Justin went above and beyond for a pretty difficult fix, had it done in a super timely manner, was extremely polite and the rate was fair and affordable. Was getting an error code on my dryer. Was able to get a next day appointment. Tech gave us a phone call to let us know he was on the way. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. After a few tests he was able to determine the issue and fix it. Luckily the dryer was OK. Just needed to take out some elbow fittings I installed on the vent hose. My only complaint was the 5 hour appointment window. Had to cancel plans due to it. Still would recommend them.

Im very impressed with their level of service and responsiveness. We bought a dishwasher from them and although its supposed to be one of the better brands, it has been kind of a nightmare, but thats nothing on Just-in Time; Im pretty sure theyre just as frustrated as we are with this dishwasher, but their support has been superb. Their service has been phenomenal and the repair guy that keeps coming out is great, and friendly. I would definitely buy from them again and recommend them, but personally I would probably avoid this particular brand in the future.

Very impressed with the customer service I received from start to finish. Convenient online portal and prompt call from a very nice agent to set up a time. Justin the owner was extremely knowledgeable and demonstrated a high level of customer service as well. My issue ended up being more complicated than everyone had hoped, and what couldve easily ended up being over a thousand dollar repair wasnt even half that because they guarantee their parts and service and ensured the job was done without asking me for a dime more than what they quoted me. Im pretty sure it ended up costing them money, but they made sure to take care of their customers over profit and you just dont get that anymore with many places. Justin also made sure to explain the issue in terms i could understand while not being condescending at all, which I very much appreciated. Highly recommend. Im very pleased and will absolutely use them again.

These folks are fast! Had a tech out within two hours after Frigidaire sent out the warranty repair order. Parts took a few days to come in but all fixed inside ten days.

We needed repair of our washer, so we called and the representative asked the model and serial number. Once we provided this information, we were told that the normal repair was $350-$500. After researching new washers, we decided that this was a fair price to pay. We scheduled the technician, but he was running later than we expected and we had dinner plans. When he called, saying he was on his way, we advised him of our dinner plans, but he stated he would only be taking 5 min. He came and diagnose the problem exactly like we were told via phone, but he also advised that the part was not available, and would not be for quite some time. At that point we decided we would need to buy a new washer… As he was walking out the door he said he had to collect his $95 fee, but that they would be able to give us a 5% discount if we purchased a new washer through them. Of course, he thought we should get the most expensive washer, being a Speed Queen. So, we don’t mind paying a service fee if we are advised in advance that there’s a service fee. We also don’t mind paying a service fee if we decide not to get our equipment either fixed, or purchase a new item from said company and the fee is applied to repair or purchase. Of course, after finding out we have to pay a $95 fee, and feeling like we never really needed a technician to come out because the problem was already diagnosed over the phone, we decided to spend our money elsewhere. The sad part is it wouldn’t have mattered, that $95 was not going to be applied to anything, repair or purchase.

On time…dependable…did good work and cleaned up afterwards. My only complaint would be that it seemed a bit pricey but I guess you get what you pay for

I have a Samsung refrigerator and have had nothing but problems from the very beginning. So needless to say I have experience with appliance repair people. Jeremy was the repairman he was great. He saw a possible multiple problem and came prepared with all the parts that might be necessary. He did the simplest and most inexpensive repair first and it worked saving me additional costs. I so appreciated that because I didnt have multiple visits at additional costs if it didnt work the first time. And the caveat was he shared how to remove fingerprints on my stainless steel refrigerator. I am so happy about that Ive been dealing with fingerprints for 5 years LOLIn addition have to praise the office Personnel very professional friendly and helpful. Thank you guys

Jeremy showed up on time about 2 weeks ago to fix my leaky refrigerator, found whats wrong and since he had the part, he was able to fix it right away.Today, Trevor was able to fix my dryer with no problem at all. He even vacuum out the dryer before putting it back.They both did a really good job. Im happy with the service.

I called these guys because the reviews were so good but I was sooooo disappointed! They were supposed to be here Friday between noon and 2 PM. At 2:30 they still hadnt showed up and because I had to leave to go back to work I called and cancelled. That was after calling at 1:30 to see if they could give me some idea when theyd be here and all the guy would say was he should be there soon. You cant tell me that he couldnt call his repairman to find out where he was - everyone has a cellphone nowadays. I called Action Appliance who showed up promptly Monday afternoon when they said they would. Just-in Time was going to charge me $99.95 just to walk through the door - Action only charged $59

These guys are definitely not just in it for a buck. My dishwasher has quit working, and I called them. Rather than automatically doing a service call and charging me, they talked me through diagnosing the problem. My dishwasher repair is expensive enough I would need a replacement, but they didnt want to charge me only to have me need a new dishwasher. Five stars for knowledge and integrity.

Small location, but good for buying restored appliances. I got a good deal on a stove and the minor flaws were hardly noticeable. My only beef was paying for delivery and installation ... but they couldnt install due to outdated electricity in the house. Thats fine, but I ended up paying for delivery and installation and just getting delivery.

