Flow Volkswagen of Greensboro is AWESOME, in every department! I have been bringing my Volkswagens to Flow for service since 2019. Donovan in Service provides amazing customer service which gave me confidence to start my search at Flow. So, when I decided to buy an Atlas Cross Sport, Flow what’s my first and last stop. I dread car shopping, but Dale in Sales made the experience very pleasant and didn’t pressure us. He was very patient and knowledgeable, answering my questions and helping with my trade quotes. He made the Sales experience very pleasant. Once I found the car I wanted, he brought the sales manager, Chris in. I was shocked to say it, but her gave me a very fair offer right off the bat, which gave me even more confidence in Flow. I didn’t make it easy on him since I wanted a very popular color, pure gray. It took him a little while to find one, but he did, in Ohio. The car finally arrived and it was amazing, exactly what we wanted. But, the great service didn’t stop there. Betty in the Finance was such a pleasure to work with, she completed the finance process with great customer service, giving my wife and I such confidence in Flow and our purchase. Thank you all for your hard work and great customer service. It doesn’t know unnoticed or unappreciated.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my newest vehicle from Flow VW! Chris, the Sales manager, was very patient with me and spent a month working with me to make sure I got what I wanted. Charles, one of the sales agents, is also wonderful to work with. This is my second time buying a car from him and he is always pleasant and knowledgeable. Flow VW has definitely improved on the customer service they provide. I would definitely buy from them again.
I think it’s a bit lazy of them to just look at my car and tell me they can’t do the services I asked of them atleast try I am a potential customer not asking for free work I could have been assisted a lot better, thanks for nothing
I made the mistake of taking my 2015 GTI here to have a radiator leak repaired (apparently, thats a common malady on Mk7s). Two days later, the check coolant light was back on again. So I took time off work and brought the car in. I politely mentioned to the guy behind the counter that it was aggravating to pay top dollar for service and have to this happen. He could not have cared less.Turns out they did not properly bleed the system. I get mistakes happen, but not once did anyone say gee, sorry about that or heres 50 bucks off your next service Nothing. nada. Youre a chump paying a premium prices here -- the quality of work is poor and they dont care. From now on Im taking the GTI to Foreign Accents where the service is significantly better and the prices significantly lower.
My experience with Volkswagens over the past few decades is they are great cars. After my experience at Flow Volkswagen of Greensboro this morning, I highly recommend that you go somewhere else to purchase your next great Volkswagen.When I arrived at their lot I met Chris (a Salesman). I explained that I wanted to take a look at Volkswagens larger Atlas. We walked out to the back corner of the lot to look at one (apparently the only one they had in this trim). On the way back to the building Chris asked if Id like to take a test drive. I said yes and he asked for my license. After returning with my license we went to look at the Atlas further.About 10 minutes later, as I was waiting for Chris to return with the tag another salesman started showing the car to another customer. After they had looked at it for about 5 minutes their salesman asked if they wanted to drive it and asked them for their license.A few minutes after that their salesman asked me if I was going to take a ride with he and his customer. I said no and that I was waiting for Chris to return with the tag so we could do a test drive.Their salesman tried to tell me that his customer was ahead of me.This has me wondering what kind of queue management process they have. If saying I wanted to take a test drive and providing them with all of the sensitive information on my drivers license doesnt put me into the test drive queue ... what does?I asked the manager to come out. He did. But ... he also seemed incapable of understanding what I feel is basic and fair ... queue logic.I hope you really enjoy your next Volkswagen. But again, I recommend you go elsewhere to buy it. I know I will.Tom

