Richard Jones was our salesman. We truly enjoyed our time working with him. We love the Ford Edge. If I were to have a complaint it would be that the air pressure in all the tires were low, even the spare only had 20lbs versa 60 lbs. I would definitely recommend this dealership.
I wasnt not happy or satisfied with the service that I received.I took my vehicle in to Green Ford to purchase tires & get an oil change. Afterwards the oil light & check engine wrench indicator light was on. I told my Service Advisor Nicole, and she was able to reset the logic. Less than 20 miles, the oil light/check engine indicator was back on. I was not having this problem prior to the oil change service.

Reserved, ordered, and purchased a 2021 Bronco Badlands from Green Ford. They were fantastic! Alex got our order in and was a big help when we switched from dual tops to a soft top only. Our salesperson CC was fantastic and we had a great time during both test drives (one was in the 2 door they have as a demo). We were very pleased with this unique car buying experience.
I had warranty work done on my Ford Explorer and Nicole was my service advisor. She kept in touch with me the whole way, gave me an accurate eta so I wasnt waiting, no surprises on price or coverage. All around great experience. If you read reviews before you go in, do yourself a favor when you go in and ask for Nicole.
This is a review of the service at Green Lincoln. I needed to have a recall done on on my Lincoln MKZs brakes on short notice prior to very long road trip. The shops schedule was pretty full but when the manager heard I would be having to drive over 600 miles, He went out of his way to fit me in. The service was done promptly and well, and I also received a complimentary car wash, for which my vehicle was likely very grateful. ;) The waiting area, including the restroom, was very clean, and the staff on hand was cordial and helpful. It was a very positive experience.

My check engine light came on in my 2018 F150. Dealer said it was a recall issue with a cam shaft sensor and not to drive the truck until they could fix it. They said it would take about 3 days. Well it took 9 days. All the while I called up almost every day after day 5, and literally nobody could actually tell me what was happening with my truck. I was promised at each call that the person in charge of my truck would call me with actually information, but I never received one call. I finally called one day and they said it was ready… they never even called to say it was ready.When I finally picked it up, I asked them what they did. The guy looked at the service paper and started talking about a software update. When I asked why it took 9 days, he said he had no idea. I said I was not happy with that answer. Nobody resolved it, and I left very irritated. Also, this was 1 of 2 work trucks for my business. I thought the dealership would have a higher standard…. Or a standard at all.
Very pleasant experience with the service I have always received. Kevin is my service advisor and advised I could bring my car in after hours, fill out envelope with my car info and leave in secured box in front of service area and park my car in front of service area. Great for me since I and not an early morning person. Kevin has always assisted me with my cars. He is always very professional & courteous and explains things so I can understand what needs to be done! I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with the Green Ford whenever I have required service to my cars from the initial call to completion of whatever I needed. Outstanding staff at Green Ford and I highly recommend them for their professionism and responsiveness!
I was addressed promptly and courteously, however, I was disappointed that the employee behind the counter (Quick Lane) was not wearing a mask. This is not optional for local businesses. 😟I was also assured that the tire pressure sensor was reset. It wasn’t and it’s rather inconvenient to go back.
I recently just moved to North Carolina from Washington State. I have an ongoing issue with my 2019 Ford Edge. Green Ford and my service advisor Michael W are determined to figure out the issue and not give up or they dont make you feel like it is just in your head :-) . My Service Advisor Michael W. is so great and so understanding. If you need service on your Ford, I would highly recommend Green Ford Service Dept and go see Michael W. You will not be disappointed.
Came looking for a new car and had a great experience. Sales team was awesome and while it took several hours to get everything accomplished, we were walked through the entire process, fully informed of everything and most importantly, we left with the car we wanted at a price we could afford with a lifetime power train warranty that ONLY Green Ford provides! Green Ford serves me very well. Their Lincoln service is beyond exceptional and their Ford service is very good. The Lincoln Service Department remembers you and your car. The Ford Service Department forgets who they are talking too but they do try really hard. Perhaps its the volume of cars that creates the difference. I would rate a 4.5 but thats not an option.

