Had some bodywork done after a minor fender bender. Didnt think theyd be able to make it look like it did before the accident but I honestly believe it may have even turned out better. Hard to believe I know but I feel like it shines a little brighter. They kept me well informed of all the work being done and how far along they were in the process. I couldnt be any happier than I am with the work they did. Hopefully Ill never need body work done again but I know where Ill be going if I do.
Hendrick is on GEICO’s “Express Service Program” and my EQUINOX was involved in 2 collisions in a 6 month period :-(. — both by Geico policy holders. The whole process— repair and providing the rental, works very smoothly. Well, except the the second time— Enterprise Rental Cars screwed up— but that was NOT anything to do with Hendrick. I will always use Hendrick for future repairs when they are an option. Can’t say enough good about them!
I love using Terry Labonte Collision Center! They are very professional and such nice people. My air conditioner was completely broken and they fixed it right up for me in a timely manner. I will surely be using them in the future for all my car needs.

Trust. 100%. Robert Thomas in Service can make bad news tolerable and has my vehicle repaired correctly every single time. Since I’ve been taking our cars to Terry Labonte Chevrolet for regular maintenance I’ve had fewer problems and never had our cars back in to repair the same issue. The mechanics are AWESOME. I send my kids, my family and friends to Robert. Great teamwork!
They always do an awesome job. Great customer service and very friendly staff. Only issue I have is they never call you with updates about your car. You wont know if your car will he finished unless you call. I still use them though. This was my 3rd time using them.
Also undercarriage parts. They didn’t complete everything on the first time and we had to take it back for them to finish the job and could have definitely done a better job of cleaning before they returned the vehicle to us !

Horrible experience. They baited and switched me and the guy at the dealership said they have had probs. Like this in the past. So it goes like this. Auto trader had a car at Terry Labonte Chevy listed for $15,933 I take off from work drive all the way over to the dealership only to have their sales rep. Tell me Oh thats a mistake the car is actually $ 26,000 dollars. What a waste of my time, gas and good will on Chevy. I own a Chevy Silverrado, like it a lot and wanted another chevy. However, since they played me like that I bought a Nissan Sentra SV and ABSOLUTELY 💘 IT. I WISH YOU HAD STARS WHERE I COULD GIVE IT A ZERO. The pic is of my new NISSAN.
I ordered a Z51 Spoiler for a C8 corvette and had it painted Rapid Blue..Matt Lawson at Terry Labonte collision was very informative and helpful throughout the whole process.
I brought my car in for body and paint work since my insurance company recommended them after hitting a deer. My car had damage to the front bumper on the passenger side, the grille and hood. The paint and body repairs look great, but this shops attention to detail is poor at best. I picked the car up on a Saturday and no one went over the repairs with me. At first glance things looked okay.When I got into the vehicle the hood liner was sitting in the back seat, and the fasteners used to attach it to the hood were missing. I was able to go back in and have this addressed immediately, but this is sloppy and I cant believe that whoever pulled the vehicle around for pickup didnt notice the liner taking up the whole back seat. After getting home and inspecting things closer I noticed that the exterior temp sensor which is supposed to be mounted in the front lower grille was hanging down from the front of the car and the retaining tabs were broken. The front bumper alignment looked good with the headlights and fenders, but two of three body lines on the hood werent lined up correctly. A few days later a parking distance sensor fell into the front bumper as well. None of these were major issues, and I resigned to have them fixed when I went back in to have a clear bra (paint protection film) reapplied to the bumper after the paint cured.I ended up going back for the clear bra installation about two months after the original repair and they replaced the temp sensor and fixed the park distance sensor (though they did say the park distance sensor wasnt their fault). I also asked them to realign the hood and it doesnt look like this was done at all as the hood is still misaligned. Installation of the clear bra was also done, but was done very poorly. The clear bras come as a precut kit and who ever installed mine obviously had issues with getting things lined up because I now I have six cut/join lines where there previously were none before the accident. My service writer tried to tell me that the version they buy comes in multiple pieces, and maybe thats true, but many of the cut lines are jagged, non-factory cut edges that were clearly cut by hand with a knife, so I find that explanation unlikely. There are also numerous spots where dirt/debris is trapped beneath the paint film, at least ten spots where its lifting at corners or edges, one 3-4 long bubble along a body crease and two of the cutouts for the park distance sensors are heavily misaligned with one of them having section of the film torn out.Based on my experience, its pretty clear that this shop is focused solely on getting people in and out as fast as possible and doesnt care much about performing professional high quality repairs. While Id like to have the issues with the clear bra fixed, between poor repair quality and how difficult this shop is to deal with (dont stop by, they wont even talk to you without an appointment) Ill probably just tear it off and eat the $800-1000 cost of having a new one installed by another shop that will do it right.
Hendrick Collison fixed my 2015 Nissan Altima S 4D Sedan after I encountered some body work that needed to be done to the front of passenger side of my car and it along entailed getting a front alignment.Well what made the experience wonderful was Matthew Lawson coming out and listening to my concerns and making everything was taken care of with my car.Then as I was waiting for my rental I watched as another guy came and sprayed and wrap my car down as a precaution before getting into my car. Now I dont know about you but that put my mind at ease due to this pandemic that we are dealing with.Then as the days went by I got text messages daily on the progress with my car.My car was ready on the date that was predicted by Matthew and that really made me happy!Kudos to Hendrick Collison Terry LabonteFelecia A Martin

