First time in this one. Pretty much set up like the others Ive been in. It seemed like they were pretty well supplied, at least the parts I saw. Main complaint, nobody around for assistance. Other than that, it seemed like a pretty good place.

Standard big box home improvement store. I am closer to Lowes so use that for most shopping, but prefer Home Depot for some items. This location seems consistently better stocked than my other option, the Home Depot in Phoenix, OR

Some good buys some not so good. They have a better selection online than they do in store in a lot of cases.

Most of the time home depot is great as long as you know what you need and dont need much help. This home depot on the other hand seems to have a communication issue in the appliance department. Paid for an appliance bundle in full cash over a month ago, they said it would be two weeks and now that its been over a month no one wants to respond to me or deal with the problem or honor the original deal. I went into the store to get some answers or figure something else out and the manager sent someone in her place and wont even meet with me. They guy she sent was awesome but she should do her job and communicate with her customers. Not very happy with the run around and no one knowing much of anything.

Home Depot is the best! I love ordering online and then going to the store and they have it ready for you and its paid for! Makes life so simple without having to run up and down the aisles on the hunt to find what you are looking for.

They always have what Im looking for. And today their plant selection was on point. Picked up a few.

Just had the best experience in there today with Casey in the appliance department. She was an absolute delight and helped me find exactly what I was looking for and had an incredibly positive attitude about it. Being in retail management for over 12 years I know people like her are few and far in between and she certainly deserves recognition.

I used to love home depot but now their staff is limited both I knowledge of construction as well as less employees. You want people to buy local but most of your lines are self check out. Not a fan. I would prefer going to Lowes now but unfortunately no local Lowes store.A few weeks ago I asked one of their employees in the garden section it they had rose trees and his response was what is a rose tree!!

It was exhausting. I love going there and just looking when I have lots of time but today I had my Boston Terrier with me and specific things to get.Someone put a 5 gal bucket of sealant for the roof in the wrong section of sealants. Both were almost identical but one was 79. and the other one was 239. I thought I was getting the 79. one. So check out was a mess. The buckets were too heavy for me to lift so had to wait for clerk to help. He then helped me out to car. I opened my hatch then put my dog in his carseat. The clerk said thank you and walked off leaving everything else sitting in basket. Cant get good help anymore if you can get at all. Thats all.

I really like home Depot. I am retired military. I get a 10% discount with a few exceptions. Every single time the cashier/clerk has thanked me for my service and I really appreciate that. I also really like that they discount broken or damaged items such as broken bags at concrete, or sheets of drywall, mismatch paint.

Called in the morning to see if they had a fridge in stock that was on the web site. Got told it was in stock. So I went a head and ordered it for pick up. 4 hours later I get a call that the one I had ordered wasnt in stock and that exact one was back ordered for months. I called to make sure this didnt happen. Now I am with out a fridge food going bad and cant go get a nother because my bank has to see it was canceled and then I get my refund. Thanks home depot. You really took care of the customer.

Fabulous customer service, friendly staff 👌 very clean store.Every month, first Saturday is Kids Workshop clinic. Projects are take home for now during Covid guidelines. Free for all children.

Pretty poorly managed store, pallets blocking several isles, shelves seemed thin on what I was after. Lastly the self checkout was all card only, no cash... imagine that

If you know exactly what you need and want, its not a bad store with decent options. If you need help then its hit and miss. You might get someone who does everything to help you as was the case when I bought a fridge or you may get the exact opposite. My suggestion is if you can find it somewhere else for a similar price then go there especially if its a locally owned business.

This is my home away from home. The tool rental department is super helpful. They even helped put a heavy power washer in the back of my truck. The staff you ask? Amazing! The best part is they will not run away from you unlike other Home Depot locations. Very friendly customer service. Don’t be scared 😱 if they are too friendly. That is how GP is 😉.