I was 3 1/2 hours from home when I started having problems with my truck. I showed up to the service dept begging for help and they were exceptionally nice and diagnosed and fixed my problem in just a couple hours.... it’s scary feeling like you are broken down far from home..... I’m very grateful for their exceptional service!
Your check in gentleman was on point. It was a First thing on Tuesday morning, and he was super helpful. And the pick up went fast as well, and the turnaround was only a day. The next time I am in buying mode, I will consider Green Ford.
Attention to detail and communication with staff was non existent.
When I purchased the Truck i was offered two years of oil change and power train for life of the vehicle. 5 months later when I went to the Green Ford for the oil change, i asked for confirmation of these offers. The technician told me that I have only one year of oil change. His customer services was great. But my concern was that when I purchased the truck, Green Ford should give me a document indicating this agreement. Right now I am not sure if I have Power train for life in the truck.
Salesman Richard was very helpful, always kept us abreast of what was happening. However, the Sales Manager “Howard”, in my opinion was a distraction of the sales process. Was almost like the sale didn’t mean anything to him.

Quick Service left a bolt untightened and all the oil ran out my truck onto the driveway. They asked that I check the oil and drive it up there, I refused then they sent a tow truck. I had to find my own ride to get the truck which I paid Lyft and pay someone to clean my driveway which they refused.
I liked that I could watch my car being serviced. I also appreciated the feedback on the condition of my car. Great place, great service and I came down from Reidsville. Ill return! :)

I had issues with my Ford Fusion touchscreen. Cellphone would not properly sync, air and heat controls would not function properly, GPS was nonexistant. I reset several times and took my car to Ford service to repair twice. The fix reboot lasted less than 24 hours. After suffering several more months I returned to Ford Service department once again. This time a vaulty part was diagnosed and replaced. I had bumper to bumper warranty and had to pay $100. Now everything is working perfectly. This time the men thoroughly inspected, diagnosed and repaired my car, given the parts shortages, in just a few days. It is great to finally be able to use the all the wonderful bells and whistles I paid for when I purchased my car. I had written off ever buying another Ford even though my husband and I have purchased 7 in the past. I feel the repairs made it right and would once again consider owning a Ford.

I had my explorer towed there and they told me it was the pcm for doesnt make it no more and I couldnt find one in any auto parts store autozone could send mine off to get repaired but I had to have my truck tow back to my house bc the service manager didnt want the truck sitting there while the part was getting repaired and when I sent the tow truck the tow truck drive had to call me to tell me they had lost my keys the works at ford never told me that. Im never taking any car back there paid over 300 just for them to tell me the issue but yet I couldnt get any paperwork showing me any codes or what the technician did to it.
Nicole welcomed me with a smile. She explained the service my Expedition would receive beforehand and afterwards explained the results of the service clearly! Very helpful.
My only complaint is the price. Its always more expensive to take it to a dealer. I only took it to the dealer to get some recalls worked on and of course they found other issues. $1,500 dollars lighter in my wallet. I could of gotten the same work done somewhere else for half the cost.

I was greatly disappointed that my Ford Fusion engine needed replacement again. The engine was replaced in 2019 and again needed replacement in 2021. Ford offered to pay for only half of the engine to be replaced which was a disappointment. I loved my Ford Fusion and didnt want to give it up. I decided to give Nissan a try again. Everytime I see a car like mines I get jealous. I hope I can one day buy another Ford vehicle.

