Eddie checked the engine and diagnosed that my car needed a new engine which was still covered under my 60,000 mile warranty. I don’t have the words to accurately describe how great this business is.I was originally quoted by my vehicle’s dealership $2000 to fix an issue with my passenger side airbag. Ford was gonna charge me $4,000 to replace my powersteering in my Ford Focus and they said it’d take 2 weeks. It had just gone out and wouldn’t even honor the warranty even though it was 1 mile over. Eddy and his crew did it for $2,300 and got it done in 1 day. This is the place to go. Best service from a mechanic I’ve ever gotten.

I really wanted to acknowledge the professional and honest business that Auto Improvements is. I recently brought my sons truck in for a rattling noise that I self-diagnosed and told them what I thought needed to be repaired. They checked it out and called me to let me know that it was only a loose connecting bolt. When I went to pick it up, it was no charge. I sincerely appreciated that they did not replace parts that I told them were likely the problem and charge me for what I would have fully accepted. This is my second experience with Auto Improvements where they have displayed honesty and integrity. I felt that the least I could do is share my experience to others to know that you will be in good hands choosing to have Eddie and his team care for your car repairs. They have earned my business and recommendation.

He helps us even when he knows it will not result in work for him, because he wants to make sure his customers are safe and happy. We have never had an experience where he has taken advantage of us, and to the contrary, is always up front and honest. I just want to both say Thank You to the guys at Auto Improvements and also recommend them for repair and service work. My wife called me on her way home from work and said the PT cruiser was pulling hard to the right. The next day we traded cars and I took the PT in. We already knew we needed a drive axle on the right side but the guys found the problem was the lower control arm bushings were wasted. I was told by the dealership that I needed brakes. Upon inspection, Eddie advised me I still had about 10k miles left but addressed the shaking when stopping as a rotor problem. Within a couple of hours, he fixed the problem and for a great price! On top of that, I didnt get a list of other problems with my van that I MUST take care of that I always seem to get at the dealership. And last but not least Eddie was super nice and has some great stories to tell (which is a big plus in my book)! Thank you, youve made a customer for life!

When I moved to Grapevine in 2011, a trusted friend recommended this place on NW Highway. Couldnt be more satisfied. Ive got a 94 Camaro, and they have kept it running well since then. Six months ago, I moved to Fort Worth, but still take my Camaro back to Auto Improvements for repairs.

Very Knowledgeable, Eddie diagnosed my transmission problem, answered all questions, and referred me to a quality transmission shop. Will definitely do business with him in the future.