If you need a VW, ask for Chris Shaw. He helped me from welcoming me at the door to becoming brothers from another mother as he call it at the end. He went out of his way to accommodate me with all my questions and options. Also, Chris Williams the sale manager was very professional and worked hard to crunch numbers to make the deal I wanted. Betty the finance manager made the signing a breeze as well. I recommend calling and ask for Chris Shaw. Overall, My experience was great. I was actually terribly disappointed, only reason it is 3 stars is because the sales associate was great (Christopher Shaw). We went to test drive a used non-VW product. Didnt like it so we test drove a new VW. Or we were told it was new, but a dealer car. Something seemed off so asked for the car fax. Noticed it had 1 owner. Told it was because dealership used it. Come to find out after the bank telling me it had been previously titled, the dealership confirmed and got corrected story, not really a deal breaker. However, we started searching around for the exact same VW (color and package). Found it at Hendrick VW in Concord. Called Flow back to talk to the used car manager, never received a call back. I had wanted to know if they could do something about the price because they wanted over $2000 more for a used one (it did only have 521 miles on it) than I could get the brand new one for, but never got a call back from the manager. Even within the Flow System (Wilmington) there was a brand new one that was cheaper, but it was the wrong color for us. A day later sales associate calls me (he was off day I called manager), but by then we had made other arrangements. Again totally satisfied with the salesperson (Christopher Shaw, ask for him if you go there), but sadly disappointed with the used car sales manager. He lost the sale for his sales team. It was worth the ride to go to Hendrick VW of Concord. We ended up with more accessories, windows tinted all around, and a better experience from a managerial level and spent over $2000 less. Just disappointed we had to leave the local area to get the car we wanted all because the used car sales manager couldnt return the call. Christoper said maybe he was off too, but I am sure not all of the sales managers are off the same day. We are happy with the VW though.

From the moment I called to ask if the specific cars I wanted to look at were available, the service was excellent. The person I spoke to on the phone, Shanna, not only checked the internal inventory, but also went onto the lot to see that they were out and available for a drive. When I got to the dealership the sales consultant, Dale, listened to what I was looking for and was able to answer any question I had without making me feel pressured to make a decision.After deciding to purchase a car, the trade-in evaluation and purchasing process couldnt have been easier. Dale clearly explained what I needed to bring with me and exactly what paperwork I was signing. The entire process was incredibly easy and went much more smoothly than I expected. Id happily recommend Flow Volkswagen to anyone looking to purchase a new car.
Brought my vehicle in for service and new tires. This was my first and last visit to this dealership and I dont recommend anyone going. It wasnt until I recently cleaned my car that I noticed the tires they put on were put on backwards. The text on the outside sidewall of the tire showed inside. At least theyre asymmetrical and not directional, but still, is anyone checking whats being done in the service dept.? Also, Ive had several VWs and have taken them to dealerships and theyve always topped off fluids, especially when going in for 10k interval services, but nothing appeared to be filled when looking under the hood. Both my coolant and wiper fluid were very low. I ended up getting my tires corrected at a different dealership due to the failure of the service department to communicate effectively. I reached out several times and the response was always the same saying they are busy but someone will contact you at their convenience and we apologize and that this isnt the level of service they typically provide, however the trend in communication proves otherwise. I cant speak for sales, but its not the place to go for service.

I was 100% pleased with my experiences here. Me, and my family have bought 4 cars from this location and every single time the customer service from the staff is extraordinary! This was my first time buying a car from a dealership and it was so straight forward and a very pleasing process. The used car manager, salesman helped me through everything over the phone considering I work at a flow dealership and our hours are about the same. They stayed late to help me with financing all thanks to Mrs.Betty! I bought my car 5 months ago and just came in for service and everyone from my car buying process remembered my name and constantly checked if I needed anything while waiting. Needless to say this dealership is purely amazing and I highly recommend checking it out if your looking for a new car!

Last year I had to get Steering lockIgnition switchIgnition lock cylinder fixed in 2019. The housing has now broken Which according to other mechanics should have been replaced since this is a COMMON problem with this model car.Dont take your care here...go to a shade tree before going here. They will only take your money. Matthew is just about the numbers!!!Like Matthew said verbatim, we fixed the issue at hand and you got 6 months out of it. My last experience at a dealership was very negative (not Flow) so I was skeptical coming into this but this place is truly spectacular. Everyone I encountered was incredibly friendly and more than accommodating. The building and cars were impeccably clean. I got a great deal and everything was explained succinctly, without pretense, and clearly. I had all bur written off the “dealership experience” but after the attention and accommodating style I received, I think I might stick with Flow for a while. Special thanks to Dale for hooking me up with a sweet red Golf! I appreciate everything.

