Worst customer service experience I’ve had as it relates to anything ever with a vehicle. Rude employees and more rude store manager Troy! I was told multiple different times and timelines that were not met. I wish I had just driven across town to Costco or tire plus or quite frankly any other store instead of coming here! I will never spend another dime here and I encourage anyone else to do the same! Terrible, terrible service!Update: Mr. Tire, thanks for responding one week after I submitted this review, made a call to corporate and tweeted. While your standard auto reply indicated that you regret to hear about my response, your regret certainly wasnt strong enough to reach back out to me and understand what happened or try to make good on the situation. Thank you for showing your complete and utter disinterest in your canned response. This further support my decision to never use your services again!

Mr. Tire has excellent customer service and went the extra mile (sorry for the pun) to fix my car. The part for my 07 Accord was difficult to find but they somehow tracked one down and had it shipped from Japan. Highly recommend.

I recently had work done at another auto shop in town and left with more issues then when I came in! So, I decided to try Mr. Tire. I met and spoke with GM, Les Nix, and he said they would fix my vehicle correctly the first time. The work was done quickly and it was done right and the bill was more than reasonable. If you make your appointment online or thru Les early enough they can get most work done the same day!

Troy and Brian were super nice and professional! I walked in and my oil change was done in under 45 minutes! Highly recommend!

They were very helpful & the nicest shop I’ve come across in Greensboro! I needed new brakes/rotors so badly that my plates has holes. They made sure i got new ones with a lifetime warranty and even worked within my budget! I will be returning in the future! Thank you all so much!

They would not give me a quote over phone without looking at my brakes. Got there and without looking they said it would be almost 500 dollars to do front brakes. Didnt have any cheaper options. I wont be back. But thats just me. My parts only cost 140 dollars and I would rather try to do it myself.

The men and women at Mr. Tire on Elm are pleasant and easy going. All my experiences over the last 5 years have been similar and entirely positive.

Unbelievable service. The manager was amazing. I explained to him at the min they opened on a Sat, that I had to be 3.5 hrs away due to a music gig and my car needed to be inspected. Along with my taxes and registration. He said no problem and as soon as the tech arrived he had my car in the back and the inspection underway. I will be back for sure.

I had to stop in during a long trip for urgently needed advice. These folk worked my right in and gave me quick, competent and reassuring advice. You people in Greensboro have a great little vendor here in spite of some other reviews.

I came here after my tire light when off during a visit to Greensboro. I was greeted by a friendly man promised to look at the car before closing. Well a few hours later, I arrive to pick up my car and my tire just needed air! The fee was free, but I’m grateful they squeezed me in!

I had a great service experience with the staff here. I brought my car in late in the afternoon with a dashboard light on that I was concerned indicated my engine was running hot. Not only were they able to diagnose the problem. Thankfully it wasnt a problem with the engine. They replaced the fluid that was low at no cost. I was truly grateful as I had a 75 mile drive home, so I want to thank and highly recommend this location for anyone in need of car service.

This place is great. Efficient, fair prices despite a prime location, convenient and communicate really well. Been coming for a couple of years and always pleased, but last time they went above and beyond by fixing a light for me when they were clearly slammed and I was in a hurry to get out of town. Had my first appointment here for a routine state inspection. Staff we very kind and personable, and they were quick and didn’t try to sell me anything extra or overcharge. Very easy and convenient to book online as well, would highly recommend!

They helped me out on New Years Day. From out of town and needed alignment checked before heading home due to my wife hitting a curb. Friendly and efficient service at a fair price.I was most concerned during about the potential of a long wait inside during the pandemic, but the room is large enough to feel comfortable and the staff wore masks when interacting with customers. The owner is empathetic to the many people facing difficulties during the pandemic to the degree that he matched donations to a nonprofit feeding families during the week I was there.

This is my go-to place for service. They always remember me and take such good care of us. Just checked my tire pressure and listened to engine for no charge before a long day trip!

I have been coming here every time I need a oil change. I tried to buying tires but the guy wasn’t nice over the phone and won’t give me a appointment to get the work done. The oil service is pretty good but the price always changes.. just depends on who’s working. I’ll probably go somewhere else next time.

They changed my oil & inspected my car in 3 hours on a Monday. Last year I took my car to one of the old faithful shops down Elm St & they took 3 days to do the same job!?! I appreciate Mr. Tires honesty & quick/dependable work.

Went to Mr. Tire in Greensboro on Elm street for a tire that went flat and I didnt feel comfortable driving with a front plugged tire and I also needed my car inspected. Keep in mind my light was not on and when I hit 70 on the highway my car would do this death wobble. I also asked to have my oil changed while it was there and told the guy there were 2 different oil filters and oil and let him know that my car used the Simi synthetic. I do understand he was busy at the time but they put the wrong oil in my car when all they had to do was call if they wasnt sure and then didnt fix the problem I asked and quoted me 1800.00 for a cat and cv axles and told me that was the problem to me death wobble when I didnt have the issue until I had the flat tire. They also told me that the o2 sensors had no problem and said it was definitely the cat and they tested the o2 sensors then failed me on a inspection. I then took it to another mechanic and he tested my o2 sensors and my downstream o2 sensor was no good and he replaced it and when he was balancing my tire it would not balance and he told me I needed a new tire. The tire I had a bunch of debris in it from where I rode on it flat. He changed the tire and my car drives like it did no problems at all. I have a saturn 02 l200. The guy stated he been doing mechanic work at Mr. Tire for 45 years and pays is specialist 100,000 a year. Obviously they just need to stick with tire work with that kind of diagnosis. Unfortunately I wouldnt reccomend this place at all. Take it to auto trends they make sure the job is done correctly. Good luck to anybody who take there car here for any mechanic work. Smh I completely disappointed with the joke they are🤔

Excellent service and experience! Fair and reasonable prices and very thorough. I had a flat tire and I called Mr. Tire and so spoke with a Brian. He immediately seemed knowledgeable and friendly, super helpful, and gave me what I thought was a very fair estimate for tire repair and sensor inspection/maintenance. But like anything, I said I needed to call around see my options.... I shouldnt have wasted my time.After about three calls to other shops, I knew I should just hang up and call Brian and Mr. Tire back. The other shops were either priced higher, or charged an extra fee to inspect and maintain the sensor, or just not as friendly and helpful (like I was bothering them by calling.)Long story short, I went to the shop & spoke with Brian who was a manager and just great guy. The staff was also friendly, so thats always nice. They had my tire repaired in less than 35 minutes and guess what? Brian didnt try to upsell me into getting more things done and spending unnecessary money. He did however, educate me on a couple of options I would need to take care of down the road or when I felt ready.This was really an awesome experience and I can tell they have value good culture there. A place where customers are treated as truly valuable and that quality and honesty are the best business practices for everyone.I will definitely be back. Sorry for the long review.

Got to work this morning and discovered I had a VERY flat tire. This place is right down the street from my job. I called and they told me to head in. My tire was done in less than an hour! As someone who lives and works downtown, the location is PRIME. Would come back again.

This place is great. I got off work and had a flat tire. Triple AAA came it pumped it hope but I didnt trust it to get to work the next day. I went to two competitors and neither of them had the time to fix them. I called Mr. Tire and Alisha was more than happy to have me come in and get me a new tire. Thats great service!

Absolutely awesome! The gentlemen their were so pleasant, concern, and helpful. I went there for an oil change that included a free inspection of the overall car. I really thank them for letting me know that there were major concerns with one of my tires and rim that I would not have known without the car being put on a lift and observed..
