DONT BUY TIRE MACHINES FROM THIS PLACE. You will always have nothing but trouble with it and it will be broken down all the time.if your business needs a tire machine pay what it cost and get it from anywhere else. These peoples equipment is cheap for a reason. IT DOESNT WORK!!! If it does work it will only be temporary. The company doesnt stand by their product. Once they have your money they cut ties with you and pretend you dont exist, unless you are trying to spend more money.

I bought from Eagle for many years as a distributor. A few years ago, ownership changed, and since then it has been downhill. The staff is clueless and keep giving customers the runaround. Thankfully I was informed of the sale and have chosen to not do business with them, but several of my customers and friends have had negative interactions with them. Eagle even takes their money, charging their card, when they have no equipment... how is that not illegal? Someone should report yhem to the authorities. I did visit them once, and the offices were dirty, cluttered and a mess. Their equipment was setup in what they call ashowroom, but its dirty, and unkept. They claim to have equipment, but I didnt see that when I was there. Spend a little more and go with a reputable company.... you wont get what you pay for with the new Eagle.

I ordered a 2 post lift back in September. I put over half of the cost down and I was going to pay the rest on pick up. I was told the lift would arrive by the middle of November. The middle of November came and the lift did not. I called and they said that it would arrive by the middle of December. The middle of December came and of course the lift did not. When I called they gave me a time estimate of February. I told them I could not wait that long and requested a refund. They told me the refund would take 7 to ten days ; it has been now 30 days and no refund. I was told 7 to 10 days three different times after waiting those 7 to 10 days. I am really suspecting fraud or that they are a big scam. I don’t like posting stuff like this, but i feel like it is one big lie

BUYER BEWARE PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!!I am not the type of consumer to write bad reviews but I have had such a horrible experience that I want other buyers to be aware of scamEAGLE EQUIPMENT is running. I have never has such bad customer service experience with any business I have dealt with. I would point out various reasons I feel the way I feel :1. There is NO standard procedure that the company follows, from placing an order to delivering the product there is no customer service aspect in the whole equation. I wanted to purchase a lift for my business for which I placed an order mid August and it was promised to be delivered to me end of august of 2020 - early Sept.. I had to follow-up every single week, multiples times a week, taking my time while running a business, talking to various different customer service reps and hearing various different stories why lift was delayed..(I am aware of the delays manufacturers and business owners are facing due to the COVID-19) but Eagle Equipment tied up my time and money for 4 months.2. Management is such a joke at this place. I was frustrated hearing stories about my lift that was delayed 4 months so I needed to take my business where they would value my time and money! I asked the management to reach back out to me to issue my refund, after speaking to Angela Brown in management I was told that they could not issue back to my account because it was past 30 days( which is delay on their part) and could give a courtesy discount ..3. WHO EVEN RUNS THIS BUSINESS, I WOULD ADVISE YOU TO JUST EITHER REPLACE YOUR STAFF OR RETRAIN THEM COMPLETELY IF YOU DONT WANT TO LOOSE ANY MORE BUSINESS! IF YOU ARE READING THIS, ITS TOO LATE.....MANAGEMTN LIES ABOUT TIMELINES, STAFF STORIES DONT ALIGN, CUSTOMER MONEY IS AT STAKE, ACCOUNTING ASK FOR YOUR ACCOUNT NUMBER AND REFUND WAS NEVER ISSUED ..IM STILL CALLING ANGELA BROWN AS SHE NEVER PICKS UP HERE PHONE....I WOULD ALERT BUYERS TO TAKE BUSINESS ELSEWHERE...THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE SCAM!!!!!!**************UPDATE 4/16/21*****************still a scam....****lift showed up missing multiple component, had to arrange my own hardware, later after speaking to them they sent out the wrong hardware..no use .. no point in even talking to them.I have been following up every week to get back my refund and get this matter resolved and the management doesnt seem to care.. I spoke to Angela Brown a few weeks back to get refund issued to me and we agreed to have it sent out to me. finally received a check back with wrong amount which is just a slap in the face..I am so disappointed I did business with this company..IF YOU ARE IN MARKET FOR EQUIPMENT THAT YOU ARE GOING TO KEEP FOR YEARS..DONT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY OR ITS SISTER COMPANIES

Superior customer service & excellent communication! We ordered a 10,000 pound lift that arrived in a timely manner. The power unit was to arrive separately & when I emailed to check on the transit, 2 very attentive employees worked quickly to answer my questions & solve my issue. They kept in constant contact until the unit arrived safely. We are so impressed with this company & cant wait to install the lift after the holidays. So glad we chose Eagle Equipment for our needs!