I had a wonderful buying experience at this location. After test driving multiple 3 row vehicles and feeling confident only about what I didn’t want, I made a last stop of my day at Flow of GBoro. I am currently 40 weeks pregnant and live an hour away, so really didn’t want to get stuck any longer than I needed to be. The salesman, Ziad, met me outside, gave me water on the way in, and asked me about my priorities and preferences right from the start. Rather than try to upsell me, he listened to my needs and took me right to the car that fit the bill. Knowing I wasn’t from Greensboro, he came with me on the test drive so I wouldn’t get lost and I am so grateful for that extra bit of service. Ultimately, we looked at a few more options, ran some numbers together, and I left without any hassle or pressure. I texted him the next day exactly what I wanted $ wise and he was amenable. As I am still working full time, he communicated all details via text and email vs phone, drew up all paperwork and had my car delivered to my driveway the next day with absolutely zero effort on my part. This was a night and day experience to other dealerships I visited. I felt very comfortable, very respected, and I am thrilled with my car selection- Atlas SEL Premium. I’ve never owned a VW so jury is out on that, but I’m without a doubt a fan of Flow.

I had my vehicle serviced for a heater core. After a $920 charge I came in to pick up my vehicle and upon leaving noticed a deep scratch on my driver side passenger door. Mind you this was not pointed out to me by the reps at the dealer. After bringing it to their attention I was told I would be contacted with a resolution the following day. After not having been contacted at the promised time I called and was asked to bring the car back the following day to have it addressed. I asked that they throw in a detail for the inconvenience and this small request was rejected. Gone are the days of superior custmer service.
My very first car buying experience and I expected to be there for at least 4 hours. But Robert and Betty were absolutely amazing! I was barely there for two and a half hours from beginning to end. The process was so quick and easy, which was wonderful considering I have been stressing out about getting a new vehicle for months! I’m so happy with how it went and I’m even more happy with my new-to-me Subaru!

As soon as I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Dale. He was friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. There was a specific car I wanted to see and without hesitating or trying to up sell me, we went for a spin. He was very easy to talk to and knew a lot about the cars. We were buying a used Tiguan for my daughters 16th birthday and we lived 1 1/2 hours away. Needless to say there was a lot of back & forth travel time and coordination involved but he, and everyone at the dealership was willing to accommodate to help make this huge surprise a success! First of all I am senior on a low fixed income. I am the type of car buyer that wants to see the possible low numbers out the door first and color doesnt matter except for Orange or Rrd before I even do a test drive. I have been looking for a Small SUV with a manual 6 speed, which is impossible to find. Thought I would look at a automatic. I went to Terry Labonte to see about a 2020 Trax I saw on line. (Thats for another post.) Then I went to Crown Nisson to see about a couple of base Kicks I saw online...Bate and Switch.(Also for another post.)Went online and found a 2020 White S Jetta with a manual 6 speed at Flow VW in Durham. I made an appointment with to Flow VW Greensboro to see about the car.I was met by Jackson Bardsley who was very helpful . I explained what information I wanedt, so he asked Chris Williams one of the Sales Manger join us. The 3 of us sat down and I got the information I wanted without any pressure. They both knew I wasnt ready to buy. They let me test drive a 2021 S Jetta with a 6 speed all in 30 min.s or so. When I was ready to leave ChrisWilliams said if and when I was ready to buy to give him a call.Thought about, went online saw that Flow VW in Durham still had the White Jetta. This was Friday 1/29/21. Gave Chris Williams a call and told him if we could work out the numbers I was ready to buy. Got my cars title, 2 sets of keys and owners manual and was on my way. Jackson Bardsley met at the door. The three of us sat down again...and had the price, trade and possible financing in about 5 min.s. Chris Williams got on the phone with Flow VW in Durham...I could tell through the glass they were giving him a hard time. I could tell he was looking online at other VW Dealerships...asked if I would take a Silver Jetta, I said yes....then asked if I would take a blue one at a VW dealership in Charlotte ...I gave him 2 thumbs up. (Dont tell Jackson and Chris that I really wanted my next car to be blue...LOL.) Scott Tolley the GM even got in to help smiling and joking. I have never seen that before....only have seen GMs at other dealerships walking around with their heads down ringing their hands....LOL.Jackson Bardsley offer to drive to Charlotte Sat. am 1/30/21 to pick up the Jetta ....I said I could wait...the weather might be bad....he did it anyway...and he had my car cleaned and ready to pick up by 3 pm Sat. afternoon!!Cant forget Betty Davis in finance ...she was a Jewel to work with, no pressure like most dealerships.I walked out with a very good price, very fair trade, very little cash down and very, very, very low payment. With any kind of pressure like most dealershipsIf you are looking for a car...go see Jackson Bardsley and Chris Williams First.When leaving felt like I was treated like I was buying a high end Audi at Flow Audi next door!!Last what I like is that you wont see Dealer installed options next to the window sticker on new VWs....like other dealers.

