Stopped by the service counter at Slowmart to return a couple batteries. For a minute or two I thought I was looking at a stop action diorama. Nobody was moving, not even the line...🤣🤔😜After a little while an awesome masked employee jumped into action. I wish I got her name, but she helped out with a newer lady behind the counter (the other reached the end of her shift and bailed on the new girl... It happens...) Long story short, if you need to go to the service counter, you may be in and out, or you may want to get a snack...😜

I called 4 times, the last time I called I was on hold for around 15 minutes. If no one answers, I have to call again because I get hung up on. I just wanted to speak to a manager because I filled out an application for a much needed position. I’ll try Target or Meijer.

Its an alright store but it always seems to have nearly empty shops all the time. Im sure as soon as I put the product on the shelves it disappears but thats the way how the world is working at the moment. Friendly greater and staff members throughout Mexico makes it easy to find anything II need quickly instead of walking around in circles round the circles for 2 hours filling my cart full of unnecessary things I dont need.

The prices are good. Always entertaining walking around. Womens fitting room area was a mess as usual. Sometimes the employees are willing to help and other times act like you are bothering them. If you can find it on your own you may be better off.

Overall its a cleaner, more pleasant Walmart. Love the prices and layout of the store. I prefer this location over others for sure. Everytime I ask for help from employee, they are very helpful and nice.

It’s a Walmart, so my expectations are low. This one was not bad. Staff were helpful and helped me find what I needed so I could leave before something weird happened.

Terrible experience here.I called them up asking if they are open, and I confirmed that they will be able to assist me on return of one of the items purchased few days ago. They said yes, anytime before 10 pm. I reached the store an hour after, around 9:05 pm and they closed. I spoke to a staff and also the manager, they both said it cant happen today. I drive 30 mins only for this.Not giving a 1 star, as the staff at customer service the previous time was a 5 star.

This Walmart is clean and bright. It is fairly well stocked with most items and I was lucky that they had 3 jugs of DEF.

Checked the Walmart website, said they had 5 canning pots pick up only. Got there they had none. Drove 40 miles to get there. Talked to a employee, he knew nothing got his so called team leader and she was rude and nasty, and wanted nothing to do with checking to see if they had them. Never again. Place is disgusting and if she didnt take off so fast I would have posted her picture and name.

Shout out to the staff at the Grandville, MI Walmart. My grocery pick up order was delayed and several items were missing. I wasn’t upset because of the amazing customer service that was provided. The woman who helped me was so friendly, knowledgeable and took care of the situation within minutes!

Friendly staff, shelves are a mess, could be cleaner, they do not take apple pay or Google pay yet. Great prices and selection. Typical Walmart experience.

Couldnt find half of what I wanted and store was depleted. I understand it was the weekend but I expect more. Couldnt find any staff to assist me. Took another customer to tell me about the Walmart app that checks prices. That Customer deserves a raise... .

Best price for my insulin. Awesome!!! Meijer $125 for one vial of insulin, $25 at Walmart! So for every 4 vials it is $100 verses $500. No brainer. How does the other places get away with charging so much more?!!!

The Grandville Walmart is like visiting an unorganized flea market . They need to hire more people to properly maintain the different departments . One big area is the clothing area. That place gave me anxiety I had to.leave .

Service was great...got what I needed(car battery) at almost $100 cheaper than AutoZone quoted me for...only concern I had was that there was only 1 in stock but I got that 1 in time...overall a great visit👍😊

This store is always quiet busy with it servicing Grandville, Byron Center and Wyoming. The staff is friendly and the store is up to standards cleanliness wise.

Place feels like it needs a GOOD cleaning lots of loose screws walking around. however it did have what I needed as other stores didnt

Came for an oil change was in and out in 30 mins. Had time to find a bargain the mechanic was courteous and professional

I don’t think anyone works at Walmart, currently on hold for the 5th time today over 10 minutes, no one seems to work at the grocery pickup department, so I payed for groceries, was suppose to pick them up at 2 it’s 6 o’clock, been trying to get ahold of the grocery department this is my 5th try, 10/10 would not recommend anything from this Walmart what a joke .