I purchased a tire machine and balancer back in the middle of January before the pandemic the tire machine came find the balancer is missing the spring piece to mount tire to the machine. Ive contacted eagle plenty of times discussing this matter the first 3 attempt they claimed it was because of the pandemic, understandable... But the many attempts after, even one time talking to someone in parts that took my number and concern. I just want to use my equipment i feel they just took my money an dont care about what position not having a working balancer put me in.😡😡 . Till this very day i still am not able to use the balancer. No call return just nothing....

In late September I had Wayne at Eagle Equipment write me up a quote on a tire machine paired with a spin balancer. After having the quote wrote up nobody was pushy everyone was very nice to work with. After a month I was able to continue with the quote and purchase the equipment. It arrived in a week on a lift gate truck, which I ordered and was extra but I needed it. I had the equipment set up in about 7 business days after the purchase. A great company with very competitive prices. I would definitely use this company in the future.

Just purchased a mobile man lift. The staff before the sale were excellent and the lift was the the best packed freight I ever received. Hard to imagine how this thing could get damaged in transit. I just put the lift together yesterday and the quality and performance are top notch.

If you are considering an Eagle lift DO NOT! I have had a 9,000 lb Eagle lift for the past 2 years. Today it puked ANOTHER cylinder. This makes the 10th cylinder we have replaced on one lift. I also have a Chandler Lift for the same amount of years that we have never turned a screw on. I called today to go pick up another cylinder from Eagle and they explained they do not keep them in stock? How do you sell and service products without having parts to do so? I asked do you have a suggestion for me to purchase another cylinder? He said he could drop ship me one from the distributor and it would be to me in 2 weeks to a month? How am I supposed to make a living with a lift I cannot use for 2 week to a month? The representative got ill with me because he could not come up with a suggestion. These products and service are a joke! CALL A DIFFERENT COMPANY!!! YOU HAVE BEEN TOLD BY SOMEONE WHO HAS SPENT THOUSANDS!!!

We have worked with Eagle for many years. We have always felt like our needs and opinions were important to them. We have several of their lifts and some tire equipment. Couldnt be more impressed with the equipment, the price and the service. Whoever we speak with, we get a friendly tone. Even with the parts department, when we need replacement pieces, they are very patient with me to figure out the correct piece I need. I will be a customer for many more years. Thanks guys!

I bought an Eagle Equipment MTP-12C 2-post lift. The base of both posts were seriously warped, according to the professional installer. Many shims were required, one corner required 7/16 !!. The Eagle Equipment representative I spoke to completely denied a warped base could possibly exist. They made no effort to inspect the equipment. And they continued to deny there was an issue after being presented with the installers report and photographs. Whatever the opposite of standing behind your product is, that is what Eagle Equipment did. Both of the lift posts wobbled like a Weeble (if youre old enough to remember Weebles). Beware of this product and this equipment supplier.

I love Eagle Equipment and the company. All there lifts come with a one year warranty plus when an item is being ordered it plainly states you must have away to unload it your self. Some people dont know what there talking about. Plus once its reaches your door its under the trucking company for damage.

After retiring and moving from California to Colorado I built my retirement dream shop. 1st important thing I wanted was a auto lift. After searching I decided on Eagle TPO9A. That was over 10 yrs ago. It has faithfully provided service in my Restro Rod hobby and regular farming activities. Im just sorry I had to wait so long in life to get one. My lift has made retirement much easier. Also other friends in my area have ordered one for their hobby shops.

