I spoke with Christopher extensively about a 2017 Honda CR-V listed as having less than 7,000 miles on it. He assured me it was in excellent condition and that the CarFax report was accurate. On a second call, I let him know that I was driving from Raleigh to test drive it. Once I got there, I immediately noted significant rust on the wheels and asked to see the engine. It also had a lot of rusted areas. Pictures of these areas were not posted online. This is when Christopher admitted that unless it was reported to an insurance company, a flooded vehicle would not show up on the CarFax report. Beware of this dealership! I didn’t expect this kind of shady practice from Alfa Romeo.
I bought my Stelvio here in 2018 and have brought it here for to be serviced every time. Repeatedly, my cars check engine light kept coming on. As it was tripping sensors for an oil change. After, having Alfa Care take it to another dealership in Carry, I was informed that when doing an oil change the oil must be drained for 45 minutes to an hour. If not done so, oil builds up on the pistons causing the sensors to trip. The service manager was shocked and worried, about my engine when I told him I was in and out of the Alfa in Greensboro in less than an hour. Also noting that my tires had never been rotated. As that was “also done” while I was getting it serviced. They had to heat my engine up and let it drain for 32 hours!It took 7 days to have my car returned to me. Not knowing if this would cause further engine problems down the road, at the fault of Alfa Romeo of Greensboro. Well!! Here we again. After three months, my car is on its way to back to Carry. I paid an arm and a leg for this vehicle, only to have it ruined by a service department in a hurry. The BBB and attorney general are being contacted!

It took a little while to complete everything, but we did just stop by out of the blue on Saturday afternoon. One manager was off and the other was finalizing a deal with another purchaser. Im the end fair pricing, no haggle, fair price for my trade and an awesome vehicle with everything and anything you could want.
Had a really bad experience in getting my car fixed, never got a proper response from the team, i tried reaching them for days over phone, they try to connect me to the service, he doesn’t respond and i never got a call back, one time i gave them a call everyday for a week yet i was not able to speak with the service guy over a phone, i waited for almost 8 months on them to fix a sensor in my car, till date they haven’t fixed that issue in my alfa romeo Giulia. Until i call them they never give me a call nor they try give me an update, even after i go to the showroom they don’t have an update regarding when they would fix it, it is really tough when you have a car that is expensive and it is under warranty and they still don’t fix the problem in the car.
My appointment for my Alfa Romeo went well. Mike the service manager, he was good, very knowledgeable. Sandy the technician, he is the best, he lets what I need to do and when. Hope Sandy and Mike will be with Alfa Romeo for a long time. Great work gentlemen.

Brandon Lawson offered a no pressure sells approach when my wife went to look for a used vehicle. The atomshpere of the dealership was a relaxed environment allowing her to look at around while not being stalked by car-sale men that she had experienced at several other lots. Dealing with Kirk( sales manager) and the finance manger we was a to get a stealer deal saving 4K.
By far the best car dealership and service department in Greensboro, hands down. Everyone here has nothing but your best interest at all times. They are friendly and professional at all times. If you are looking to buy a new or used car they want to make sure you get what you want and make sure that you are happy with your purchase. You are their center of attention from the time you walk in the door, to when you drive home and a follow up call is made to make sure you are still happy. The service department is great. They want to make sure that they can fix, repair and/or replace your parts and get you back on the road as quickly as possible without costing you a fortune. If you dont go here to purchase your next car or get it serviced/repaired then you are doing yourself an injustice!
I have now purchases 2 jeeps for my sons. My older son has continued to upgrade his and Terry and the staff are always wonderful to deal with. I would not buy a Jeep anywhere else. I also bring my Honda over for oil changes and maintenance even though we live in Winston-Salem. When it is time for me to purchase a new car for me, I will call Terry for sure.

I’ve had a Giulia I bought from here for about a year now. This service department is THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS! I used to work marketing and sales for Mercedes Benz so I know the car business inside and out. Rick, Marissa and Sandy are hands down the most reliable and honest in the the luxury/sports service center. They always go the extra mile to perform high quality work with honesty and pace on my vehicle. I’ve spent some time here getting various warranty work done unfortunately and as annoying as I feel, they never falter.I have a horror story, I had to have a warranty issue (o-ring replacement on the inter cooler hose) replaced. Sadly I couldn’t get the car into GSO before my trip for the holidays. I arrived at my destination out of state and my issues expanded. I had to bring my vehicle to baker Alfa Romeo of Charleston and what an absolutely nightmare. They started by telling me I had to pay to have warranty work checked first... snakes, the service center was backed up, they tried to snake me out of warranty work, no loaner and kept my car for 4 days for an hour and half job. Same job would have taken an hour and change with sandy in Greensboro. I went into the parts department and wanted to buy a chrome plate frame for my beautiful car and they only sold pencils...Made me miss and absolutely appreciate my home Alfa Greensboro dealership.Terry, I love your service center! Wonderful experience! I bought a Jeep Wrangler a few weeks back and everyone was amazing. Christopher, our sales agent, treated us like family.Recently, I became concerned about a possible issue with the transmission. Even though I bought the vehicle with no warranty, the service department scheduled an appointment for me and thoroughly checked it out, assuring me that my worries were unfounded. They were cordial and understanding and didnt charge me anything for the service!