I received a recall notification and contacted Green Lincoln. The parts were not yet available for shipping. I was told that they would log my request to schedule service and call me when the parts were available for installation. True to their word, I received a call a several weeks later to schedule the installation of parts that had become available! Great service!!
Quicklane is awesome and I love the videos the mechanics send while they are working on your car. I recommend them for everyday maintenance, tire rotation, and state inspection. Megan is amazing!
Anthony from the Greensboro location was amazing. He actually listened to what I wanted and even when I could not get what I went there to get he got me in something that I love. He really took his time trying to find the right fit for me and I am forever grateful for that.
The oil change went fine but there was a oily rag left on my center console and another paper toweling type rag with oil on it left on the floor of my car this is totally uncalled for. Plus the settings on my lights etc were all changed and not put back to where they originally were.
Claim to open up at 9 always take 30 minutes to answer phones. Everytime I deal with this dealership always a problem salesman suck try to trick you into buying cars. Nothing is ever done correctly if you want to buy a Ford or get yours serviced I recommend nobody stops to Green Ford in Greensboro literally any other Ford dealership will be way more helpful

HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. Took my car here for steering wheel issue and airbag recall. Was told that I will be contacted once the airbag arrives. every time I called, I was told that I will be contacted via phone. 1-2 months later still nothing. Bad business practice and customer support I’d say.. last cell number ends with 3796 btw
The work performed appears to be good. However, when Im told that if I drop it off the night before it will be the first worked on and done in the am. Thats whats expected. I called 3 times and was on hold all 3 times until I got a ring back then went to voicemail. I left a message each time with a name and # but never got a call back. Finally, the 4th call, I asked her not to put me on hold and get the info on when my vehicle would be completed. By this time, I knew its not in the am. She finally said it will be 5pm. Which means, I wasted over half my day because I did not get a call back and time of completion.
This Ford dealer is taking advantage of the slow down in truck production.They are adding a$5500 market adjustment to sticker price!They did not pay more for the truck, they are just taking advantage of the situation and adding an additional fee.BAD BUSINESSI did leave a review for another Ford dealership that was doing the same thing. I am upset that these dealerships are price gouging customers

It’s been a long difficult process to resolve two manufacturers defects on my Ford F-150 FX4. Namely, running boards chrome blistering & 2 mag. wheels chrome coating peeling/delamination. I commend Jason Waller, Customer Care Mgr. At Green Ford for resolving a Corp. Ford issue for a warranty complaint. I purchased my vehicle and with an extended expensive Ford 72 month warranty from Green Ford. I relocated a year later to SW Florida. I have purchased my last few vehicles from Green Ford always happy with their service an professional manner.After a few years of routine maintenance service performed at my local Ford dealership-in SWFI had some major maintenance issues. When I requested a resolution they informed me FMC would not cover any of the repairs under warranty. I was left with an empty bag. Clearly, these defects were Ford manufacturer defects.All I can say is thank you Green Ford, Jason Waller and Sam, Service Advisor for taking care of me. I just wish that I had a dealership like Green Ford in South West Florida.Robert Bodey

Anthony our sales associate was great. He explained the differences in the different Mustangs I wanted. He made me and my husband feel comfortable purchasing a brand new car. Trading our old car was no hassle at all. The only discretion that had my husband not so sure about getting the vehicle was Anthony told us we had six weeks before our first initial car payment. But when we went to go sign our paperwork it was something totally different. But with us doing smart pay our first payment is due in 2 weeks

Every time I go to this dealership I’m flabbergasted and what horrible offers they give on trade ins and how heavily overpriced their vehicles are. I’ve tried to make a handful of deals with them as I’m a car enthusiast but dealing with them literally takes hours for no reason at all and makes me just want to walk out. Will not be giving them my business any further and would not recommend.

My wife and I highly recommend the Green Lincoln dealership in Greensboro, NC. We went to look at and test drive the Lincoln Aviator, having heard and read its accolades. We found a 2020 Certified Pre-Owned Lincoln Aviator in pristine condition. It was a great test drive -- we each took a turn, and after some consideration we ended up buying the Aviator we tested. Green Lincoln made the purchase process easy and fast. Within about an hour and a half we took ownership and were on our way. Everyone was great, especially our sales representative, Bob Bain. We will continue to take our Aviator there for service, even though there is a closer dealership. The team at Green is great and will go out of their way for you.