Awesome dealership. Easy access from I-40. Great location to test drive with non-congested street running parallel to interstate which allows you to test drive on interstate as well. No catches with the bottom line price. Great sales department. Paperwork fast and easy. No back and forth trying to haggle on an agreeable price. Highly recommend this dealership. I have had multiple bad experiences with mechanics taking advantage of me being a woman and not knowing anything about my car but Donovan was honest and worked with me on the price to get my 2013 VW CC back in the best condition possible. There service isn’t great i had my vehicle there for months and had electrical issues with it but when they completed my vehicle I didn’t get back the same as i had before my car had its issue they left on my abs light and traction control light without trying to figure out why it came on and it was on b4 hand when my car was perfectly functioning. And now here recently when just had put a brand new battery in my battery turned out bad with a bad cell and i have to get replaced and they tell me that the battery must being the vehicle in order for them to test it and make sure it’s the battery but if I can’t drive the car due to the dead battery I’m SOL. They only did what they could do bare minimum to fix my vehicle and left it half fixed once they finished just enough for it to drive. To me that’s very poor service.

I was recently rear-ended two weeks ago, and lost my beloved MKV Jetta in the crash. I didnt even know where or what to begin looking at to replace her, and happened to be at Flow browsing the new cars in the lot last week. Robert came out to greet us, offered his condolences, and asked if we want to have him take a look for us. I wasnt even sure I was ready to seriously look, but figured it was worth a shot to see the newer cars, just for fun. After a very thorough and thoughtful survey of likes and dislikes, Robert was able to pick the right car, at the right price, on the first try. That is unheard of, especially for me! Even crazier, I couldnt leave without buying, thats impressive. The process was quick and simple, Robert was attentive and helpful during the entire day, and I went home with my new baby after only a few hours. I highly recommend Robert and this Flow location, whether you are looking for new or used. He managed to ascertain exactly what I wanted when I wasnt even sure, and turned what can sometimes be a stressful experience into something wonderful. Thank you Robert and team!
I was hesitant to write a review after my first bad experience. But after today, I will never return there for service! My very first time going there for an oil change, I wasnt greeted nor shown the lounge, bathrooms, etc. After my survey, I received a call from the service manager saying that is not their standard and they will do better. Also, they didnt top off my fluids. I got a warning to fill my windshield wiper fluids. When I called the store Donovan said they should have been topped but to just bring it by. Didnt really seem apologetic. Why mark something done when it wasnt? I scheduled an appointment for today to get my tire replaced due to a nail. When my boyfriend got there, they told him the tire wasnt there and it would be an hour wait for it. So you couldnt have called and let us know? That was unacceptable to me and I called and got the service manager. After telling him how disappointed I was, he put me on hold and guess what? MY TIRE WAS THERE!!! The communication within their service department is terrible. If I had not called no one would have looked for my tire. My car wasnt even washed or vacuumed today as I requested while scheduling my appointment. The lady said they could most certainly do that for me. Once they pulled my car out they asked my boyfriend if he wanted it washed and vacuumed? Really? Too late! Whoever handles the stores google reviews, please do not reply to my review. Save your time! Im not interested in calling or speaking to anyone as I have already spoken to the service manger, Mike TWICE. These are my first two experiences with yall and I have nothing nice to report.
Horrible experience. Bad customer service. The only reason to go there is to buy a car from Dale Upchurch. He is absolutely the best car salesman I’ve ever met. The rest of the dealership is awful. I went to Honda and my experience is much better. When I say the service is horrible I mean it.
The sale experience at this dealership is not at all conducive to good business practices. I took my daughter there for her first car buying experience and it was terrible. I had been in the automotive retail business for over 20 years and worked my way up from a salesperson to a GM until I retired. If any of my managers had treated a customer the way that Hatem Knifati, the used car manager, had treated my daughter and I, they would probably not have been employed under my management very much longer if he continued this horrid behavior. Never mind the utter argumentative attitude he took when he discovered that I actually knew how the business worked (both the good and the bad), but merely that fact that he lied to our faces about the vehicle. I asked no less than 3 or 4 times if the vehicle had passed the NC State inspection and was told yes each and every time. Then after over a week had gone by, the salesperson called my daughter and said she needed to bring the car in because they let it leave the lot without ever being inspected.So we were told a knowingly bold faced lie. It is part of this managers job to ensure that each and every pre-owned vehicle has passed the state inspection before it is allowed to be delivered to a customer and leave the dealership. I assume that because Flow has a monopoly and the VW dealerships in the from at least Winston to Raleigh NC that they feel they can treat customers any way they choose. I suggest that if you want a pre-owned VW that you go anywhere but Flow Automotive of GSO to get it as long as they continue to condone managers who outright lie to their customers and make ensure that vehicles are safe to leave.
Flow VW if Greensboro is the place to go if you want great service. I recently went there to test drive a car. From the moment I got there I was treated very very well. I met Z-Man at the front door. He was amazingly helpful and friendly. He answered all my questions, told me all about the car, and went on a test drive with me. I couldn’t have asked for a better salesperson. Then I met Brandon from the financial dept. He was the same. He walked me through the whole process. I did buy the car and was very pleased with everyone there. They are a great bunch of people and make every effort possible to see that you are satisfied. And I was!!!
Robert was very helpful. In addition to separate test drive for myself and my wife, and explaining the multiple features of the vehicle, Robert bent over backwards to find the model we wanted, a dark blue 2019 Atlas SEL 4Motion with a second row bench seat. The more I drive it the more I like it, and my wife is in love. I will definitely go back to Robert and Flow VW Greensboro for any future automotive purchases.

