They sold me a Lemon! Ive recently purchased a 2011 Chevy Impala, and when I checked the hood, there wasnt any oil in the engine. When I called the manager, Jim, he referred me to his mechanic down the street. Upon changing the oil, the engine light came back on. I took it back to the mechanic, he checked all the codes, and stated that nothing was wrong with it. The next day the car wouldnt accelerate. I then took the car to a certified Chevy dealer and they said the engine was about to die and the CV joint was rotten. Now that Ive placed a new engine inside of the car; which was something I wouldnt have done, if the dealer was honest with me. If anybody is looking for a new car, i would advice them NOT to deal with them.

Seriously. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.On 11/16/2018 Derrick swindled us into a vehicle that had known electrical, safety and motor related problems. We went and looked at a 2012 Dodge Durango and was told it was at a discount because of some of the issues it had. Either all the problems with this vehicle were not disclosed or were not known by us at the time of the sale.Not only this but the vehicle had only a quarter tank of gas, was dirty, was not detailed or washed, drugs, cigarette butts and money was found under the seats. Not exactly the best impression not to mention if we would have gotten pulled over and searched.After having the vehicle we noticed that there were more issues with the front collision warning system, blind spot detection system and issues with the lift gate. There was a tick coming from the engine that sounded like a possible lifter or piston/valve issue and we called to report this and were told to bring the vehicle in the next day for them to look at it. We were unable to do so that day due to a death in the family. There was also an issue in the transmission that caused the vehicle to slam into gear when shifting out of park.We decide at this point that this wasnt the best decision. We then find out that the dealer decided to charge us the enterprise rental fee which he calculated from the Enterprise website. Knowing he is not a rental car agency he still proceeded to charge us for this. I highly recommend that you RUN FAR AWAY from this place and do not give them a chance to swindle you.

Dealt with Jim and Derrick for the purchase of a First car recently and had a great time. The car was just right and it fit the needs we had for Credit Ratings. My cousin got approved with no credit and drove away in a affordable and reliable car. Had it for a few weeks now and its still going strong! Would buy here when i get another car even though my credit is good. Nice people!

I purchased a 2007 Volvo S60 from them early 2015. The car had 181k on it and it now has 186k and still runs awesome. NEVER had to do anything to the car but keep up with the oil changes. They made financing easy. Their prices are fair! Overall great buying experience.

My 06 Saturn Vue blew an engine after 5 years and I was on a car search for a month and a half. I’m a business owner, student, and mother so having a safe and reliable car is a must. I spoke with Dex in the middle of a car search and stayed in touch over the next week and a half. I looked at several other lots and made this my last stop. He was very prompt, he’s checked in on the car twice now and it’s only been going on two weeks. I asked for a car fax and pre buy inspection prior to coming to look. I had a mechanic meet me there and complete the pre buy inspection and then we went for our test drive. The car was clean, just as described, and as a plus it was a 1 owner vehicle. We walked out with a 2013 Dodge Charger se, with a beautiful tint and rims. He even gave me tips for early pay off and helped me find insurance. I’d recommend doing business with him.

If you have good credit (or can wait until your credit gets better), do not buy here! I only got a car from here because I have bad credit and no family cars that I could use. I got the car with no gas in it, oil needing to be changed, and cigarette ash in the ash tray. So I took the car because I had no other choice. So my recommendation is to get your credit straight so you wont have to deal with a place like this.

I bought a car from Derrick Williams in March 2018, the transmission went out in May of 2018. I was told that the car would be fixed but I had to have the car car towed to his mechanic. I paid $130 to have the car towed from Danville, VA to Greensboro, NC and none of the places that he told the tow man to drop the car off would take the car, so the tow man brought the car back to my house. When I contacted Derrick about it, he said he would take care of the matter. I have been calling and texting him and my calls and texts have been unanswered. This is an awful way to treat a single parent when you know they dont have that kind of cash to spend like that. This company is very unprofessional and I will not buy anything else from them and I advise anyone else to do the same.

Wow very good comments I wish I had someone to work with me like that with good intentions to help with credit situations, as mine and I have no good people to find all my families are deceased and I am alone and no friends to turn to and no way to get to car dealerships or nothing its awful experience and I only got a retirement I inherited from my father who passed away and all I get is his retirement and I lost my job when my SUV 1998 mercury mountaineer as stolen from me and need another job but cannot get hired because no vehicle for transportation to go to work in and this is worse enough, I dont know who is gonna work with me and how, I am suddenly at a loss to figure that out but I read real good comments here I hate lenders right now they are selfish with retired citizens and say things to mock us in many ways I dont trust lenders at all anywhere in the US.

If u finance with them be cautious. within 2 months theyll give your contact to actual finance company (Mid Atlantic Finance) whos just a sketchy as JT Motors. The car I received at first glance looked ok, but upon further inspection I found a half smoked cigar and weed in the center console. After no longer than 3 months found out I needed to get both front tires rods replaced, brakes and rotors,suspension, and alignment. Wouldnt recommend this dealership to my worst enemy, so potential buyer beware!!!