Cheryl Davis is a ROCKSTAR Associate. She realized that my product was not located where I was directed so she went and loaded the bags on a cart and DELIVERED IT TO MY CAR. She went all out to make my purchase an excellent experience. Thanks for making me happy Cheryl!

Great store all around

Sadly I have to give this store a pretty poor rating. They dont return phone calls despite repeated attempts and assurances I would be called back. I place orders online and they have a bad habit of changing it from pickup in store to, waiting a few weeks for them to ship it. Not cool. At the very least give a person the option to either accept the change or cancel the order. I have also had orders cancelled without any notification or reason...

Me and my husband bought a freezer in November for our elk and pig meat. It got delivered in December and broke in February. Since our 60 days was up we went through Frigidaire to attempt to get it fixed. They have been an absolute nightmare to work with. And it still isnt fixed in May. We decided to contact home Depot to see if there was anything they could do they immediately put in an order for a brand new freezer. I am extremely grateful and very impressed at the quality of service and care that we received through home Depot. We will be purchasing all future appliances through them. They put our nightmare to rest and made everything so easy.Thank You home Depot

I worked for a home depot for a spell, and before I was able to start I had to take a week long off site corporate beliefs seminar course, as well as continued required on-site updates (in-store online tests) and am AMAZED at how many people in this store just clearly dont care, and seemingly never had to do any corporate training as I was required to. Pro tip? Dont count on any orange smocks to come assist you here. Just straight up DGAF attitudes. And no, this isnt just a one time, had a bad experience thing. Its every single time Ive gone in. Workers just %100 DGAF.

The only Bummer about Home Depot is You have to find by Yourself, what You need and are looking for.Other than that, we find Great items that we need. Most of the time!Thank You Home Depot!GOD Bless!

Always a good place to shop, and busy vlean and friendly service

I do a lot of shopping here and can usually get what I need. When I have to order something the staff here are very good with locating the order or resolving any problems with it. The variety here can be slightly more limited than in larger cities, but all in all this Home Depot has what I need for the majority of my construction/land development projects.

Despite the implications of the name they merely the constituent pieces of homes. Relatively bat free. Five stars.

Im having to adjust my expectations and realize that every time I walk through the door of this store I will be met with people who know nothing and who run from customers.

Your typical Home Depot... they do seem to have enough cashiers to keep lines short tho, which is pleasantly surprising. Employees are usually friendly as well.

Never do your carpet through this company. I payed to have them come and do the measure. Right when I got the quote I ordered the carpet through the website provided on the quote. It said it would contact me for a installlation time. A week later I had heard nothing. I called the hotline who said they knew nothing to call the store. After may attempts at calling the store I finally got a hold of someone who told me my order hadn’t gone through despite the verification e mail saying it had. The installation date was over a month and a half out. The day before installation I prepped all the rooms, and then got an e mail stating they had to reschedule and it wouldn’t be for another month. Meanwhile I am living on mattresses on the ground from the prep. So highly no recommend.

I deliver water tank to them and they don’t want to unload it only when I help them even after I told them the confirmation for the load see no driver assistant needed and they make me to unload the trailer

Hung up on me twice, service desk employee transferred me to doors and windows rather than returns, simple question took 45 minutes of phone hopping around and than ultimately was hung up on again. Horrible service.

As with every other Home Depot I have shopped at it is near impossible to get an employee to help you find anything and do not even bother trying to get a key made. Go to the Keyman. They have good sales and I like buying paint there but make sure allow at least a half hour or more to get it mixed. My rating is mostly do to lack of customer service.

I mean come on.. its Home Depot.. lol.. I love it here. It feels like shopping at home. Ive never had a bad experience or employee attitude here. Theyre always helpful and they actually know their store. I appreciate that alot. Ive never even seen an employee that looks as if theyre having a bad day, honest!! DO NOT let precision countertops do your kitchen counters!!! The whole communication with them was a back and forth, with no shows. Then they finally install it and left the old sink in my garage till I made a 2nd call to them about that and the counters. They were suppose to have hauled it off when they did the installation.After about 5 weeks I notice the seam was looking black, like it wasnt sealed. I called and they came out again, and I was told that it was normal, but to make it look nicer and because of my concern he would run a sealer all the way around. Now its been about three weeks and the counter IS SEPARATING!. If there was a way to show you the work I would!

