Ashton was great in every aspect. He explained the entire repair process he helped me understand what was going to happen with my car. My repairs were finished early, under budget, and looked beautiful. Won’t use any other body shop.

CC did very good work. I like that they sent text messages with updates on the repair. Once the repair was done they immediately let me know. It is often, with other repair shops, that you have to call in to check on the status of the repair. Not with CC. They notify you with updates often per text message.

Caliber just completed a collision repair on my car. Its older and out of production so there were delays getting parts but my service Advisor Scott Hayes kept updated via text . Scott also alerted his manager the schedule had my repair taking over 30 days for completion. That was super important to me because USAA wont pay for for the rental if a repair takes over 30 days. Store Manager Troy Ash called me personally to make sure it got done in time. Thanks Caliber! Great Job!

Not interested in supporting previous customers claiming to be too busy, while 5 people are sitting at their desks. Very disappointed and will no longer consider Caliber for any future work. Management should review policies unless the business is so great they dont need repeat customers.

When doing the body work, they refuse to buy and replace the rear bumper protector because it is a 3rd party parts. Gave us a lot of trouble.

Brought my new Ram truck that had been scratched along the back quarter panel. Had an 8 am appt. for them to look at the truck, they were prompt and on time. Ashton was the employee that helped out and spent 20 minutes buffing the scratches out and didnt even charge me for the work. Very professional and detailed in making sure everything looked good.
