I bought the last 20 boards they had at half the price of our not so local hardware store. Good quality and price. Help is scarce.

Older lady who offered to check me out was very nice. The wireless under cabinet light I bought stopped working within 8 days. Made in China garbage. Im glad I saved my receipt. Ill stick to my locally owned small hardware stores.

Store has a great selection of Ryobi, Milwaukee, Dewalt and Makita cordless tools.

Very friendly staff, once I found someone. He made sure I got the right filter for my shop vac & then I had him verify i grabbed the correct tube lights.

Purchased a brand new dishwasher as ours at home broke. The customer service lady in the store was pleasant to work with at the time. Ordered, paid for install, and paid for haul away. It comes to the day when it gets delivered, sorry our warehouse does not let us install hardwired appliances. The two men left. Did not install. Did not haul away old one. Called Home Depot and was passed around SIX times. Finally got someone who stated oh yea, we dont install hardwired appliances (we did not know this). I said then why at the time of purchase did they not explain this to us? we leave that up to the customers to know that information. Thats like buying a new ac unit and you ordering a 220 and having a 110 plug. We arent going to rewire your home and we arent electricians. Moral of the story, customer service was not kind and was not friendly to work with...ended the call with Home Depot hanging up on us.

Anytime I purchase any items that need assembly, all I have to do is ask if someones available to put my merchandise together and theyll let me know. This last time I purchased something, I called and Susan connected me with Don who happily assembled my two pedestal fans for me with no problems at all. Thank You So Much!!!

Very professional management, easy resolution of a problem (hidden shipping damage to something I picked up). Pleasant environment in the store, with staff members that are genuinely helpful when needed.

Got my garden stuff here ... Many times I couldnt find d something, but there was always help nearby and they walked me to the things I was searching for.

Service was horrible on the floor. Couldnt find anyone to assist. 15 minutes later, the lumber I got was discounted and the lady at the register was super helpful. if they were staffed better to assist it would have been great. Be prepared to do everything your self

Great variety of products easy to find things the aisles are wide and and stuff is on the display so you can see it clearly and they also good customer service this is a great store I recommend it go there whenever I need something hardware related.

You need to depart ways with RAS Logistics for delivery and installation. They delivered my washer, dryer, and fridge today while I was at work and my son was home. They added an extension line to the water supply for who knows what reason other than to have an addition connection that could leak. They also installed the dryer and installed the plug without putting on the necessary stress relief so the dryer plug wont pull out of the back of the dryer causing a short or possibly a fire. Then calling three phone numbers that were obviously to another country ( I even asked where she was located and she said that she was not able to tell me). I id get a hold of one person who put me on hold to get a hold of a rep to ask him the questions I had. Would you believe that no one could answer anything and they were trying to get a hold of the installers but could not reach them. I asked him if there was a protocol for installing electrical plugs and it was as if I was speaking a foreign language to him. He had no idea. Wasted time and money for me to have to go home and fix it the right way.

Purchased a refrigerator, dishwasher and range from HD in April. No complaints about these appliances so far. The delivery guys were fantastic but I did the install myself. I learned a long time ago to avoid having them (or any of their competitors like Lowes or Best Buy) do the install. Heres why: we have purchased three dishwashers in the past 20 years. None of the installers did the required high loop on the drain hose and we ended up with sewage in our dishwasher. A refrigerator was installed with kinked copper tubing for the ice maker and another time the installers insisted on squeezing a 32 inch refrigerator through a 32 inch door. instead of coming though our 36 inch front door. As a result they damaged the door frame, cracked the trim, and damaged the fridges stainless steel finish.Have HD deliver the appliance and hire a plumber to do the install. Better yet, do the install yourself. It isnt difficult to attach a water line to a refrigerator. All you need is a wrench and three minutes. A dishwasher install will take you a few hours if youve never done one before but it isnt difficult if youre patient and watch the how to install videos all of the appliance manufacturers post online and on youtube.

They have vary nice things in the store. I love the outdoor plants and flowers they have there. Best ones I ever seen.

Got a nice upright freezer, a little smaller than thought but had to order on line so didnt really know the size

My neighbor, an extremely helpful man who basically roofed my garage for me because I was able to continually find excuses not to help, asked me to pick up two batteries for his drill that were on sale. We live about an hour away from the nearest Home Depot but I was in the area already on unrelated business. So I stopped there to get the batteries. It turned out that I was within $80 of my purchase limit on the debit card I brought with for this trip. So I went to the customer service desk and ask them if there was any way that my neighbor could purchase the batteries online and I could just pick them up. Jonathan at the customer service desk told me that yes that was possible but there might be a leg in the time in between purchasing them online and what it would register on their computer but he said that he could do a phone order right then and there. this drastically simplified and sped up everything for me I just passed the phone over to Jonathan who talked to my neighbor who gave him all the relevant information and Jonathan was able to complete the purchase over the phone and hand me the batteries and I could bring them back up home with me and hand them off to a very happy neighbor. Jonathan was extremely helpful and made the whole process very pain and trouble-free.