GEICO made an appointment with Hendrick collision for my hit & run case so I met Jody and left my car a week ago. Jody looked very professional (and nicely we offered free touch ups for few scratches, my car is just 3 month old) and I was satisfied with the notification process until today.....Today I got a message that my vehicle is ready to pick up so I went there around 3:00 with my wife and son. I paid my deductible, got the key and checked the car. I found that my car is not really ready. The replaced door were separated so I was able to see inside of the door like cables and parts, and there is a paint mark on a window. (and no touch up).. So i met Jody and showed all the issues and waited about 20 minutes and then got the car back. I was about to leave, moved everything from the rental car including a car seat, but i found that the bottom plastic part of the door was not installed correctly (They did very bad touch ups.... silver color on the metallic gray ... well those are free, but not worth at all...hope I can remove them). So waited another 20 minutes and then got my car back. I checked my car very carefully, and found that the replaced door is not really aligned well with the front door, and the strip is drawn poorly.. I told Jody but it was already after 5:00 PM so I left my car there again. It was not good experience.. my family wasted our time and hope it wont happen again. I recommend everyone check your car very carefully after the repair your car here.
If you can actually make it to their service department, they do decent work, but be prepared to wait a while. I also dont understand why this place says that their service department is open until 6:00 p.m.. All of their technicians leave at 5 so heaven forbid you have an emergency and need your car looked at at 5:15. Take your car anywhere else!
I am well pleased with the work these guys did. I had a huge deer hit the left side of my Dodge Ram 2500 and crushed my bed in from front to back. Took it to them the same day dropped it off and within a week and a half it looked like nothing happened.... Great job guys...

I went in for an estimate and the lady behind the counter was super nice. I believe her name was Jennifer. I was unaware that you had to make an appointment to get an estimate. She tried to get someone to look at my car that day, but considering it was a Friday everyone was booked for the day. I told her I would call back to schedule an appointment after I had time to look at my calendar. She apologized for the inconvenience, but she made sure to get me a business card so I would know what number to call when I was ready to get schedule. I ended up not setting up an appointment because of my busy schedule, but I defiantly know where to go when I do decide to do something. I will recommend this location to my family and friends for sure.
Do not use them for car repair estimates. They will over-inflate the repair costs, which causes major problems with insurance.