The Home Depot rocks! But then again I work there so I guess Im biased. It truly is a good place to get what youre looking for and help you get things done. Especially during this time when were all stuck at home if were not working. Home Depot really has everything youre looking for, and great employees that will help you find it.

I know I can always find my husband there.

The only reason im leaving a 1 star is because i need to write this review. I paid 2,000$ for a washer and dryer and these guys bring me the wrong washer and didnt even install my dryer properly!! They dont want to take responsibility and are putting blame on LG themselves. What a joke!!!!

Nice big store! Employee friendliness was a hit or miss. The person in the tiling area was great! Her knowledge and customer service skills were top notch. Sad to see the amount of employees on the floor who do not acknowledge customers. Only one other gentleman asked us or checked on us. We are living in a different world at the moment but customer service should be top notch non the less. The cashier in the self checkout line was very nice and had good customer service. It seems like home depot is now keeping up with higher end stores on prices. We were able to find some ceramic tile at a great price. Mask wearing in this store doesnt seem to be enforced! The stores temperature makes it really difficult to wear the mask at all times. Feels like you are suffocating!

Cant get any help and the employees dont seem very knowledgeable.Also wanted to charge $95 to deliver a rug curbside only 10 miles away!Good sele tion of power and hand tools.

I want to thank Phillip manager at Grants Pass OR store.. a sales associate Bev wouldnt sell cherry tones it says in stock said was an order and not to sell.. but after contacting Phillip the ones in stock he foubd were above and beyond order and met us in parking lot sold us the 40 we needed and helped load them.. I have to give high marks for him and thank him..

Super friendly staff

I’ve never had any poor interactions with the employees here. There is something wrong with Home Depot Corp or the managers of the southern Oregon stores. They clearly don’t care about fire code and safety of their customers. They pack the store to a ludicrous level. If the fire department doesn’t have anything to say about the amount of stuff they have packed into the store then there is something wrong with them. You can’t legally pack this much stuff into a store.

Mixed feelings... it was a zoo... however. The young lady named cheryl who helped us was very helpful... I feel it wasnt the employees fault...

If you could make the worst hardware store in the state this would be it. Look through the whole store for help and you wont find anyone. I wanted to buy a new fridge and dishwasher. I couldnt find anyone so I left and ordered it online from someone else and saved a lot . I always avoid homedepot at all cost.

This home depot needs some help. There is more unpacked stock sitting on pallets everywhere than on the shelves and it is hard to get anyone to show you where something is when there is a lot of items that arent where they are at other depots.

I was there to shop for something the website said was in store.It took me an extremely long time to find somebody to help, finally I just called the store. The person on the phone said the item I was looking for was not in store.I continue looking for the item anyway.I found the item and purchased the item!!!!!! After I found the item someone finally offered help.

I got great help with my project and found almost everything I needed.

Disappointing many customers are mask less and the employees are not allowed to say a word. HD is more interested in there bottom line than the health of there employees and customers. Any employee who contracts Covid should sue HD for endangering them. This will be my last visit to a HD there are alternatives. Ace Hardware being one and I dont mind if it cost a little bit more.

So I totally understand my age group is not very well respected in this valley because of all the theft and drug use. But when I have a $100 + compound miter saw in my cart and not acting shady or looking over my shoulder constantly you would think the secret shoppers (loss prevention) would lay off but they didnt. 2 guys kept popping up constantly (btw you guys need to train these lames better. They are so noticable and any person with a sliver of common since would pick these guys out of a 1000 person line up)to the point I just start staring at them when they walk by. Notice people that are not being shady and give them some respect. Cuz you lost a little of mine today.