One evening we decided to ride to this dealership and check out what they have. It was late and we were not sure anyone would be available to speak with us regarding their cars. The Z-man came out and not only told us all about his cars but let us drive the ones we wanted. We were thoroughly impressed with him. He knew his product completely. I was traveling and trying to get home from South Carolina. Was having car issues ECP and traction stability light kept coming on which made it hard to drive so had to stop and turn car off a few times. My husband looked online for the nearest VW dealer to my current location. It happened to be Flow VW of Greensboro, NC. Explained my situation and that the engine light was on and what the car was doing. Even though the dealership was only doing service by appointment. Earliest spot they had was Thursday and it was Tuesday. Donovan Lofton had the car scanned as the engine light was on. He said I needed new coils. They fixed my car and sent me on my way safely in less than 3 hours with limited staff due to COVID precautions and no appointment. AWESOME SERVICE provided to a woman in distress.
Never again. I bought a 3012 Volkswagen eos and a month later it broke down. Took it to my mechanic and he couldnt figure out what was wrong so I took it to Flow. They checked it and said it was fine. By then it had broken down twice, so clearly it was not fine. Since then it broke down two more times but I was able to get it started again. Yesterday it broke down on my way to work. I had it towed to Flow. Hours later they say come pick it up. We fixed it. It was $130+ and what had they done? Put in a couple gallons of gas -no, it was not empty. Id just filled it up- it started so they figured that solved it. Its broken down 5 times in 6 months and they honestly dont think theres anything wrong with it. Over $130 and they didnt do a damn thing

As an owner of an automotive business they have wronged me tremendously . On May the 6th 2020 I called them with a vin number to a customers car that was in my care for repair, they advised me the vehicle was under warranty and to bring it in for repair . My shop E.R.I. Automotive towed the car 60 miles to drop it off with Flow Vw, two days later they called and said car was not under warranty! I spoke to service manager and he said a mistake was made and blamed it on a call center issue even though In his own words he told the call center the vehicle was covered . He refused any repairs . Vehicle had extended warranty through a third party, I advised them while they had the car to try and file a claim with them . I don’t know what they called in but said claim was denied . On May 19th they advised me they would reach out to Vw for a goodwill repair, never got an update call until I called on May 22. They advised they would not help . Called Flow Vw on May 22 and asked to speak to general manager had to leave a message and have not gotten a follow up call . If I ran my business like them we would be out of business !

