan said he didnt have any and for me to just call customer care. However I have an email that says to turn the device into the store. I ask him to call someone to get these verification codes. He throws his hands up, shrugs his shoulders and says I dont have time for this. Well having time for a customer is your job Dan. Ever hear of customer care? Tim happily called customer service for me to do whatever he could to help.

The guy who helped me was very nice, and made sure I understood all the charges. His coworkers asked if he needed help, when they were done with their customers.

They were excellent and fixed problems quickly they are awesome at this location

The people at the store were very nice and they explained every thing so I could understand them. I will refer all my freinds to shop New phones at T mobile. Thankyou very much.

Store employees are great, but the t-mobile area coverage is not.

Service has definitely went downhill the last few years. Absolutely worst customer service.

T-Mobile are the best phone mobile service around and I would recommend everyone to use this service, Ive been with T-Mobile for nearly 17 years now, and wouldnt have anyone else. They are the best, service is great, whenever I have a problem they sort it straight away, always willing to help.
