This place is really top notch. We recently use them to repair a BMW that was rear-ended by another driver. Could not be more pleased with their professionalism, customer service, and quality of work. I was very pleasantly surprised to see the vehicle was detailed and immaculately clean when I picked it up today. Highly recommend all the way around.

Absolutely the BEST auto shop I have ever been to! I had to get a dent on my door repaired and not only were they super helpful and friendly but my car looks like it never even got hit!! Everyone is extremely helpful, easy to work with, and professional, and the completed work always looks perfect. Very disappointed, they charge premium $, but the service is no where close to being premium. They had told me that my truck will be ready by Friday Jan 22 and maybe early and that they will follow-up with me. I called on Wed hoping it might be ready. The lady told me that it might be Friday or Saturday and that she will follow-up with me. Again, no follow-up and it’s Tuesday already. Terrible service compared to their premium charges. Also, had requested to fix a small dent not covered by insurance, they didn’t even offer even a small discount on it

I was rear ended earlier this month and DFW Collision took great care of me. Ashleigh @ DFW Collision was awesome. She is kind, caring and very knowledgeable. She makes her family proud. I came by the shop about an hour before closing to get a quote for minor scrapes and a small dent. The shop manager was very kind and professional. Gave me a rough estimate and suggestions. Sometimes you go into shops feeling rushed or pressured into getting service. This was not the case here. I would recommend this location to anyone needing body work.

Second bad paint job on the same vehicle on two separate occasions! First time it was a color mismatch that was redone. If the overall condition of this vehicles paint was better, I would have expected this work to be redone too. There is no excuse for orange peel with a professional paint job!

Went to get a rim and tire replaced on a State Farm claim and after 18 days the parts werent in and the install was going to take 3 days...to replace a tire and a rim.Would not recommend this place

Not many shops do fiberglass repair, but this one does. I may not be a professional, but I cannot tell in the slightest that the hardtop on my jeep wrangler was ever damaged! Not only is the quality of this shops work outstanding, but so is their staff - they are so helpful with ANY questions you have and are very fair and helpful when it comes to pricing. I worked specifically with Ashleigh Vrabel and she is beyond phenomenal! I am so thankful to her, especially spending many half hour phone calls as I was anxious and indecisive about what direction to go. One of the repair specialists even sent me home with a small bottle of paint to fix a few unrelated rock chips I was upset about. You will not leave this shop unsatisfied, I HIGHLY recommend!!EDIT: I wanted to update my review as I recently used their services again, this time working with Dustin McClure. I was given courtesy updates, the repairs were completed on time, they always do a phenomenal job matching the color, original parts were used, and as a bonus they clean your car before returning it. I highly recommend this shop and Dustin, thank you for perfectly restoring my baby!

After looking at a few shops I decided to go with this one! I was recommended to the one in Arlington but their reviews did not satisfy me. After reading the reviews on this shop i decided to take it here and they took my car in immediately. They were very professional and kept in contact with me about the progress of my car. From the moment I walked in to drop off my car to picking up my car everyone was nice. The job on my car was amazing it looked just like new!!! I was very impressed and very pleased with the work they did! I hope not to have to go back but if I did I would go back here!!! Thank you so much for taking care of my car!!!!

Absolutely top notch customer service. I had a little accident hitting the back of a van and crashed my passenger front corner. First of all they did an excellent job. They were thorough with my insurance. Worked well with them to the point I didnt need to be involved. The job was great quality. Second, they completed the job in a timely manner compared to many other shops my family, friend and coworkers have been to. Everyone I spoke to told me that was fast service. The hours of operation work great for those who work M-F 8-5. I was able to call and have a good person always respond my calls and answer my questions. I never felt like a burden especially since this was my first crash I was worried. Then a few months later the rubber gasket on the fender was coming off. They were kind enough to replace it when I know those are wear and tear parts because they never fit like the first time. On top of that great experience. My sister seems to be accident prone. She has 3 under her belt. They have really gone above expectations. The second repair they were almost done but the tire did not fit well. They called to inform her of what had happened and that they were going to disassemble is once again because they didnt think it was right to hand her the car back with the misalignment. Thank you Toyota Grapevine for the recommendation. Honestly this experience has been stress free. Thank you DFW Collisions for your attentions. Keep up the amazing work!

Oh my gosh - stopped in for an estimate on a small paint repair, and an advisor suggested trying some lacquer thinner to help assess the area. He mentioned that it sometimes does the trick - and it did! What I thought required touch up paint really just needed a spritz of lacquer thinner and the problem is solved! Thanks Brad!I’ll be here if and when I need the services of a body shop, and recommend you at least stop in for an estimate.

Everyone is super friendly and they do pretty good work. Unfortunately they are extremely slow! If your insurance isn’t paying for a rental car I would highly recommend going somewhere else. Even if your insurance does cover a rental car typically it’s only for a few days and you’ll owe more then the insurance will pay for the rental car. I got a bill for around $800 the first time.The first car I took there was about four years ago and it took just over one month to get back. To give you an idea of how much work needed to be done the total bill was around $3000 on a 2 year old car.The most recent time was just about $2,500 and it took 3 to 4 weeks! 👎👎They like to blame the delay on the insurance company. I had different insurance companies for each claim.

