Just filed a dispute with this place through the credit card company I paid them with for the parts I ordered over a month ago. Will also be filling a BBB complaint because theyve been telling me the parts I paid for shipped out weeks ago and they were going to provide a partial refund since the parts they had didnt match the pictures on their site. Skip told me over the phone he would send me tracking info and that the refund was processed. Weeks later, no tracking info received, no refund, and no shipment. Also, no one is returning my phone calls or emails now.

Good place for well-priced parts. The parts they provide have good warranties and much lower prices than other places. The only problem was with the person that brought the part out, who scratched up the inside of my vehicle, and damaged some parts. Other than that, its a good place for parts.

The worst service ever.told me to come up ther to purchase a part then left for lunch after waiting an hour he came back and told me the part wouldnt be ready for another day then said he was sorry and could do it in 30mins. The part I got was no good and had to be returned then the same man had me walk back and forth from the yard 3times to get my refund and the man saw that I had a broken foot. If for not being hurt I would have went to jail that day. It amazes me how someone like that has a job.

Called for a def emissions hose and the guy told me the part was to small for them to even look for it! Really? It is one hose that goes from the exhaust to the injectors!

Came to return a part the guy was more focused on his personal call which was on speaker. I could hear everything the lady he was talking to was saying. Instead of asking what Im here he asks for the order number walks out to look for the part even though I was trying to return it and had it in my hand.

Pathetic service. You will have to wait for hours just to get your part from them. You can not SEE part unless you pay(and even after you pay) just to confirm that if it will be proper fix as per your vehicle.Pretty useless wait for no reason. I am here sitting almost an hours now bcoz they’re working on my order. I mean really? Have these people heard about a customer service or really care about the customer? All they want you to do it PAY and then you’re on your own since you already swiped your card.

Rick was super helpful and very nice. I dont know much about cars at all but he made the entire process of finding the part I needed so easy not to mention even being kind enough to carry it up the hill to my car and give me advice on how to find another part I needed that was not in stock.

Exremely Bad service I requested for a fully functional operational powered 2005 dodge ram 1500 driver seat paid about $134.00 had it delivered to a shop 45 minutes from me went and picked up the driver seat and took off the powered rack went and connected it only worked back and forth. I called and they said I had to return the chair and 1hr and a half away and they would refund me my money I told them no way in hell would I drive that far. I demanded a refund they said they wouldnt until i returned the chair. So i called my credit card account and filed a dispute.His name is Chis he told me it was supposed to be tested but it wasnt he hung up the phone on me.

Saw on Craigslist that they had several camper shells in stock and listed one to fit my truck. Called several time to make sure but no one would answer the phone. Drove 30 miles one way but guy at counter said dont have any and not have for awhile. If they are going to put out false advertisements like that what other things they offer is false too. Me or my friends on social media will not be doing any business with them.

I called about an a/c compressor on Monday, I placed my order and was told I would receive a call when it arrives on Wednesday, I never received a call so I called to see if the part had come in and was told it would be in on Thursday because the truck it was coming on had broke down. Friday comes and no one has called me back yet, so I called to see had the part come in again. It had, I went to pick the part up and waited over 30 minutes for them to locate the part. After waiting for a while the same guy that told me they were looking for the part asked me what I was waiting for. The prices are good but the communication and Customer service was not what I expected after reading the reviews.

Decent prices but thats about all. Chances of getting a good part are 50/50

Paid for a Camry fender 5 days prior to pick up they said it’s perfect condition on car-parts n over the phone then it has 3 big scratches also they were like “just repaint it” why I’m paying 140$ for a used fender if I’m gonna paint it?!!They wasted my day driving 400 miles because they are DISHONEST

Really feel like I was bamboozled. I purchased a hood and was repeatedly told that it would arrive the next day. I emphasized this need because the next day was my only day off, and I wanted to get the hood, and get my car repaired in time to drive down to South Carolina to see my family. The next day came and went. I called and asked about hood and they said, Oops. The hood you needed is still on the vehicle. It actually wont arrive until 5 days from now, maybe 6. They knew the hood wouldnt arrive the next day when placing the order, but instead of being honest and taking the chance of me shopping around, they lied to get the sale. Be careful shopping here if you are on a time restriction.

I purchased a door for my VW Golf that was supposed to be in perfect condition. Car paint code matched mine. Paid for door and shipping. When door arrived several dents,scratches and part of sheet metal rolled over on end probably due to a forktruck hitting it. I paid for a door in perfect condition same color as my car. I have left numerous messages for a return call, once have been told they are working on it. Many times have called to be put on hold waiting for 20 minutes for an answer. The recording on the call wait says they will do everything to ensure a happy customer. I am sick of hearing that over and over knowing it is B.S.

These people are crooks.I live in the rust belt and I occasionally buy used parts from Southern US yards. I needed a steering knuckle assembly, found one online at Tri-City Auto Salvage, called and spoke to JT who was very friendly and assured me the low mileage part had been sitting inside the vehicle and had a good wheel bearing. So I bought it. Well the folks at Tri-City must be laughing at the dumb yankee as they shipped me a trash part, all rusted up, bearing locked solid, dust shield bent like a pretzel and totally unusable. Hopefully this review will help someone else not make the same mistake.
