I posted a review previously and it was mysteriously deleted. I dont typically write reviews, especially negative ones, however someone needs to be aware of the negative and rude attitude I receive every time I visit this location. On several occasions I witnessed the lady behind the counter with the red hair, treating people rudely. She NEVER turns around when I come in and instead keeps her back turned. She never speaks unless its to argue with the male coworker beside her, of which I have also observed. She really needs to work on her customer service and people skills before you lose customers.

If you go here ask for crystal she is the best salesman Ive ever experienced

This place had very bad customer service to begin with. Called ahead for a radiator for a semi truck. Once we arrived, no other customers were in the lobby, however we were not greeted by any of the 4 employees behind the counter. Finally my husband approached an employee on the floor and we finally got noticed. After the purchase, the sales associate decided that he would drag the part outside and sit it on the sidewalk while we waited for our truck to come. Again no other customers were inside and it was 29 degrees outside. Smh, very unsatisfied with the customer service. Probably wont go aback EVER.

Great, fast service. Friendly staff. I brought my personal vehicle for driveshaft balancing and ujoint replacement. I will continue to come here.

Had a driveshaft made here. The driveshaft guy is lazy and the first time it wasnt balanced so i brought it back for a rebalance and he made it worse then the driveshaft wobbles its way out of the straps on the rear end costing me a tow bill and new yoke and pinion seal because he didnt do his job right DO NOT SEND YOUR DRIVESHAFT HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! go to stone truck parts down the street

The most terrible customer service I had ever encountered I have been waiting at the counter for over 10 minutes and front desk rep didnt even acknowledge me. He was on the phone and then walk away without even saying anything. I spoke to Chris the supervisor, it seem like he didnt even care. Go figure what kind of follow up or resolution you will receive from this company. I will NEVER go to that place.

! have been to Fleet Pride three times and each time got my truck back ahead of the scheduled time I was given. they also inform me of things I will be needing to get replaced in the near future to keep my big truck rolling.

Great people Good service at a reasonable price

Never been anywhere as helpful as this place, they go beyond just making a sale, if they dont have it they will help you locate it,even at a competitor. They were busy today with only three people on the counter working and phones ringing off the hook, I waited about 10 min, they would tell us waiting in line that they will be with us shortly, may have taken a little longer than the other places but they get that busy for a reason. My first stop for parts......

Had a drive shaft shorted by 1 inch they used wrong u- joints fixed that trip #2 drove car vibration so bad shook air cleaner nut off trip #3 said my shaft was bent well it wasnt bent when I took it to them they are going to put a new tube in at no cost should not be any hell I didnt bend it that used to be the place to go but never again 4 trips time away from work plus all the gas 14 miles each way thats 4 x14 thats a lot of gas plus loss of income going and coming from now on I will use Stone heavy equipment on w.market totally uncalled for avoin at all cost