I payed for a dishwasher to be installed and the old one removed. The first one was defective and the second one was just dropped off. No installation and this was months ago. I will never do business with them ever again on line.

Customer friendly, just please employees, be aware of where you park your carts when stocking shelves. Ive repeatedly seen employees leave these carts right in the middle of the aisle forcing customers to park it themselves on either side to get by. Inconsiderate and not customer friendly in that respect.

People are Always so nice and they have good prices but best thing is they allow your pets to come in with ya. I say go plus anything say like a weed eater well the throttle cable broke and no questions they just replaced it so awesome.

It was so nice to have knowledgable women. They quickly assisted me wirh pick up and exchanges. Plus I was able to choose eight tiles with the assistance of the same lady. I was beaming by the time my shopping experience was done. They also taped the box to make it more secure. All four ladies made it seamless. Jacob, from lumber, assisted with loading my vehicle. Thank you every one of you.

Whenever here and need help finding something or have a minor question Im always helped by employees. Just have to wait sometimes since they seem to be constantly helping customers. Employees are knowledgeable to a decent degree.

This Home Depot is a relatively good one overall. They have all the standard and typical items home improvement/big box construction stores have. Whatever you may need for your projects can typically be found here. They are not the most economical sometimes, be but typically they are reasonable for the market price of what you are looking for. This is the only location in Grants Pass, and the next Home Depot or Lowes is in Medford. Grants Pass does have other options in terms of home improvement and contractor/construction stores, however, they tend to be limited in selection or specialized in nature. Furthermore, they are often expensive alternatives. The main downside to Grants Pass Home Depot is the lack of store associates throughout, in nearly all departments (paint and appliances usually has at least one associate there). It is not a huge deal for me because of my experience in construction and these types of stores throughout my life. Nevertheless, when I do need help finding something, getting an order made, picking up an item, it any other scenario, there is typically no one around. In terms of percentages I would say its around 75% of the time. If this issue was addressed this location would potentially receive a 5 star.

Home Depot offers a lot more than just home improvements they provide children on the first Saturday of every month ages 3 to 12 to come create a new project then get to take it home. They will receive a work apron, a pin and a certificate of achievement. My grandkids always have a blast. Weve made bird houses, fish games etc. Thank you Home Depot

This location seems to be struggling recently, and I cant tell if its because of quarantine rules, or if theyre just slipping.It was a mad house in there yesterday, and besides no help being available, we waited in line for over twenty minutes.I still gave it 3 stars because it looks like some of their employees are really running around working hard, despite not being available.

I recently needed to have a paint color matched and Jennah was the best, most helpful person Ive ever encountered in the paint department. She went above and beyond in every aspect of helping me. She walked me back to the texture cans while my paint was mixing and she explained how to use the textures I needed. I visited the paint center a couple months ago and the scenario was very different. I waited more than 15 minutes without even being acknowledged by the two ladies who were working at the paint center that day. I decided to leave and get paint somewhere else. Now, thanks to Jennah Im hopeful I can continue to get my paint and other items in one spot without thinking that I wont be helped in paint.

Ordered carpet and padding from Home Depot, then read some reviews regarding the installation and restoration company they use and instantly became worried. The reviews were that bad. I read one good review that involved a carpet install in Merlin, where the person said that Travis did the install and everything went well. Called the installation company and learned that Travis would be doing this install also. Feeling a little better about things. Install day is here with Travis and his helper Caleb arriving on-time and ready to go. Both Travis and Caleb were great to have doing the work; courteous, professional and easy-going. Carpet came out beautiful. Travis and Caleb earned a 5-star rave review.*****

Went to help my dad with a special order, wasnt ready when we arrived (even though order was placed day before) and their inventory was off so we didnt get the full order....

Horrible phone service was on hold for 5 minutes the first time before hanging up. The second time was again 5 minutes just for someone to answer and put me on hold another 10 minutes!!! I finally hung up again I guess they were never taught that when a phone rings you answer it. Lost my business this time.
