Highly recommend this place. Very low key shop and typically you will only deal with the owner who is very honest, hardworking, cool, caring, and knowledgeable. I have had nothing but good experiences here and would never take my car anywhere else.

Scott saved me $2K! Took my car in for an oil change and the dealership told me I would have to pay a minimum of $1800 to repair an oil leak. Scott took a look under the car and called me in the shop to show me how there were tiny drops of oil, but definitely not a “leak”. He explained why this does NOT call for the extensive and expensive repair job recommended by the dealership. I will not take my car anywhere else! Thanks Scott!

This was my first time coming here and it was by far the best experience I have had with any mechanic. Scott was able to foresee possible issues and communicate them well with me so I was aware before hand and not surprised at the end like most places seem to do. He is very professional and definitely a Master Mechanic. If I could give 10 Stars I would. I definitely recommend for anyone looking for honest and quality service on their vehicle.

Im leaving a review to address lack of attention to details. I went there for an oil change a few weeks ago and recently, I noticed a clicking sound in the wheels. When I took it to the dealer they asked me who last serviced my car, because there were 5 studs in the front wheel and only 1 was tightened. While I do appreciate Webster doing a complimentary check on my car every time I get an oil change, I wish they had paid more attention to the details.

I have been bringing my 2003 VW Golf to Scott for years. He is a highly skilled mechanic. He has always been able to diagnose my car problems accurately and repair them promptly. He takes time to explain things to me. He makes smart suggestions for a tune-up schedule when I have been unable to afford doing many services at once. His fees are very reasonable and less than my last mechanic. He is kind and very easy to work with. I highly recommend him!

I came to Scott for an issue regarding my stripped drain plug-Firestones words- which caused Firestone not to give me an oil change until I got it fixed. Scott showed me the plug and it didnt look stripped at all, only had been worn a bit, but the threads were still in place. But as he proceeded to replace the plug, he accidentally cracked the oil pan. Needless to say he felt horrible about it and offered to pay for and repair the incident free of charge!! Their prices here are far more reasonable than the places Ive been to beforehand and Scott is an honest and noble mechanic, I highly recommend this spot for any of your cars needs!

Scott is amazing! He fixed my thermostat and promptly. Soon as i gave him my keys he began working on my car. He actually showed me how a thermostat should look and he kept the terminology simple lol. Price quoted was lower than any other mechanic Ive taken it to. I would recommend anyone to bring their car here. Also hes ASE Certified meaning hr knows what he is doing!!!... Thanks soooo much Scott!

I had to get the battery changed in my 2010 VW Beetle. Webster’s Auto Repair got me in and out as quickly as they could, and my car is running great!

I took my car to Firestone for routine oil change. They spotted a oil leakage and gave me a quote of 180$. I took my car to Your Automotive and Scott checked the leakage and gave me a quote of just 80$. They did a very neat work and very satisfied with the service. I would recommend this to all the auto repairs.

Ive been taking my car to Scott since he opened his shop. I trust him and wouldnt consider going anywhere else.

I recently moved from Greensboro to Chapel Hill and was finishing up some last minute moving and errands in town yesterday. I was next door at Take 5 Oil Change when my car completely stalled. They asked me to start up, and nothing happened but some dashboard lights. They said they would go talk to the guy next door at Your Automotive (Scott) and he came over to see what was going on. He said he was the only one working there today/the owner but that he could get to my car within the hour.With the help of him and two guys from Take 5, they pushed my car in neutral out into busy Battleground Ave, and then into an open bay at Your Automotive. I told Scott I lived in Chapel Hill now and that I dont really have anyway to get back. He was very understanding and told me I could sit in his air conditioned waiting room as long as it took the car to be fixed. Turns out I needed a new starter. Scott ordered it for me and put it in within a few hours. I have a 2003 Lexus, and the whole process cost me $325. Before I okayd the bill, I called my mechanic brother who told me $325 is a little on the high side, but well within the pricing scale. I honestly didnt mind it being high as he had been so nice and accommodating to my schedule. The new part also came with a 2 year warranty as well as a free year of roadside assistance. I really couldnt ask for more.Before I left he mentioned that since he disconnected the battery it may act a little funny in idle for a few days before the computer begins working properly. He was right, and immediately as I stopped on Wendover at a stoplight it shut off completely. I rolled into the next street and called Scott immediately. He told me a few tricks to get it working, and even called me back a few minutes later to ensure that it was working properly. He told me that if it didnt being working normally I could bring it back to his shop that evening.I am so grateful for the courteous service I received, and if I still lived in Greensboro, theres no doubt he would be my new mechanic go-to.