Recently visited Flow VW to look for a 2019 Jetta GLI that was in stock. Upon my arrival I was greeted by Dale Upchurch and informed that the vehicle I was there for was sold, but there were other options. He showed me a GLI in manual (I have never been taught how to drive stick) that was available. They gave me a very generous price and Dale took time out of his day to take me to a wide open lot and teach me how to operate the car, knowing I may not like it, or decide to purchase it. This speaks volumes to the type of business conducted by Dale, and also this dealership. Ultimately I decided against the purchase due to my lack of experience, but will be recommending Dale and flow VW to anybody that speaks to me about buying a car and will be returning when I purchase again. Stand up job guys!

Service advisors have little to no automotive knowledge and continually have to put you on hold to have simply questions answered. And were unable to schedule me in for an oil change for a full week when it is only a 20 minute job.
Received excellent service from sales person Dale, painless and quick paper work process - very knowledgeable of my VW GTI he introduced the upgrade of my 2017 GTI S to my 2019 GTI SE while I test drive - all I need to know. I have taken my 04 Touareg to this dealership a number of times, and I have been happy with my service EVERY time. When it was still under warranty, they put in extra time and effort to ensure that the warranty covered as much of the work as possible. I have had many cars and dealt with many dealerships, but this one is my favorite. I am especially thankful for my interactions with Maggie and Matt, they have always been very friendly and have explained things when I needed them to.
After my car was totaled, i had no idea where to start looking for a new car. After a horrible experience at a location nearby, I went to Flow Volkswagen of Greensboro and met with Rob Garrett. He was never pushy and worked with my budget to show me the vehicles that worked best for me. Not to mention, he was so incredibly nice and made me feel totally comfortable. I am so thrilled that he had the perfect car for me, as at that point I dont know that I would have trusted buying a vehicle from anyone other than Rob. The staff there worked with me on financing, and I was in an out with my new car in a relatively short amount of time. I would recommend this team to anyone in the market. Excellent deals and excellent warranties on beautiful cars, and the customer service cant be beat.
If I could rate this place a ZERO I would... horrible customer service!!! The Mechanics Destroyed my car this my 3rd time sending my car to this dealership for a problem that was not fixed the 1st time.. My car was place in there hands on Wednesday picked it up on Thursday the problem occurred again on Friday I took the car back up there the same day they apologize about not doing it right the first time and promised me the problem was fixed. The problem occurred again Saturday andI had to take it back Monday and now it’s Wednesday still no update on my cars status. I’ve called twice asking to speak with management I need my $1200 REFUNDED now . Do not do business with this company.

Purchased a vehicle from them in September, quick and friendly salesman named Brandon worked with me, him an Juan very nice guys very honest, didnt feel like they were jerking me around or anything. Ive been in twice for service since I brought my car and they gave me a loaner vehicle both times, which was cool.
Ziad helped me with the purchase of my car and I was truly impressed! That is the kind of car salesman that is there to truly assist the customer. He didn’t try to sell me on something I didn’t want, he broke everything down for me, and wasn’t trying to pressure me into anything either.However, the technicians who work there often don’t properly torque fasteners i.e. lug nuts and it makes it close to impossible to work on your own vehicle without a pneumatic drill. Also, the finance department still has not honored the promise that I have in writing of my first month of my car payment being taken care of after a whole year. Having great salesmen is great, but if that’s the only great thing about this dealership, then I won’t be returning for any reason. Not even warranty issues.
I have had my Volkswagen serviced here a few times, and every time has been quick and easy. Donovan is amazing and he is always happy to work with your schedule. He has communicated well with me through all of the work I have had done and its been great. No complaints.
The service is always friendly. However, anytime i call to schedule or check on my vehicle, i am on hold for a minimum of 20 minutes, and frequently am told that someone will call me back as they cant figure out whether my vehicle is done, or if they can schedule something, etc. I refuse to take my car (vw golf tdi) to this dealership for any repair that is not under warranty, as they have never completed any repair on my car correctly or completely the first time. Or on time for tthat matter. Would not recommend under any circumstances.

