Awful customer service. Workers were not friendly and very rude. I love this store but I will not go back to this location.

Decent store but the workers just glare and never say hello, and I’ve never found anything here worth buying

The workers made me feel extremely uncomfortable and criticized about coming to return a few ideas and shop around. I was given looks. I was ignored multiple times and didn’t feel even a little welcomed. The worst customer service i’ve encounter even when i kept to myself the whole time.

The people working here are usually really cool and nice but there’s a kinda short guy with blonde hair and glasses who is so rude. it sounds like he always has an attitude and doesn’t want to help.

Worst customer service ever. Guy with glasses and orange hair has no idea what he was doing. Asked to use fitting room and he told me one moment so he could finish texting on his phone. shirts advertised for buy 1 get 1 free but he wouldn’t give us the discount because the sale was ending.

Used to love coming here for skate or surf tshirts, but it seems they changed their styles. Bummer.

The staff at this location are always welcoming and helpful.
