Staff their was able to price match my game and give good recommendations.

Staff was knowledgeable and willing to talk games with me, and provided honest advice. He didn’t try and sell me anything extra and become pushy, but was there to help. Great location!

Awesome staff! We always have a positive experience, but today Alexandria really went above and beyond in showing excellent customer service. They are able to price match so definitely shop here, even if you saw it cheaper somewhere else.

They didnt disclose a extra fee on a item I had ordered and lied and said they did when I made my purchase.

They didnt have what I was looking for but the store is well laid out and clean. They 2 gentlemen that were working were very knowledgeable.

Amazing transformation!! This store like many other Gamestop stores has completely transformed. Customer service is incredible and very knowledgable of their product. They offer a vast amount of products for any kind of system. Gamestop also offers far more selection in collectibles like action figures and Funko’s. I couldnt believe that they price match now as well!

Great general electronics and games store. This place has quite the massive chain behind it and has a great selection of games and the staff are usually fairly good. I have been to them quite often myself and like them. They are usually kind of expensive and some of the staff can be somewhat rude. They dont carry games for outdated consoles like the Playstation 2, so that can kind of be a bummer if youre feeling nostalgic. All in all, they are pretty good, but there are better game stores.

Had to do a return. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Making it my home store for future purchases.

Sadly their selection of Wii games is significantly lacking due to them no longer taking in Wii games. They were very helpful directing me to a store that still carries wii games.

The staff is extremely knowledgeable about everything video games, it is impressive. I like that they are patient, aim to help out each customer in a timely fashion, and are sure to answer the phones. The prices are comparable, and the selection is great. If they dont have it, they will tell you how you can get it!

Went to take in my ps4. It had the update of death.The hard drive was also going out. We decided to just get rid of it. Guy there was very fair on price and helpful. Offered to fix the update at no cost but we were done with it. Service was very courteous.Will definitely continue to go there for our gaming needs

I am extremely frustrated with my recent service.I pre ordered the Final Fantasy 7 remake in early march from this store for in store pick up. After the virus this store became closed and i recieved an email which allowed me to get my game by mail. All of this is completely reasonable.The day of release came and went and i never recieved my game. I called gamestop customer service and was on hold for 5 hours before gamestop hung up on me. Finally i recieved an email letting me know i would get my game 5 days after release.The game arrives and i am missing 2 or the 3 things that came with my pre order. I have sent 3 separate email for the 3 things that they did wrong and i have not heard back or been able to call in.One of my pre order bonuses expires on april 31st! It is just shy of one week since the game game out and in just two more weeks i will lose out on one of the reasons i went with gamestop over other stores.I have been a gamestop power up rewards member for over 10 years and at least 6 of those i was paying for it. I have easily spent between $5,000-$10,000 over the years and i have always put up with my frustrations with the company because I see the value in a place where people can buy physical media, but i have just about been pushed over the edge.A company who cannot execute on their primary purpose does not deserve my patronage.Gamestop you are a few days away from losing me as a customer and i will actively make sure my audience knows why.

Quick service, friendly staff. They always seem on top of recommendations and what is the best. They are quick to call someone else over who is knowledgeable if they are unsure, which is always appreciated.Who isnt happy leaving with a new video game/system.

As far as Game Stops go, this one is great. You actually have room to walk around and they have a good selection of games and merchandise.

This one of my favorite gamestops to be in. Its always well maintained and the employees have always been very helpful. We were able to talk to many of the employees about the different games coming out and they had great knowledge about them. Havent had a bad experience!

Went here to sell some old games & my nintendo switch. Employees were willing to work with me: I didnt have the HDMI cord but they allowed me to purchase one to go with the switch & return the next day with the old HDMI cord for a refund. Energy is always kind & patient here.

I really dont like Gamestops. I dont care for the way they push their memberships and warranties. That being said, on this trip, they had everything I was looking for, most of it used, so it saved me some money. Staff here was friendly, but definitely pushed the stuff, which is their job, but annoying.

Decent store. GameStop in general can be overpriced. Amazon is usually cheaper. This store can be confusing to get around in around Black Friday time, when they put up cash register lanes that turn the store into a maze.

Garbage, tell you they buy certain things and you get there and they say oh we dont buy those, when it clearly states on website that they do and also called them and was told they do. Than some idiot at the counter tells you no we dont buy or trade for new xbox1 power cord/supply..... SMH

They put the wrong disc in the case, which I didn’t realize until I got him and opened the case. When I went to return it I was offered $17 store credit or $13 cash on a $45 game because I opened the case. Never shopping here again.