Such a wonderful experience! My husband and I had to travel 3 hours to this dealership. It was a Saturday and they closed at 6. However, we told them what we wanted, what I was trading, and where my payment needed to be. These guys did everything over the phone for me, waited on us, stayed late, and had everything ready for us when we got there! All we had to do was walk in, sign paperwork, unload my trade, and head home! Everyone there goes over and beyond to accommodate you in any way possible. Our salesman, Steve, was amazing. So helpful and did not at all make us feel like we were a problem for being late. And their finance department is top notch!! Again, they had ALL the paperwork ready when we arrived. I Recently purchased a new Tiguan from Robert Pantell. I dint need but wanted a new car. So my purpose was just test the difference between the atlas and Tiguan. Robert in sells was one of the first to great me. He is friendly, honest and very knowledgeable. He spent at least a hour answering my question of the differences of the two vehicles before the test drive, I was very impress of the knowledge. During the test drive he allowed me to drive each car for 45 minutes to ensure I had a great feel for the car. Once getting back I ask for the buyers orders and final price. I did explain I wasn’t purchasing the car today and he gave no signs of pressure. Once I drove back home I decided to purchase and we handle everything on the phone. Robert went out his way to deliver the car to my house at 8pm. Which was a 2 hours away. Very accommodating In so many waysFlow is upfront and has the best sells team I’ve experienced in my life. Anytime I had a question Robert quickly responded via text or call. Whatever I asked for he provided. He sent addition info for the car to make the drive experience better.I highly recommend Robert to purchase your new VW
Purchased the cutest Blue Beetle convertible from Dale Upchuch at Flow in June. The whole process went very smoothly and I had the opportunity to meet all the people I would be in contact with when needed. Also had a problem with my battery and had to take it to Service and was taken care of immediately with a smile on the two people that took care of me. Would highly recommend Flow, just a very positive experience.
After having to say goodbye to my 16 year old Honda, I went to Flow Volkswagen and immediately knew I wanted the 2020 Tiguan. I have never purchased a car on my own and with the help of my Father we met Mr. Christopher Shaw and he helped us with all of our needs. My father told him what I wanted my vehicle to look like and when I arrived the exact car was pulled up and waiting for me. He not only took his time with me but he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and Volkswagens period. He made my first time purchasing a vehicle very easy and stress free. He was very personable and accommodating, even gave me a Volkswagen pullover from the gift shop I had been eyeing. If you’re thinking about a Volkswagen, start with speaking to Mr. Shaw. He was fabulous! I left feeling like I made the right choice.
I got an oil change twice, but for some reason my oil light kept coming on after only maybe 1500 miles each time. The second time I took it in to see what was going on. First they tried to tell me that theyre werent sure and that the mechanics dont work for free so they werent going to be able to look at my car. After realizing that I wasnt going for that answer, he went out to my car to check the oil stick and blantanly held it over my engine making sure oil dripped on the floor then tried to tell me that my car is leaking oil and theres nothing they can do. I explained to him that I know for sure my car isnt leaking oil. Come to find out the employee who did my last two oil changes no longer works there. I didnt want to place blame or become angry but Im not an idiot. Clearly he was not doing my oil changes properly. At the end of the day he said he could top off the rest. The first time all of this happened I gave them the benefit of doubt but then a second time made me skeptical. Because of this I no longer trust the dealership I purchased my car so that completely sucks because I need my 80,000miles check up. Like yall really tried to play me for a dummy. I guess its because of my small stature and being a woman that they figured I was just a woman who knows nothing about cars, I knew they didnt change my oil the first time but the second time they just werent getting away with it.

I usually have no problem when I contact Flow Audi/Volkswagen, but this time the representative by the name of Chelsea decided to hang up on me. All I wanted to do was to be transferred to Audis service department. I called back a second time, I was not sure if we were disconnected. I mentioned Audis service department again, she decided to hang up again. Im not sure if she thought I was trying to pull a prank, but I assure that is not the case.
Picked up my first ever new car from here.I made the trip from Raleigh, and it was the best decision ever. They took a trade in that I was upside down in, worked with banks to get me the best offer, and put me in a new 2015 Passat. My salesman Charles, did something Ive never had done before. He went over practically every inch of the car and explained each feature. At first, I was like, I already know this stuff, but then I thought about it and this is how every salesman should be.Only reason I didnt give 5 stars was the wait I endured, but that may have been partially my fault financially.Would I recommend???? 100%.
