Reasonable prices for the mall. All sorts of gift type stuff, crystals, stones, tie dye clothes, smudging items, and figurines. Super nice people.

I’ve gone here for a while and i’m very disappointed that i have to be writing this, i woke up after a nap wearing the lapis lazuli necklace i bought from here and my neck was completely blue. It made me worried that all of the other crystals i bought from that location were fake so i don’t think i’ll be going there anymore.

I would love to give 5 stars because the store is very nice and they have a lot of really interesting stuff. However, this place needs to get some new employees. There where 2 employees in the store today while my sister and I were shopping, one with short, black, side swept hair and another who was quite young with longer brown hair. While my sister was checking out they were talking to each other about the work schedule and how another employee was going to be late because she was picking up her prom dress, meanwhile the young girl was eating the entire time. The girl with the black hair walked away from the register in the middle of the transaction without saying anything and the other girl just continued eating instead of finishing the transaction. A little considerate customer service wouldve been nice. Ive worked retail and if I acted like that at my job or even my current non retail job I would find myself needing to find a new job. It wont stop me from shopping there, but I definitely wont be buying anything if these employees are in the store again when I go. I would come back and try my luck with new employees another time.

Lots of cool things in this store. I got a 350$ piece of Indonesian drift wood 🪵 I intended for it to hide unsightly wires but instead use it as a hat/coat hanger. 10 out 10 times I would buy it again. ✌

Love this place! Havent been here in years. Only negative is the cashier multiplied my candles thinking they were sane price but unfortunately for me 4 of them were a1$ less. I know its only 4$. Otherwise love their selection!

Great store. Love the new location even more. Much more room to look around without bumping in to anything. I have been going to this store for years and have never been disappointed. Every time I have bought anything, if there was ever an issue the employees were and are always friendly. Prices are reasonable.

Store itself is nice and usually have no problem. Came in today, and who I assume is the manager, is making customers wait in line for at least 45 minutes while she goes over the schedule with her new employee... can you please cash out your customers first?

Today I accidentally dropped one of their figurines and policy is you break it you buy it. So of course I had no choice but to buy it. The sales person wrapped it up before I had a chance to look it over and just handed me the bag with the broken pieces. When I got home I carefully unwrapped the pieces and after assessing the damage of the broken figurine I noticed that there were 2 pieces still missing. Terrible customer service too say the least.

I was shopping with my teen cousin and the staff was very rude. We discussed everything in Spanish and they called out what we had in our hands in English. We did not request assistance yet they followed us through the store. Havent felt this kind of discrimination in a public place in a long time.

Always has a surplus of goodies to enjoy

I always love to go there to get bamboo and their decor. but I wont be going ever again. First off when I was paying for the bamboo the person running the cash register was on call with a fellow worker whom they had on speaker. The person that was on the phone was very rude when the cash resister worker was asking a question WHILE they were checking my items out. after they ended the call the register worked(no name tag, had dark brown/black short hair that is swept to one side) noted that the other worker was in a bad mood. my friend and I got distracted by the items by the front desk and continued to look around after my purchase and to my disgust I found this tank. I have been in the fish business for a bit off time now and I can tell you THAT IS NOT A TANK! I mentioned to my friend not to the worker that I felt bad for the fish since he does not have a filter nor heater. the worker (who I wasnt even talking to) quite rudely replied that its actually okay for that type to be in there with the bacteria. For starters that type of fish is an adult male crown tail betta. which are TROPICAl FISH. which means they need a heater for their water to be at 75-80 degrees Fahrenheit. they also need a filter. keeping a fish without a filter is the equalivent to never cleaning a hamster cage and letting the filth and waste build up until the animal gets sick and dies. if you zoom in on the picture you can see at the bottom of the tank a collection of uneaten food and fish poop piling up. I also dont know what type of bacteria the worker thinks is in that tank to make this okay but no such thing exists. I will not be returning until that poor fish is in a real tank. fish, like all pets are living creatures that do not deserve to be mistreated. I understand that it is a common misconception among many non fish owners that bettas do good in small bowls with no heater or filter. but if any store worker simply did a google search they would find that bettas need better housing than that. they may survive in a tiny bowl but they will not be happy or live long just the same as a hamster wouldnt live long. I am writing this review in hopes that something will be done about this and to educate the staff and others about the needs of living creatures. not only is it bad for the betta they have but its also misinformation to all of the customers that visit and see these tanks that are advertised for fish when in fact there should be kept only for plant tanks.If for any reason there is an issue re-homing this beautiful fish please contact me. I will be more than happy to take him home with me where he would be very happy in any of my 5gal+ tanks that are fully cycled and ready to go. please do not hesitate to contact me, I would love to help

Wow, very interesting place. If your migraine sensitive to smells it can be overpowering. The staff is great and knowledgeable, it is not cheap. If I had money I would shop there. I was a guest of a regular customer.

Sleeping tiger! They have all sorts of books on healing. and crystals. Sage healing stones are unbelievable. you can pick them up and just decide which one you want or which ones calling you. atmosphere calm. Theres so many things to look at here.

Stopped in to pick up a couple of crystals that I needed for a ritual (snowflake obsidian and blue goldstone to be specific). I had been to a different location and hadnt found any loose snowflake obsidian but I knew they had necklaces with stone charms, so I started there. I found one and then turned to look through the loose stones they did have and discovered that they did in fact have the ones I wanted. When I couldnt find the price for them I asked how much they were and was rudely treated, as though I was stupid. I grabbed the two stones and put the necklace back. When I set them down on the counter and told the cashier (strawberry blonde guy with a bad attitude) I was ready he asked if what Id put down was all I was purchasing. I said that it was and he then proceeded to accuse me of stealing the necklace, which I had put back. His exact words were So wheres the necklace I saw you pick up? I can honestly say I will not be shopping at the Rivertown location again. I also overheard him tell another customer that they no longer carried an item and the reason that it wasnt marked that they didnt have it was that he enjoyed disappointing people. Very rude and unprofessional, when usually the employees are fun and vibrant people, he was not.

Honestly some of the staff were absolutely unprofessional. If it werent for a guy named Josh I wouldnt bother to even go back. I was hesitant to go back after some problems I hid on previous problems and prefer spirit dreams level of professionalism more but this place is better priced and closer. An older woman I spoke to a couple times has no idea what shes talking about and I think she makes things up. Other staff seems young and not all tha familiar with their product which is frustrating. Josh was helpful, honest and seems to have a good understanding and if he doesnt he is honest in saying so. Going in today so Im hoping hes working and can help me pick out a new grid for my crystals!

A staff member took it upon herself to rudely approach me (in front of several other customers), and ask(whilst giggling in a very mocking tone) I dont want to offend you, but are you pregnant? It was humiliating. I have medical problems that have caused weight gain,and am very sensitive about my weight. In addition to being rude, this woman made me uncomfortable because she looked (and smelled) dirty. Needless to say, I have no intention of ever shopping in this store again.

Rivertown one sucks but i enjoy the woodland mall sleeping tiger. I find what i need and if I cant i order from my store in manchester u.k. yes it costs a lot with customs but in the end its worth it because i dont get the good service at rivertown like i do at woodland and through my online ordering from my manchester connections.

Went into the store expecting to find certain things hand the staff had little to no knowledge about what or where the items would be in the back room or when theyd be in with the next shipment. Not impressed with my last trip.