Treavor was the guy that stopped by to fix our washer. He arrived on time, did a super fast assessment, and got the pump in quick. We havent gone anywhere else for appliance repair and dont plan on it anytime soon! Just-in time is the place to go to!!

Justin is true to his word, professionalism and honor. His company fixed my ice maker and stood behind the work when it failed again. Researched the issues, ordered the parts and sent Jeremy to install. Jeremy eas great and efficient. The prices are very reasonable but it is their commitment to excellent service that will make me a continued client.

I work during their business hours but found a washer online. I called, the lady on the phone was wonderful. She told me they pick up the old appliances and will drop off the new one for the same price. I couldnt be home, so they worked with me, took my payment over the phone, exchanged the new appliance, and made everything so very easy on me. My new washer is great. Theres a warranty on it. Reasonably priced. Icouldnt appreciate it more. We will definitely use them again should the need arise. Ive already recommended them to friends.

Excellent service! We brought our newborn baby home and popped a lasagna in the oven that someone made for us and we smelled gas the moment the oven turned on! Called them up and Stephanie scheduled us right away and Justin was at our house the next morning fixing our oven. He was there when he said he would be which was wonderful with our brand new baby! Justin knew exactly what the problem was when we called him about the front loader washer not draining. He showed up with part in hand in a reasonable time, did a quick diagnostic to confirm his suspicion and replaced the part. He seems to be extremely knowledgeable in his field, his quality of work is superb and he communicates well with his customers. Highly recommended for appliance repair. Justin is the same guy as T&N Appliance (see their reviews--nearly all 5 Stars!), but T&N decided to get out of repairs, and Justin split into his own repair business, Just-In Time (T&N just wanted to do sales). Justin is a superb repair guy--very experienced and knows his stuff. Hes also very timely and communicative--important to me. He stands by his work, as proven by this 2nd repair visit this morning (last one was 7 months ago). We will call him again and again and again....

Spoke to Christina there at 10 a.m. this morning about a problem with my Samsung front-loading washer, Trevor was at my door by 11:00, and repairs (pump replacement) were done by 1:00 (on a Monday, no less)! They were all so courteous, and Trevor not only cleaned up his own mess, but even folded the towels I had placed on the floor myself to soak up the dampness! He was very pleasant, polite & straightforward, and made sure I had a thorough understanding of what was needed. I wont hesitate to hire them for anything I need in the future & would recommend them wholeheartedly!

So heres the deal...my 2 year old dishwasher stopped working mid cycle. Looked like it wasnt getting any power. Checked the fuses and the outlet, nothing wrong there. Drained the dishwasher, flipped it over, nothing wrong there either. Called SEARS (where I bought it from) got some guy from Thailand who said they wouldnt be able to get out here for 9 days!!!! REALLY!!!Then I thought of T&N. Called them, they gave me Justins number.....Just-in Time. Stephanie answered the phone, asked me for the model #, and said Justin could be there tomorrow. TOMORROW!!!! So Justin shows up, when he was supposed to. I tell him the story and what I did...he checks out the machine...says it might be the thermal overload....takes it out, checks it with his meter....Sure enough....thats the problem. But instead of waiting a week to get the part. Justin says...I fixed one like this a while back...same exact dishwasher with the same problem....my wife Stephanie had already ordered the part....its out in the truck!ARE YOU KIDDING ME???I never get this lucky. So long story short, Justin puts the new part back in,secures it in place, checks it out to make sure nothing else is messed up, and puts everything back the way he found it. Magnificent! When Sears got there, the technician said Our serial # wore off the inside of the dryer, and Sears said they could not work on it because of that, and charged me $89.00. BS! They only need a model #. I had Justin come in to repair my Washer. He was able to come in and fix it the same day I called within a few hours. He knows his products inside and out. I originally called his grandfather who owns a business in town who did not work on Samsungs and grandpa referred Justin to me. It was a simple fix fortunately, but I got an education on all my Samsung Appliances while he was here. His business if family run and there are very few people in my the general vicinity that even work on Samsungs. They are computerized and seem to intimidate some repair people. I was extremely pleased with his service and would highly recommend him to anyone. I even asked about some hard water stains on refrigerator and he said, He wasnt sure but vinegar may work? After five minutes of a vinegar scrub, my fridge looks gorgeous again. He comes highly recommended at every level.

My Kenmore 70 series electric dryer went out the other day. I did a little research online and it all pointed to the thermal fuse. I went in and spoke with a gentleman about my problem,i described what the issue was and he said he was 99% sure replacing the thermal fuse would solve the problem. He was 100% right.... couldnt be happier with the service.

A three minute diagnosis cost $49.95, (3 screws removed from a panel on the rear to see the burnt out circuit board). The price quoted for the repair part and installation was $310.00. I went online and bought the brand new, original part, retail for $89.00 and it took me about 3 minutes to install it!Profit is one thing but I will not go back to this business.
