Well....their coffee drinks are way overpriced for the amount you get if youre getting an iced drink!!! Dutch Bros. gives you your moneys worth!! If youre better off staying with the hot drinks or asking for very light ice!!! Just a friendly tip so you get your monies worth!!

I have been a regular customer for years.. some experiences at various shops have been better than others..For a franchise-type business, I think consistency would be a priority.. but its not the case.. some give MUCH BETTER customer service that others.. and I try to share that with their corporate office..

A little longer wait than normal (Thanksgiving morning). Was part of a pay it forward that died 2 people behind us. Happy Thanksgiving!

Made small talk to one of the girls there about seeing her drunk at the bar having a good time, I wasnt flirting and I wasnt being negative, but i guess she took it wrong. Next thing I know the manager is telling me that multiple girls there are accusing me of saying inappropriate things and in order to get coffee there I have to be escorted by a Safeway employee. That lasted for almost a year. That ended 6 months ago. Most of the original girls dont work there anymore. I see the troublemaker there from time to time, but its Abby who has been rude to me ever since and Ive never been anything but nice to her!

Staff was good but coffee tastes weird.

Coffee is the same as any other Starbucks. The drive through line is always crazy long. Will take you 20+ min to get coffee during busy times (which is most of the day sadly)

Had a giant sign enticing customers to try a new limited flavor they didnt even have.

Parking here is horrible, the drive through is horrible. And the parking lot is small. This is the busiest Starbucks in the region and the only one in grass valley.

False advertising the website says closes at 9 yet they close at 6:30....very upset! So please dont go after 6:30 terrible customer service from starbuck employees. Attitude beyond belief. Still probably never go to this location again. Sadly

I didnt visit Starbucks, nor would I. If the pricing was more realistic I might, however, anything over $1.50 for a cup of coffee is a waste of money. My NSHO.

Get a Venti coffee and get out quick. 20 oz of caffeinated goodness. Other customers and baristas can be annoying though.