The guy in the plumbing department was great. We were able to get a cartridge for the kitchen sink and now it works so much better.

I am doing a basement project and made a lot of trips to the store for flooring materials. I was short two cases of vinal flooring and was told they were completely out of this project and was told there was nothing I could do. I went back a few weeks later to see If I could match it somehow . This time I talked with josh in flooring and he was able to talk with the company and I am now getting the rest in December. He took our name and followed up with us after the weekend. We are very thankful for all he did for us.

Their curbside pickup is fast and the ability to pickup online orders from lockers located in the front entrance is a GENIUS idea. I was able to pick up my online order and be in & out within 2 minutes! Super efficient especially during covid-19.

Went here to buy some wood and have it cut. They were helpful for selecting the wood, but gave us an attitude when cutting the wood

LIARS - Do not trust Home Depot. I ordered a refrigerator on 11/14/2020. Delivery was promised on 11/28/2020. The day before delivery they said they had to delay delivery and pushed it back a week. Then the day before the delivery they said the manufacture was back-ordered and they would have to again push it back another week. That would make it more than a month after I ordered it. But when I go online, the website says they can deliver one in 5 days. They are LIARS. THEY DONT STOCK WHAT THEY ARE SELLING. DO NOT ORDER ONE. GO TO SOMEONE ELSE WHO TELLS THE TRUTH ABOUT WHAT THEY HAVE TO SELL.I have since cancelled the order and will be picking on up from Lowes who has them in stock in both Oshkosh and Manitowoc.

Friendly staff & good selection of products

Up to this point I really enjoyed buying products from Home Depot. I was going to purchase a sizable amount of flooring materials from the Green Bay East store. They are offering free installation on their carpeting. I have an installer and want to use them and asked for a discount since I wont be using their installation services. The price of install is included with the carpeting price. So some kind of price break would make sense to me. The store manager would not budge neither would the costumer service. I am very disappointed and will not consider Home Depot as my first choice home improvement store.

Workers there are so helpful and kind.,they really mean to help as much as they can. With any questions or concerns about your project and products youre interested on.

Home depot used to be the place you can go get answers to your questions help when you need it but I was there today people walked by didnt ask if I needed help when I went to look for it went walking toward somebody they would look turn and walk away prices are getting higher selection is getting smaller and people that dont wanna help or dont know doesnt help the consumer

Curbside pickup made for super quick trip. ~2 hours from order to pickup being ready. Arrived, clicked a button in email, popped open the trunk, was off to start my home project a minute or so later.

In the middle of a pandemic and we saw one staff member wearing a mask that was on the floor. I get that everyone has their own choice on the matter, but this is when corporate should be dictating what people have to do. Youre on the floor with hundreds of people interacting with you a day, put your opinion aside and keep people safe.

The Home Depot is 18 and 30 miles away from Manitowoc, so l really dont use them much. We have 2 other lumber yards in town, and l use them for my needs.

Now and then Ill find what Im looking for here at a reasonable price!

Great plants even in this difficult (virus) time. As always employees very helpful. I also liked not being forced to wear a mask (out doors) at this late date.

Shop at Home Depot quite abit. Honey do list never ends..no really big projects.. stuff an amateur wannabe repair person can handke. if I had questions.. employees gave me proper info I needed. No complaints... Go for it...

I do not typically write a review unless it is either an above-and-beyond experience or a very poor experience. To keep it short, I had an unexpected sensor going off on my vehicle pertaining to the oil being very low so I made a quick stop at Home Depot to purchase some oil. When I went to purchase I realized I had forgotten my wallet. One of the managers at Home Depot came by and said I may just have the oil but I insisted to come right back and pay for it. Needless to say, Home Depot went above and beyond in customer service. Thank you guys for all you do and I will definitely be back in the future.

Every time I shop here I am always asked several times as I’m browsing for what I need. Most times I don’t need any help, but knowing the staff is there for you makes it a great place to shop. They have workers knowledgeable in their respective department that really improves their service.

I ordered 3 items, was billed for three and received two,i called home depot two times,first time waited 46 minutes got a nice women who would correct it nothing happened tried again waited 36 minutes on phone got women situation still not corrected,ive gotten 2 surveys about service filled them out still didnt get the third item, nobody gives a damn

Like other reviewers have said, the service isnt great. I couldnt find half the things on my list, but Im sure they had them somewhere. No one offered to help, and there was no one to ask for help either. I thought the cashier would at least ask if I was able to find everything okay, and have someone help me find the stuff, but she only ran off the spiel about their credit card. She was the only one there, and there was a line behind me, so even if I did ask it wouldve been a wait.Prices are decent, but Id much rather pay more and receive, or be able to ask for, assistance when I need it.
