Apparently when you buy a battery and attempt to return it at a different store theres a problem with the taxes so you will not be getting the money you spent returned to you even if you buy the batteries in the same city.And the answer I got as to why I wasnt getting the money back that I spent, was because it was above their pay grade. This location deserves far better customer service.

I guess Jonathan doesn’t know that the warehouse he bought that battery from is actually in High Point, where they have a different tax rate than here in Greensboro, but considering he was yelling at employees over the situation, he wasn’t that smart at all to begin with.

I always have a great experience with this location. My husband bought multiple parts through them for our 92 Cherokee and the lady was super helpful. I think her name was Natalie. For an aftermarket store they have a great warranty and the service is great. Thanks so much Napa on Gate City!!

I went there to buy a portable power source with jumpstart function today. I tried to use it on my car for few seconds didnt even work. Came back to return and the worker named Kelly told me I cant return. Never heard of such things. She was very rude to me. Dont ever come to this worker for help.

Guess it all depends on who is working. I’ve shopped at a few NAPA stores and this one was the least helpful and lacking customer service. The employees just sat having their own conversation to themselves. Not once greeting me or seeing if I may have needed assistance.

Friendly, polite and helpful.Could use learning on how to replace windshield wipers, but who honestly does that enough to warrant learning?

Very helpful staff members for certain. The two Joshes and Earl are always there to lend a helping hand when needed . I have had a few occasions when I had to find an off the wall item and they went above and beyond the limits to find them for me .

Napa has all the hard to find parts that other part stores do not. They even had a starter motor for a standby generator. My go to store.
