It’s nice when you get a friendly sales person! I wish we would’ve went with someone else that was more friendly and helpful. He was very impersonal and unenthusiastic! I got the feeling he didn’t want to be there! Never told us his name either so when I went up to the register and they ask who helped you, I didn’t know! Also the lady at the register was not friendly either!

Was ignored. Was trying to push me into a color I did not want. Will not go back to that location.

Opener was an hour late walked in with breakfast from a food joint, another worker shortly came in and then left to go to Starbucks leaving people waiting . The store didn’t open until 12:10 when online it says the store opens at 11AM

Horrible walked in there walked around for about 10 minutes all the workers sitting there talking amongst them selfs and on their phones and never spoke to me or ask me if I needed help. Finishline I go to buy all 3 of my kids shoes.. poor work force and management is costing you money.. workers are there for the discount not to acutely work.

Walked in with my wife and daughter to get a pair of Reebok’s no one said anything to us, two of the employees were standing there on their phones and drinking smoothies was there for about 10 minutes waiting for some body to say something we ended up just walking out that has to be the worst customer service I’ve seen in a long time

The girl who helped us got an attitude just because I asked for different sizes. I could see her making faces as she walked to the back room.I have a 7 month old and no way to be sure what size is gonna fit him. You would think she would be understanding, instead she made me feel like I was bothering her for asking her to bring out a smaller size. If servicing customers isnt your thing perhaps a different job would better suit you. I cant remember the last time I felt like I was bothering someone for asking them to do their job.

A few weeks ago, I purchased a pair of men’s socks for my husband, for Christmas. When I came home I wrapped it up and threw the receipt away (knowing I would have no reason to return it).When he opened the gift, he noticed the sock still has the security tag attached.I finally made the time to drive 45 minutes to get the tag removed. I had my 8 month old with me when I walked in the store. I nicely and simply asked if I could get the tag removed. The staff decided to make a scene, by assuming I stole the pair of socks.They were telling me that they are not going to remove my tag without a receipt. I was digging through my purse (which was pointless, because I knew I had thrown it away) and I never found the receipt.There was a very rude woman who gave me an annoyed look, and told me that next time she’s not going to remove any tag without a receipt.Footlocker, maybe you should get some educated people who know how to do their job instead of pointing fingers at those who did nothing wrong.If you’re wanting to get accused of stealing, take a trip to footlocker, they’ll do just that!

I love Rivertown staff. Ebony is super friendly and she is for no nonsense. She believes in fairness especially when it comes to the Jordan release dates. Store is very well organized from shoes on up to staff. Five star in my boom!!!

We where in the house of hoops footlocker we had asked for a pair of basketball shoes the first guy said yep and never came back then as we where waiting my son was trying on a jacket actually had it on and another worker was taking the sale tickets off the coats after talking to us about the coat and the missing shoes that never appeared!! unrealwe went upstairs to CHAMPS had awesome customer service and went out of his way to make sure we had what we needed got the same Jacket and shoes and offered the sale price FOOTLOCKER declined as we had it in our hands.Terrible customer service never go back again THEY SUCK and need to learn how to speak !!!!

Went to store to buy 185 dollar pair of shoes. Had a coupon for $10 off with platinum VIP and they refused to take because of new release. Said nothing on the coupon about this. Girl behind the counter was nothing but attitude and would not give a reason. Have spent over $1000 in this store in the past year. I will never return.

Disappointed that after provinng i am a veteran they refused to give me the vet discount. They said i would have to go online to fill out forms then after i was approved. I would get discount but no retroactive. Note i did contact corporate and challenged price with my amex card and after a month they credited me back 18 dollars or 10 percent. Personally i just think its wrong to advertise veterans discounts then tell me they have a problem with people taking advantage of it so its on me to go through 10 steps to fix it. Come on vets have id just ask them to show u

Absolutely the worst staff i’ve ever dealt with. The guys seem nice enough but the women are always snotty and so unwilling to help. Asked about a size and without a second of thought or even looking at what shoe I had she rudely told me they don’t have that size. Can’t even shop here because of how rude everybody is. Need to get rid of all of them and hire people who aren’t only concerned with themselves.

I came into the store with some friends and ended up finding a nice jacket that I later did end up purchasing. The problem was not with the quality of the product but rather with the staff in this particular store. I asked about a military discount and long story short the lady at the counter ended up accusing me of lying and said that I could not have the discount even after I presented ID and pictures of myself in my military Camos. Never have I felt so disrespected in a store and I will definitely not be going back here. If I were not buying a gift for a good friend of mine than there would not have even been a purchase maade here. Worst staff Ive ever met, period.

High end name brand athletic shoes. If you have kids or you yourself are into the latest style athletic shoes and dont mind paying higher prices this is the place for you.

I had a terrible experience!!!!!! I was getting a pair of Lebron 12 $175 for these shoes but the manager, Ebony, was on the phone talking about something completely non work related. Im waiting to give $175 of my money away but she cant even acknowledge Im even there. I feel bad for for the girl who actually helped me with the shoes, but Ebony blew it for you. Ill keep my $175. I could understand if she was in the phone with a customer but to make paying customer wait for something non related to your job is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