They did an awesome job on my wifes car and my car just recently! My USAA rep Jeff at the collision center was great and very thorough. Gerber did a ok job in my wifes car a few years ago, but when compari g these two Hendrick Collision was far superior! Thank you guys and gals!

When I went to pick up my vehicle, I noticed damage that was not there before I dropped off my vehicle. There was a chip in the paint on the back, passenger door handle and the handle alignment was off. I told Frank, the estimator. He told me that the alignment on the handle looked the sane as the other handles. That was not true. I have pictures and videos of my vehicle before the accident, after the accident, and on 5/19/17. Frank admitted that the chipped paint came from the body shop. Which I knew anyway. He never apologized for their damage to my vehicle. I asked him would they fix the alignment on the handle. He told me that there was nothing wrong with the alignment of the handle, but I have the video and pictures to prove otherwise. I received a call from Leigh Ann around 5:00 pm. On 5/19/17 stating that my vehicle was ready. I informed her that I was not able to pick it up that day, that I would pick it up Monday, 5/22/17. Around 5:30 pm I received a text message stating it was a confirmation that I picked up the vehicle. I immediately called the collision Repair shop and asked why I received that message when I did not pick up the vehicle. Leigh Ann put Frank on the line. He told me that it would mess up their numbers if he didnt close out the claim and the vehicle was repaired. I informed him that I did not sign off on anything stating that the vehicle was complete, nor did I look / inspect the vehicle to make sure that it was repaired correctly. He became condescending by stating that I looked it over early. I replied that I did, but it was not fixed because of damaged that they did to the vehicle. He stated that the vehicle is repaired. I informed him that I will contact my attorney. I feel that the collision Repair shop staff is unprofessional. Frank never apologized for the damage that the Terry Labonte Hendrick Collision Center did to my vehicle. He was not sympathetic or empathetic. He made me feel as though I did something wrong when clearly it was the repair shop who damaged my vehicle. He was more concerned with his numbers for the week rather than acknowledging the fact that Repair team damaged my property. I will not recommend, nor purchase a vehicle from Terry Labonte. I will not refer any friends or family to Terry Labonte Hendrick Collision Center. I would definitely like to speak to a member of management about this matter. Would a member of management please email or call me. My information is on file. I will definitely be in the office on Monday to look at my vehicle and speak to a member of management about this matter.
My daughter has been dealing with Terry Lebonte Collision for over 3 months now. When she initially took her car in for repairs after an accident that was not her fault they kept it for over 3 weeks to do $3,000.00 in repairs. When the car was returned it was dirty and had mold from where it had leaked and had not been properly cleaned after they supposedly fixed it. She has since taken it back to them several times for continued leaking and to have water and mold damage repaired. She has now had to get back in contact with the insurance company as she has standing water in her trunk, mold and a wet back seat once again. Their collision center during the first encounter did not return phone calls or communicate well at all. The last experience we had was with a new representative so the contact was better but the repairs were still substandard and not sufficient. The customer service and ability to satisfactorily complete repairs at this establishment is beyond lacking. I would not recommend anyone take their vehicle there for repairs. My husband bought a Camaro at their dealership last year and had a decent experience, but I doubt we will ever buy there again because of how my daughter has been treated. This is her first car she has bought and is paying for on her own and it would be nice if these so called professionals could fix her car in an appropriate manner.

I received a call that my vehicle was ready. I picked it up at 5:15 p.m.on a Friday, my gas light was on, it was not on when the tow-truck dropped it off. My Service power steering and service battery system lights are on. Im afraid to take it back but have to they received 6,000 dollars for repairs from my insurance company. There is also tape residue all over my hood.When I took my vehicle back Saturday morning I was told to come back Tuesday.

So, I took my car to this dealership for an insurance repair. Right off the bat I knew I should have taken it elsewhere but I didnt. Not once during the entire experience did they call me to update me on the progress of my car. They texted me with automated texts. I finally had to call them to ask if I could pick up my car. When I got there the batter wouldnt start and they left parts loose under the hood. They had to give my car a jump to get it out of the parking lot! Now I am stuck, stranded with a car that will not run. The car ran perfectly fine until they were trusted with the repair.