Walmart was trashed, hangers on the floor. Carts full of clothing that needed to be put away. Skids blocking isles, difficult to get around the store. Not one associate to ask a customer if they needed assistance.Looking for help in photo department/ electronics was difficult too. Why? Because 3 associates were in the backroom and all helping the same customer....errrr.Will be calling store manager and corporate!

This Walmart doesnt keep their things stocked up very well. They didnt have the blood pressure cuff I wanted. But its good for buying some things. 🌕🌝🌞🚵‍♂️⚘🌷🏀⚾️⚽️🎱🎳

It wasnt busy at all, yet they allowed up to a dozen people languish in the only live cashier line open for nearly a half hour. I called twice while in this line to get their atty, but they never sent another cashier. Meanwhile in self checkout, there were 2 associates to watch people do their job, but only if you paid with a card- no cash. This area was a desert. VERY disgusted with management of this store.

I work here, so my opinion would be biased. It is the smaller of the Walmarts, not a super center. Its decent for a Wal-Mart.

Good selection for a Walmart, with attentive staff. The store is mostly clean. The clearance section isnt very exciting compared to other locations. Lots of parking and right off the highway.

People just dont greet people anymore too bad. Not a bad store some areas are a little messy but overall I recommend this place.

WalMart Supercenter has a little bit of everything - from clothing to food! Do your kids need shoes? Do you need a charger for your electronics? Does your car need a battery? How about groceries for your trip - you will find something for everyone here!

Dirty, isles were a mess, product not stocked, some product totally out of stock. Parking lot also a mess. Masks, floss picks, garbage not picked up. Outdoor center only access is from inside the store. Won’t be back. Felt unhealthy to be there.

Sells alcohol which is not true of all Walmart stores. Was able to get a decent bottle of bourbon while on vacation.

I love buying my kids clothes here. The only downside is there was hardly any 3T girl clothes and their inventory was kind of low. But the prices are great and checkout us quick.

The American flag that is over the store is tattered and torn. It is caught on the flag pole. I went to the service desk to request the flag be replaced. The clerk said I needed to speak to the manager. The manager was busy but eventually came to speak with me. He walked outside with me and agreed the flag needed to be removed. He used his radio to let someone know. An hour later, the flag was still pitiful.No one had removed the tattered flag. Sad.....

I was very happy with this store compared to my local one. While in line was greeted by a friendly emoloyee, R. She was friendly and considerate.

Its a small Walmart but it had most of what we were looking for. The employees are like beaten down robots, no knows where anything is and they all look and act like theyd rather be anywhere else but there. Not that I blame them, it is Walmart. Go to Meijer, same prices, more selection and better customer service.

Ive never really been a Walmart shopper. I would go occasionally but not regularly. Then I heard they would shop for you and bring it to the car. What a game changer for me! I need a hip replacement but due to covid 19 Im now on a waiting list ( waiting for it to be safe to go have the operation). I was having a terrible time shopping.I downloaded the Walmart app and havent looked back! Its the best thing ever! Ever!All hands free, touch free. They will try to substitute if they dont have it, with your approval. The store personal have been very professional and helpful. The app is so easy to use, and if you forget something on your list you have until 1:45am that day to add something. Just love the service and the prices are better. In MY opinion you cant go wrong with the free parking lot grocery pick up. Yeah Walmart for having an awesome set up! Thank you!

I have been on the phone,for12 minuets waiting to speak to the managerof the walmart at4542 kenowa ave sw grandville,mi as i write this review it is in reference to an on line order 7/13 21 i ordered 2 jars of newmans own blackbean salsa which has never came up to pick it up . now it has been paid for where is it ? only Godknows cause noone else does and you want me to shop wallyworld ?

Its Walmart lol. You will go in and there are busted items or messy areas, they have some clothes some food some electronics, car things that are torn open.

Store was trashed. At 8am you would expect the store to be clean, as they have been closed to clean for our safety. Apparently that doesnt mean pick up trash on floor, or clean the floors.