The service was great when it came to working on my cars recall quickly. The customer service was very much lacking. My husband and I had to call in numuers times over the course of 2 weeks for them to work with our tire warranty company. They some how didnt understand us because we had to tell them the same thing or send the same information multiple times. It was very frustrating. Finally when they finally communicated with our tire warranty and got the new tire. I was advised to call the next day at 9 am to see when my car would be ready and never got a call back. I ended up having to call again at 1 pm since my break was coming up at 2. This would be the only time I could be there during their hours of operation during the week. The gentlemen that picked me up was AMAZING and very helpful. 5 stars for him!!! (He was the one who found my key & drove my car to me) Once we got there it was like no one wanted to help me or were to busy to do so. They didnt know where my key was and over charged me. They did credit back which was good. Needless to say we will not be using them again and are happy to go further to another Ford dealership due to their lack of professionalism and customer service.

The size is great along with the mileage on the gas. The pick up on the car is horrible. When the air or heat is on you can not hear anyone on the phone. It actually sounds like an old air condition system. I will definitely be trading as soon as I can.

Their communication was good in the beginning; they had what I wanted to buy (2019 Edge) and I used their online KBB tool to value my trade. The number was acceptable, so I filled out an application to buy, SS# included. There are two hard inquiries on my credit from that app. We set up a time later that week for me to come in and complete the purchase. Then they sold the vehicle out from under me. Do not trust these people.
Went in for the prepaid oil change and car wash. The truck was never washed, but after waiting over an hour I didnt press the issue. My truck was finished but the guy was too lazy to walk the 20 feet and let us know. I just happened to walk out and try and find a restroom and he yelled my last name. Then said, youre done, its over there. Um, ok. How long had it been finished because it had now been an hour and 20 minutes and I was pretty sure we were the only people there? I guess whatever was going on with his phone was much more important.

It is my first shopping experience at this dealership and I would recommend them to all my friends. I was using the Costco buying program and knew exactly what new car I wanted to buy. Unfortunately they did not have what I wanted on their lot, so they brought in one from another dealership for me. Leaving a review isn’t something I normally do, however I think that they provide valuable information to people. So, I wanted to take a minute to give some recognition to the folks that helped me during my car purchase. I bought a used car from Green Ford last week. The experience was not uncommon to this process, with ups and downs. The gentleman helping me (Brandon B.) was extremely professional and helpful. The evening of my purchase I also got to meet Harold, the floor manager. The car I was looking to purchase had been traded-in only one day before I purchased it, and there were some things that needed to be attended to. We were easily able to nail down what would and would not be repaired before I picked up the vehicle. My car was ready about 6 days after purchased, which was reasonable considering it just got to the lot. However, when I arrived to pick up my vehicle I did run into a few issues that I wasn’t happy about. I immediately brought this to the attention of my “team” (Brandon and Harold). They sprang into action. It was evident right away that both Harold and Brandon cared about my unhappiness and wanted to make it right. Harold went out of his way to make sure that the issue was resolved in a timely manner. He heard what I had to say and advocated for me, which I appreciated. What could have been a truly horrible experience was made much better with their help. So, even though the new car purchase process isn’t always smooth, feeling like I had a team with me made all the difference. (Def ask for them by name!)
Complete and absolute liars. Sold a car with a false car fax report and claimed it had not been in an accident. After we paid for a car fax report online we learned it had been in a wreck. Do not buy from this shady business with no morals.
Spend all day at green Ford. Had everything they wanted. Said we was approved for it. Needed one thing and sent it to them and still said that they wouldn’t do it. Won’t be back there to buy anything

Everything went well although they did not show me anything on the vehicle how it worked and I did not know how to show us how to put the convertible top back on the jeep wrangler and for $30,000 you would think I would have gotten an extra key they said one was not available surely they could have gotten one through the parts department

Tech damaged drain plug on my Expedition. Instead of shop accepting responsibility they charged me 15 dollars for new plug. Old plug was cross threaded. Also oil change price increased by 17 dollars since my last one
Service was quick and professional. Everyone was nice to deal with. Only problem I had was finding the checkout window even with directions. Buffers for Covid-19 made location hard to find.