I am a 35 year veteran of the automotive industry. I have never had a worse experience than I have dealing with eagle equipment. I purchased a tire machine and a wheel balancer and a 10,000 lb lift along with an assortment of shop tools to set up a new shop. The lift came in damaged (no fault of eagle) and it was missing almost all of what I needed to make the lift work. I called and was instructed to take photos of what I had and they would look at them and get me what I did not have and all would be good. We went back and forth getting one piece here and another there and it was not until Andy stepped up and took over that things started to happen. Two months later and I am still waiting for the last piece to meet electrical code. Andy was able to get me a shipping credit which helped and he has been helpful when he can be reached but it has been a real joke otherwise and one that does not seem to end. I called on Monday twice and left messages each time for somebody to call me back as my lift stopped working. It is now Friday and still no contact from them. The lift has been used about ten times and we noticed it seemed to be struggling lifting a ford f-150 yesterday, today we tried to lift a ford excursion and it would not even budge, not an inch off the ground. This is supposed to be a 10,000 lb lift, this is not even close!!! So I called to speak to somebody and was told to call back another day as they were short staffed. Excuses and more excuses are all I get, I need someone to stand up and make it right. I am at my wits end with this company!! Update, I had a lift technician come in and look at it and he was able to get it working. Not sure what he did but it`s working fine now no thanks to any help from Eagle. Andy Turner seems to be the ONLY asset that company has and he seems to be stretched too thin. My suggestion is to look around at other companies, they all seem to have about the same product and prices, it`s the seller that makes the difference, how they handle things when there is an issue. Eagle failed miserably in my opinion. I am in business too and I know “stuff” happens but when they found out I was missing so many items they should have just sent me a complete hardware kit and been done with it instead of trying to one piece here and one piece there deal that took forever to be done.

Really Love a company who seem to have it employee in a family ways, Id was a employee for Duke when it was a good company, Bill Lee was CEO, he would come out on the job and talk with you like he knew you all his life, he did his homework on the people under him, after he retired the company didnt care about the employee it was just busyness, you seem to have your guys and gals loving to come work there, Id have a lift from yall and enjoy not havent not to break my back to work on something Thank you and Happy Birthday, and looking for many more for yall and most of all your employee get to retired from a good company. Replacement parts are over priced. If you need a hydraulic cylinder rebuilt, just carry it to a shop, total cost will not be much more then their seal kit. I recently paid $125 for their seal kit plus $15 for shipping (yes, $15 to mail 5 small seals in a padded envelope). Shop didnt want to use their seal kit because they couldnt determine the quality or origin, so no warranty if used. Total cost for shop to rebuild the cylinder was exactly $140 anyway (using their seals and getting warranty). Eagle charged me a 20% restocking fee and it took 3 weeks to finally get an RGA so I could even return the unused part. Tech department is near nonexistent.

HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!! Ordered a 4 post lift on 6/5/2015 and have been given the run-around ever since. Lift FINALLY shows up today and the hydraulic tank is CRUSHED. Call Eagle Equipment and all they want to do is state that once theyve sold it and it ships, no longer their problem. We had the trucking company show up TWICE without the lift, wherein, we had to pay for a forklift @ $200.00 each time to lift NOTHING. This company wont stand behind anything they sell and once they have your money, they wash their hands of you. Buyer beware....and so should Eagle Equipment...I have an attorney just chomping at the bit to take this one on...I have already filed complaints with the BBB online and with the State Attorney Generals office. And I wont STOP until this is made right.

We should have never deleted our first review of this company and its equipment. After we wrote our review, management called us to please remove review as it was hurting their business. This a new review as we have never been able to get our balancer in working order. We purchased 2 lifts, a tire changer, and wheel balancer from this company.(New review)Stay away from these machines and this company. We own the Eagle 1090 Wheel Balancer and have had nothing but problems with it. The company is about 30 miles away from us, they have no technicians to come out and help, and dont even have the manual on their website. I was sent over a calibration sheet by someone in their office a couple days ago and my machine is still chasing weight, and we have done everything to the tee. We have had nothing but issues with this company since our first purchase. Please save your time, money and frustration and do business with another company.

Ordered changer and balancer package. Estimated ship date 2-3 days. Took 3 weeks. Was lied to on multiple occasions. When equipment arrived, packing was unscratched. No damage to containers. However changer had broken parts that were obviously packed and shipped anyway. Balancer inoperable. Promised broken parts over nighted. Never sent. Only resolution available from eagle ship them back at my expense. To this day, 30+ days later, neither piece of equipment operable. And dispite the awards and positive comments they share online, they are not a good place to do business with I advise anyone looking for equipment to shop elsewhere.