The back window of my old Ram 1500 truck shattered and was replaced by Terry Labonte. When I came to pickup my truck, not only did they leave all the shop info in grease pencil on the front windshield and a side glass, they left more broken glass shards in the bed of the truck than when I brought it in. After telling them about it, they cleaned the windshield, glass and bed of the truck. Two days later, I go to put my dog in the back seat of the cab. They moved the dog bedding while putting in the back window so I needed to put it back in place for my dog. Guess what ... there was glass all over the back seat and floor!! Like I said in the beginning this is my old truck but me, my dog and truck deserved better service then we got. My everyday vehicle is a newer Jaguar and maybe they would have treated me with my Jag better but they will never get the chance to work on my Jag or any other vehicle of mine again.
Terry Labonte Chevrolet collision center has an awesome bunch of people that really know what theyre doing. You can tell they brought their a-game when youre dealing with Chop and Tom the two people I dealt with. Tom even pointed out something I missed on some trim that should be a warranty issue on my Ford Mustang. I was recommended by Geico to use this collision center. I was really taken with how intense these people are so I brought my other car to be serviced in the service department as well. (17 Ford edge sport and my 2018 Ford mustang 5.0. .....to a Chevrolet dealership! I couldnt be happier to find this diamond in the rough of horrible Ford dealerships in the surrounding area around Greensboro. Terry Labonte Chevrolet is next level for your service needs.Regardless of what emblem or bowtie you have on the front of your car!
Didnt get the call back in enough time to consider the deal offered, but had a good experience besides that fact. Maybe another time, still give them a try if ur looking for a Chevy! Friendly and they work hard for your deal, but just didnt work out this time.

Under no circumstance would I ever take my car here again. This center and their employees, specifically Chop Lowman and the manager, Tom, are very unprofessional. I was involved in an accident and took my car here to investigate some noises I was hearing. When I dropped my car off, Chop was dismissive and rude. I requested an estimate ONLY and Terry Labonte found a loophole to fix minor cosmetic issues for roughly $1000. When I spoke with the manager, Tom, about the incident, he told me I was lying as he spoke with Chop who indicated I never asked for an estimate. This collision center has terrible customer service and provide poor repair service.

Such crooked and nasty people!!! They had to repair my husbands car because a GEICO customer hit us, and GEICO is their go-to collision center. GEICO told Terry Labontes collision to only do body work!!!! Our tie rods were totally bent and we had a horrible alignment problem due to the accident! They refused to fix it. They called us to come pick it up and only stated that they didnt fix the tire that was damaged from the accident (we paid for a new one because it was told to us that it was not driveable and that the damaged tire was damaged from a prior event). They handed us the keys and said nothing about the danger we were yet to encounter. As soon as my husband pulled off, the steering wheel was going all the way left then all the way right ( it was only going all the way to the right, before they got to it). They did not tell us to tow it or that we were putting ourselves and our 3 year old daughter at risk of getting in a fatal accident. They blame GEICO...I say they are just as responsible.. there was no harm in telling us and even giving is a quote to fix it correctly....This is attempted MURDER!!!
They dont care about their customers. Its pretty clear with the way they treat everyone and refuse to help when people have an issue with the way the vehicle is returned.
Wish i could do no stars! Took my car here to get fixed when I got the car back my taillights and signal lights were out. My light were not out when I dropped it off! When I called them and ask them about it and if they could check it out they were very rude and nonhelping!

I had my rear bumper repaired here. Everything went well and Matt Lawson was a huge help. They had to fix a sensor in my Tahoe and Matt arranged a loaner for me while they repaired that (unrelated to the bumper). Will be taking all my vehicles for collision repair to Terry Labonte from now on!
