On a busy Saturday, we were able to get what we need real quick and checkout was wonderful. You could tell they were short staffed but an employee named “Brett”, I believe that’s his name of what he told the lady in front of us, was so kind and upbeat! He was wearing a shirt and tie even! I don’t know if you do employee incentives or what not but he needs one! Oh and this is by far my favorite dollar tree! Good job Grandville team!

Very disappointed dont know if Ill use this location again in Grandville. they are not enforcing the wear a mask to enter law. It makes me and my family very upset to see people not caring about the health of the others around them. I feel like somebody should report this business. I would rather pay more and see somebody at the door enforcing the law. If I see changes for the better I will change my rating to five stars.

The manager Rhonda was very rude brought to her attention several outdated things she said to me what do you expect her to store it happens. Went in there with my 2 kids, and at one point they needed to use the bathroom, so the lady stocking shelves in the back told me someone was in the bathroom. So I was like ok we will come back. Wel when whoever was in the bathroom came out she came and found me. So while my daughter was going to the bathroom I was looking at the air freshener stuff, loading up my arms with carpet powder and the air freshener candles and she went and got me a basket without me asking. I normally dont leave reviews for places but casanda defiantly is great at her job!

Everytime we go in, the store is clean and well stocked. Great selection of everything you can imagine for a buck! We recieve friendly service everytime we check out too. Awesome place to shop.

This place is always too crowded with products making it hard to navigate around people and products especially if you are disabled. On top of that the only employees are the ones at the cash registers so if you need anything you cant ask them. On top of all this the last couple of times Ive been here people have been smoking outside their doors causing me to have asthma attacks.