I leased a new 2017 Alfa Romeo Giulia from Ken here in August of 2018. The sales experience was absolutely top notch. Everything about it was 5 stars. The deal, the time it took to do paperwork, Ken’s knowledge of the car etc.. all fantastic. Unfortunately Ken has left the store at this point...However; the service department as I have come to find out, is absolutely sorry. There have been 3 distinct issues with the service department in my dealings with them. First was the day I picked up the car, the remote start had issues. Ken let me know there was a software update for that issue and he believed it to have been taken care of prior to my arrival. No big deal, I took the car, they sent a driver to DURHAM to pick it up and said they would take care of it. The car was delivered back to me with now functional but still finicky remote start. It worked so I didn’t think much of it. Experience number 2 was my first service, which is included in the lease. The advisor had changed and the new person didn’t quite have the same customer service as Amiss had provided. Regardless, they performed the service, or so I was told, and I went about my way. (This time with no courtesy car wash like I had received before). A little while later, maybe a few weeks, my oil service reminder came on the dash. I decided to take it to another dealer and they found the oil service reminder had never been reset by Greensboro. Also, they found multiple software updates. When I got the car back, the remote start function had changed dramatically and worked like all other FCA cars that I’ve driven have. Interesting right? My third experience related to a recall. I took the car in for this recall, I can’t remember exactly when, and it was finished up in a couple hours and I drove home. That was months ago, now recently I had a warranty repair done at my local dealership in Cary, NC. The service team here discovered that the RECALLED PARTS WERE NEVER INSTALLED ON MY CAR. Alfa records showed they had marked the recall complete and, I’m sure, collected payment from Alfa Corporate. While this wasn’t really a life or death recall, the fact is the Greensboro dealership lied to my face on what seems multiple occasions over the course of several months. This is simply unacceptable. I now question whether or not my 10k mike service was even completed, since the recall and the software updates were obviously not. And to ice this cake, I was driving 2 hours round trip to have them service my car when there’s a dealer only 15 minutes from my house.Please beware of the service department at this dealership! This is NOT the level of service I expect when purchasing a “premium” brand vehicle. My local Alfa Romeo dealership will have my business from this point forward.
Besides Alpha, they have one of THE BEST Jeep technicians ! They managed to FIX Zmy 3018 Jeep Wranglers loose steering, when no one else even came close. These people TREAT YOU LIKE FAMILY.
I bought my Stelvio here about a year ago. Had some issues with some paper work and the owner was great at getting that worked out. Every time I had an issue up until now, they were wonderful, so helpful, best costumer service ever. I would rant and rave about it to all my clients. My vehicle started having some major electrical issues, due to a faulty seal. This time I went through Alpha care. They wanted me to have it towed the 3 hours. When I asked what I was going to drive, she said I could ride with the tow truck driver or take an Uber the 3 hours, to drive a vehicle back. I was floored!!! After some back and forth phone tag with Rick (The Manager), he was able to hook me up the right way. The Alpha way. He had a car here with in a few days, was able to get everything fixed and my vehicle returned in perfect working order in 24 hours. Now that’s what I call great customer service!! Thanks Rick!!
Service department here is phenomenal. If your getting service done anywhere else you’re doing a disservice to yourself. Bought a Jeep here a couple months ago and had a lift installed. They did a good job so I brought my Nissan Altima to get an oil change. Very friendly and quick so this time when I wanted a LOT of work done, I returned. I called ahead and told them I would want a loaner and they didn’t bat an eyelash. Done. My wife took the car in with a long list of things to do and inspect. I fully expected the phone call telling me everything inspected plus a little more needed changed. Not so, I left the tasks generalized such as new mid-price range tires. Inspect all tire related joints such as ball joints and tie rod ends. If no problems, conduct alignment. Amiss, the head of the service department, made good judgements, didn’t call for direction on every task, didn’t try to take advantage of me, did only those tasks truly necessary and got me a bargain of buy 3 get 1 tires. I left with my car the next day for about $400 less than the cost I expected someone to TRY to take me for. Zero hassle. A total dream to work with. I’ll never take any car anywhere else for anything so long as I live in the Greensboro area.Update:Ive been bringing my vehicles here for over two years with great results. A few months back, the service center did something that made me feel like my time wasnt valued. This wasnt typical but was frustrating. I contained my frustration the best that I could and tried to give feedback on how they could have done a better job. When I went back recently, they had implemented my recommendations and my experience was as incredible as it had always been before. I believe a true test of a company is how they handle a misstep and Alfa Romeo did a phenomenal job. I stand by my original review where I said that if you are taking your vehicle anywhere else, youre doing a disservice to yourself. Stop by and visit Mike, hes the new Service Director.
The service department here is the greatest team ever. We drive 40 minutes each way from Winston Salem to have Ammis Bartlett work on our vehicles. I could write paragraphs about the ways he has helped us and saved us money, including the time he helped us find a replacement engine and transmission instead of trying to sell us a vehicle because it was the better decision for us. I stopped by because I am shopping for a truck and saw a Dodge lifted in the parking lot. Come to find out they sale a lot more than Fiats and Alfas. Test drove a VW cc turbo and Gulia that they are Leasing 299 down 299 a month for 2 years. I can even afford that. I will probably buy my next car or truck from them. Ask for Chris Lowe, he is the coolest salesman on the planet and no pressure.
