I am very impressed by Refrigeration Services of Green Bay. Friendly, quick, reliable, professional. I have a high end keg cooler (Marvel brand) that had some issues that were difficult to figure out. I called and was surprised that they came to my house immediately. (I was expecting a week or two!). The technician explained to me what the issue was which was quite complex (not something I ever could have figured out myself). He had to remove a panel to get access to the back guts of my cooler. Not only did he fix it, but he also suggested some better methods of insulation to prevent the issue from ever coming back. John, the tech, had everything needed in his truck and made all the repairs and even provided the extra insulation. He cleaned up the area and reinstalled everything. Very courteous and professional. My cooler is now quiet, super cold, and running perfectly. Thank you!!!

We have a difficult building to deliver freezers and get them through the doorways and consistently we have had friendly, professional people to work with. They care about getting everything set up properly and are very thorough. We really appreciate having this company to work with to get our freezers serviced and delivered.

Extremely easy to work with. The guys there work hard to get the job done quickly and correctly. Spent quite a bit of time working with them in the office and would be constantly hearing stories of the extra over the top things that nobody asked them to do but they did anyway. Good companies over deliver in their service. These people do.

I have done business with Refrigeration Services since I opened my business 10 years ago. I have always had great service from the sales, office, and technician staff. Their great product knowledge helped my store open smoothly, and has kept me up and running since.

When we opened our shop we went to multiple supply stores. After speaking with Wendy in detail of what we needed we knew RSGB was where we would be getting all our major equipment. They have gone above and beyond to take care of us and made sure everything was delivered on time. Wendy has been a complete joy to work with and if I need anything she takes care of it for me.
