Miguel was great to work with. My daughter was moving this weekend to Midland and we needed the hail damage on her car repaired and returned quickly. Manager Kevin Henry provided me with regular updates about the progress of my repair.One thing that I often do when waiting in a businesss lounge area, is to observe how the staff and receptionist deal with customers and vendors coming and going. This is generally a good indication of the culture of that business. It is not difficult to imagine that a collision center is going to be dealing with customers that are extremely stressed because of their situation. However, I never experience any tense moments while sitting there. I was particularly impressed with their receptionist. She was empathetic, kind, and considerate with every customer and vendor that walked through the door. To me, that says a lot about any organization, and it seemed to be true throughout the employees I encountered.Also, the repair work they did made my car look brand new again.Yes, this is a long review, which I rarely do, but I was just so impressed, and it feels good to share a positive customer service experience over a negative one. On 8/8 I suffered front end damage to my 2018 Mazdz CX-9 SUV. On the recommendation of my Mazda dealer I took my car to Classic Collision and spoke to the service rep on duty (Saturday) Jarvis Johnson.I explained that I needed the car back ASAP for my sons wedding on 8/15. Jarvis worked up the quote and promised me that I would have the car by 8/14. I took the car in on 8/11, Tuesday, and after several updates from Jarvis, I picked up my SUV ahead of schedule on 8/13! The repairs were excellent, the car was washed and cleaned perfectly, and the cost came in under budget. My sincere thanks to Jarvis and the Classic team for coming through for this Air Force dad. I highly recommend these folks. Oh, and the wedding came off beautifully as planned.

Im sure the service is great for others. I was not impressed about turnaround time, communication, and customer service. The work is fine. Not best place for paint repair. Do offer excellent warranty with the work but with how long our turnaround was I wouldnt even want to utilize it. Will use elsewhere next time.

My Corvette got hit by another car in an accident. Sent into Classic Chevrolet for repair. Due to Covid-19, certain parts were waiting to be manufactured, which caused the whole repair process dragged 3 months long. During this period of time, Mr. Miguel Viera from Collision Center provided me with exceptional services: understood my frustration; patiently explained situation; provided me with professional recommendations; tried his best to find alternate solutions; kept me updated about the status; smoothed the process between Insurance and Rental; went extra miles to fulfill my additional requests etc. That’s truly high-quality customer service. The Bad:- I never spoke with my advisor regarding repairs or damages. (Poor Communication)- I had to take the vehicle back to Classic to do a wheeling alignment because it was never done. The vehicle was shacking and pulling right.- The turnaround time was unacceptable.The Good:- The receptionist was very polite and courteous.- The shop offered free coffee, cappuccino, ect selections.

The staff is very friendly and really goes the extra mile. The paint job is great, cant hardly tell a difference between the factory and new. Plenty of communication about progress of repair. Ive used this shop a few times. Would definitely return, although I hope I dont need to again. (people, please stop hurting my car..lol)

We have had many great experiences here. A year or so ago my husband got in a wreck and was t boned and they fixed his truck perfectly! Looks practically new! Josh Garza was so amazing that when we hit a deer in my Tahoe and jacked up the whole front end we knew we had to bring my car to him for the best results. After ordering the wrong part for my suburban 2 times then not being able to find it anywhere I finally made the right choice and came in to Classic Collision. They found the right part and had it on hand and after a quick 30min I was on my way. Everyone was very helpful and communicated everything very well. I will always come back here

I had brought in my 95 classic Mitsubishi 3000GT which needed some paint restoration. Ive been trying other shops, but they would just give me the run-around. These guys, however, were confident in their abilities and showed they cared about working on my car. Josh Lamb was my service advisor. He patiently listened to my concerns and told me what they could do. This gave me the faith to take a chance on them and, boy, was I glad I did. They delivered beautifully! They had my front bumper stripped and then repainted it and blended the new paint into the fenders and hood which had rock chips. The result looked fantastic and the front of the car looked new again. They were kind and professional throughout the entire process. There are a couple of more things that need attention and Ill definitely go back to them. If you have a classic then, rest assured, they can help you.

Josh Lamb always comes through for me! I bought a new 2020 Camaro and wanted a different spoiler put on the back of it. He got one ordered, they painted it to my color. And while I waited put it on. They even made sure to have me see if I would like it before the final tightening up of the screws. Thanks again guys! Spoiler looks great!

Let me start off by saying this was the best service Ive ever received, not just in a collison shop, but in general. Well except for that one time McDonalds gave me 11 chicken nuggets. Brought my car in for a hail claim and right away April was polite and answered all my questions, and its also the name of my favorite month. Clay kept me up to date on the status of my Chevy Trax, and if I may say so myself, is also devilishly handsome! I had actually met the manager Kevin years ago when he was working as an estimator at a different shop and that dude does not age! I also asked for the technicians name who worked on my vehicle so I can give a shout out. Thanks Wade! He fixed some door dings on my vehicle that werent even part of the claim. These people will definitely go above and beyond. I had also left some money in my cup holder by accident and I was worried that someone would take it but they didnt. All 6 cents were still there (: will definitely refer this shop to anyone who wants excellent service.

I recently moved to Fort Worth from Shreveport, LA. My dad has worked for GM for over 40 years and his shop in LA normally takes care of my cars. I was driving 3 hours back home to get my cars serviced but I got in a situation and needed my car serviced in Fort Worth so I decided to drop by Classic. I have had about a Dozen interactions with the dealership and they always take care of my vehicles. I highly recommend them. I had a small accident in my Camaro and my first chose was to take it to classic to get repaired. I had never been in an accident so the whole insurance and rental car stuff was a little overwhelming. April at the front desk walked me through everything! Id been in what I thought was a minor accident, that turned into a minor accident with a TON of damage. Miguel Viera was very helpful dealing with the insurance (that kinda screwed up) and keeping me informed with the status of the insurance, damages and repairs needed. I was given updates via text and phone calls. This was very convenient due to covid-19 and the say at home order. Also, having 9month twins, this was a much less stressful experience than it could have been, being able to have at hand communication. Miguel was both professional and friendly. He didnt give me any b.s. razmatazz. Very straightforward and honest, easy to talk to. In the end, my vehicle didnt end up needing a seventeen hundred dollar part that got ordered that he could have just as easily had his team go ahead and replace. Instead, after replacing a few of the last things, it was shown to be unnecessary and was returned. Only good employees that arent trying to screw you over do things like that. Under my specific circumstances, Classic Collision and Miguel were very patient and understanding handling my repairs, payment, and pick up. 5 out of 5 stars +1.
