Won’t be dealing with them ever again. Took them 3 plus months to fix my car after an issue came up that should’ve been fixed last September. They also damaged my door in the service rack not once, but three times. Service manager Garson got rude and ignorant and walked away from me the first time I showed him it. Experience was so bad I got rid of the car.

The service side is fantastic-Herb seems to always be who I deal with and he is wonderful. Everyone on that side is. I purchased a brand new Jetta from Lou in 2018 and he and Jan were very nice-the process was seamless. Now, I am looking into a bigger vehicle and had been emailing with Olivia about it last weekend (she was also very pleasant) prior to coming in to have my car appraised. It was a very different experience this time around. Other than Lou, I felt like a bother being there, and a female employee was very obviously talking about me. I have thick skin, but it was so uncomfortable. I was told that Id get a call Monday and that never happened. I even reached out via email about picking up my car registration that I left there and I guess since I wont be buying a new car at this point in time, Im not worthy of any response. Ill continue to deal with the service department until I no longer have my Jetta, but my next VW will not be purchased there.

The service we receive on the recall for our VW Jetta was outstanding. The young lady that serviced us was courteous and respectful.

My car shopping experience was exceptional at Sendell VW. From the first moment we walked in the door everyone was very nice and offering. It was very clean and the Salesman David Gaia was very nice, very open and honest. He made it very comfortable if you were worried or nervous about anything. We talked about family and life during our whole test drive.. He wasnt trying to force anything on you.. Paige was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure the financial side was very convenient for me and explained everything thoroughly. Sendell was our first stop at 9 am that day. After visiting numerous dealerships and debates. We could not stop thinking about how awesome they were at Sendell VW which led us back to them at 4:30 pm to finally purchase my 2017 VW Jetta. Very low mileage and greatly taking care of. Thank you again for the your help and the phenomenal service everyone involved.

We have purchased most of our vehicles here! Cant beat the service and customer support! Have had the SAME sales person for over 30 years - says something about the business if their employees are happy!!!

Sendell Motors in Greensburg not only lied to me about my VW they charged me $190 dollars for 25 minutes of work.(which if you are a certified mechanic I dont think that it is proper to rip wires out of a wiring harness, or break the trim on your vehicle/ wouldnt call that work.) So for two 40 mile trips for nothing to Sendell Motors I got a car broken worse than when I took it there. By the way the car has a monsoon sound system in it and was wondering why it was off when I got the car back. About a mile down the road I figured it out, the technician that took my vehicle for a ride (1/4 of a tank of gas) pretty sure they just let him take it home for the night and blew my front speaker out that worked fine when I dropped the car off. Do yourself a favor dont deal with these people they arent worth the dirt on the bottom of your shoe.