Incredible customer service from my first time walking in to the second I left with a finished truck. I was backed into, leaving my truck bed dented pretty bad. Brad and Dustin took great care of everything, made sure to follow up with me via email throughout the week, and the work that was performed is incredible. I have tri-coat white and I cant imagine that being an easy color to match but the work is great. Hopefully I never need this type of work performed again but if I do, Ill be a repeat customer for sure. Great job guys and thank you.

All I can say is WOW. Between text messaging and their constant updates I felt like I was always in the know. Then I got there (I’d cleaned my car just before I took it in and I was super upset that it probably wouldn’t be clean) and BOY I was wrong. Not only did they clean the outside but the inside was so spotless I couldn’t believe it was my car. I have a Pyrenees and I’ve NEVER EVER EVER been able to get all the fur out and they somehow did. My repair was mostly cosmetic but Hyundai’s are pricey to repair, but I found them up-front and honest about the pricing. My car literally hasn’t looked this good since I bought it. Honestly it didn’t even look this perfect when I bought it. I’d give 10 stars if I could. I was a die-hard Service King gal back when I lived in Frisco but this experience has made me a DFW collision convert.

DFW Collision was referred to me by my auto dealer (Toyota) after I had been in an accident. The accident was the other drivers fault, and to say my experience with insurance was less than pleasant is a drastic understatement. Because of that piece of the experience I was over cautious with DFW Collision, and Jesus and Amanda were so patient with me and took the time to explain everything to me. I went in letting them know of my anxiety with the situation, and they were so kind and accommodating. I picked up my car this afternoon and I was so over the moon impressed with the repair work as well as the EXTRA effort they put into my car. I have never put a review for any business online, but their extra effort, and the work they put into my car more than deserves the few minutes it takes to write this review. Thank you DFW Auto Collision for surpassing my expectations and doing such an amazing job on my Toyota Corolla. You have a customer (and referral partner) for life. Took my car to DFW Collision from a recommendation through our dealership. They took care of everything and called me if something was going to take longer. I also go calls to find out if something was different then expected. It did take a week longer than expected, but I got a phone call every day to update me on the status of the car. Brad was very professional and never seemed annoyed with my questions or concerns.When we got the car back, the Air pressure kept going off. I called the office and Mark had a company drive out to my house to reset it.I was very happy with the follow up, and follow through on the one thing I did complain to the manager about. My car looks great! You cant tell anything happened to it. They also cleaned inside and out of it. No funky smells, like you get when you go to the mechanic.

Professional, efficient, with over the top great customer service! Jesus handled my repair and was wonderful to work with. A rental was easily arranged thru Enterprise. When the rental agency was a few minutes delayed picking me up, the collision center quickly dropped me off so I wouldnt have to wait.. and I was able to leave the rental with them when I picked up my vehicle. The collision center also look care of all payment directly with the individual who hit me, since they payed out of pocket (including the rental). Not to mention, they went out of their way to finish a day early since I couldnt pick up the following day. Completely seemless with excellent work, so impressed!

Without a doubt when you have an accident the first concern everyone has in selecting a repair center is TRUST. We all wish the shop is honest, trustworthy and dont overcharge since most of the time it is very difficult to assess unless you have basic or extensive knowledge/experience of car mechanics (which most of us dont). Therefore we try to reach out to friends we trust and can provide good meaningful experience of any trustworthy center. Well, DFW Collision and Mr. Shawn Marchant is that shop and manager that can provide that peace of mind we need. My son had an accident and our insurance company referred the case to DFW Collision. I met with Mr. Shawn Marchant and he showed honesty and responsible attitude throughout the entire the process. They repaired the car in a timely manner without any surprises. Everything Shawn said, they did. I was pleased of Shawns trustworthiness but it was not during this repair that I became extremely satisfied of his professionalism and commitment. The true validation came 85 days later when we had to bring the unit for re-work. The ball joint installed during the first repair had a manufacturing defect and while driving through the airport the wheel disconnected and we had to tow the car to a shop. At that time I never associated this accident with the repair performed by DFW collision 85 days prior. Therefore I took the car to a shop close to my house. The shop indicated that the ball joint and the upper arm needed to be replaced (this is a normal thing due to normal wear and tear of this part) and the cost was $663 without the cost of replacing the tire that was damaged as a result of the wheel coming off. This is one of those unexpected and undesired moments that affect our expense budget for the month. However; the manager of this shop told me that he noted something out of the norm in our case because the part (ball joint) looks pretty new and the asked me if we had experienced an accident recently on that side. Thats when it occurred to me the accident we had affected that wheel and was repaired by DFW Collision. I called Shawn Marchant, explained the findings and without hesitate he received the car, did the testing, confirmed it was a defective part and repaired everything under warranty even placed a new tire since the other one scratched and damaged. Everything was done within two days. The repair was covered under the warranty. This is true honesty combined with a customer first type of approach. I have to believe this is a culture within this company however I am certain that it is Shawn Marchant’s modus operandi toward customers and that is worth to recognize. It’s sad to acknowledge that this is not the normal practice in this industry but I was blessed to find the exception and therefore I want to share with others and hope anyone have similar experience with them.

One of the worst customer service experiences I have come across. Anytime you call to inquire about your car, the person on the other end always sounds like you are bothering them. I was never given aname estimated finish date when I dropped my car off. I had to constantly call the shop to find our the status. The majority of the time when I called therected wasnt anyone there to provide me with any info, I usually was transfered to a voice-mail. When I did get the car the wrong grill was installed.