Waited for over 45 min for a refund & itb never happened, systems went down is what I was told

This Wally is hit or miss. Low grocery stock on many occasions. 2021 seems to be tough on this location compared to 2020. I thought they did excellent on in-stock items during the initial pandemic 😷.

Ordered a bunch of school supplies and all water to be delivered and confirmed delivery date before placing order. After I ordered 7 items had to be picked up at the store.

This one doesnt have the gallon jugs of sugar free sweet tea.

They make you a TV Star in order to shop in the sporting goods section. Meh...

Friendly staff. No complaints about how they help. Store is clean 90% of the time. Service is quick and assistance is always smiling and happy to help. One of the best Wal-Marts to go to.

Clean, friendly staff, and committed. I saw an older cashier try to stop someone from stealing. She went as far as standing in the way and he pushed passed her. The staffs response was quick, they didnt catch the guy but employees came out of what seemed like no where to support the cashier. It was my first time seeing anything like this.

Going downhill. They took down the price checkers so you have to try and find an employee to help you. Thats not easy because theyve let go of alot. The place is a mess because of the lack of employees so no zoning gets done. I worked there for 22 years and retired in 2019. So glad I did. Used to be I would recommend Walmart as a great place to work. Not anymore. The last 4-5 years I was there it was going downhill alittle every year. So sad. All fresh fruit and produce never lasts more than a day or two. That is if it wasnt all already bad when it got delivered. Walmarts have the worst fresh food department.

Every time I submit a photo order it is lost and/or there’s no record of it even when I show up the same day with a receipt and order confirmation email. This is clearly my fault for continuing to try but just pay for shipping because it’s not worth the time wasted to come here.

This store is messy and very unclean. Looks like a tornado hit it. Clothes arr all iver the place. Either the workers are very lazy or they are short staff. You would think how much money Walmart has they would hire a cleaning /organizer crew to clean this place up!

The Grandville Walmart is a hot mess. I know its Walmart and standards are low but I couldnt even shop the clothing section because it looking like a hurricane came through. There were cloths on the floor, off hangers, on shelves in giant piles... it looked like someone threw everything on the floor and picked up what they could in one heap and shoved it on the shelf leaving whatever didnt get picked up on the floor.

Cleaner than most Walmart stores, including the parking lots. Only 2 cashiers open, and one side of self serve open at 1130ish am. I would definitely come to this one over other Walmart stores near by

This store has the worst aisles. There is only enough room for one cart to get through. Plus they had carts with merchandise blocking a lot of the aisles. And very rude customers to boot.

Its Walmart...what more information do you need? The lines are long because there are only two cashiers. That being said, its one of the cleaner ones in the area.

This a really nice store with lots of great prices! its just the staff... the staff are disrespectful, unexperinced and not even focused on their jobs! the place isnt even that clean either, i dont shop there just because of the staff and how they are.

Out of the walmarts that I generally stop into on light occasion, this is one of my favorites. It is much cleaner and has a better setup then the others I have been to. It even features a Subway and if I am not mistaken, an auto center which has actually come in very handy for me a few times. With the better and more streamlined setup, shopping for what you need here is much easier then others. The staff still can be a little touchy, which seems to be a trend among Walmarts, but I have run into several helpful and friendly staff at this location. All in all, if you need to go to Walmart for something use this one, it is just easier and faster.

Curbside was quick, although having t ok drive all the way out to grandville for curbside is ridiculous.

Morning shift blond short hair lady working as a greeter in the front door watching people making us feel like thief, very uncomfortable shopping there.

Not too satisfied when i do my weekly groceries and get to the checkouts and not even one register open not to mention shelves are clear of merchandise. I had a full shopping cart and had to scan my own merchandize using self scan express lane really annoyed.

I left my wallet at the store and I called over ten times to see if they had it and they never once answered the phone.

Its a typical WalMart. Good selection of fresh foods. Rest of the store is a little messy and dirty.

I went to pick up my tire I ordered to find here in March 2021 the Auto Center was not open until noon. At least it is open the Grandville Auto dept. Is still covid closed. The good people found my tire and I was on my way but paid more elsewhere to mount it.
