I’ve been doing business there for years you can’t find the experience anywhere else it one of the only shops that take on auto repair jobs that other shops can’t handle I’ve never been disappointed in the quality of work

TK is the man. Helped out bands van get back on the road in time for the gig on the same day as the break down! Super fair pricing, and TKs car knowledge is unmatched. Truly one of the best mechanics weve ever worked with.

I called and said hello is this Ken? He tells me not to call his shop and ask Ken. that I should ask whom Im speaking to instead.(I know the gentlemans voice). Confused I identified myself as a customer and not a bill collector and he continued to verbally counsel me on how I should call his shop and ask for I already knew I was speaking to.Probably the worst customer service I have ever received from this establishment. How are you still in business? Learn to talk to customers! We dont owe you anything. We keep you in business. Proper business etiquette is required. just missed out on at least $4k worth of work. He must be building the worlds greatest/safest turbo cars in the world by the way. So if you like being verbally berated when youre trying to give this place business.

Poor experience, wouldnt recommend anyone to bring their car here. My car sat on this lot for over a year until I told him I was going to have it towed to a different shop. I was being patient! This is when he FINALLY decides to have a look at the car. He tells me its my transmission. When the only thing that was wrong with the car when i brought it in was the alternator. So i told him i was taking my car elsewhere. Then I got billed for nothing! I understand a diagnostic fee, but replacing a fuel pump from bad fuel (what he wrote on my receipt and I did not authroize this fix) when hes the reason the car was sitting on the lot for a year shouldnt be my fault. Took my car to a BETTER shop and comes to find out that what TK say is wrong with my car isnt even whats wrong with my car. And the problems he wrote on my receipt completely contradicts what he told me was wrong the car. Then he tried to tell me he payed $400 for the same car with nothing wrong with it, probably trying to scam me out of buying my car for the same price. But the whole front of the car he was referring too was missing. I honestly feel like Im being punked right now. TAKE YOUR CAR ELSEWHERE or you will regret it. Im trying to see if I can go to small claims to get part of my money back once I receive my new diagnostic paperwork from this other shop. Hes also rude, arrogant, and unorganized. Every time I called for an update, I had to leave him my name and number. And then he TRIED to lie and say I only called him 3 times out of the year that my car was there. When I have phone records that proves it was well over 30! Mad doesnt describe my feelings right now. Furious is probably an understatement too.
