ABSOLUTELY WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH AN AT&T STORE. I traded in my phone last November in which I was supposed to receive a trade in bonus. It is now a year later, still havent received a bonus. You have less than a 25% chance of calling the store and actually getting in touch with a manager. I have asked the manager to send me updates on the bonus status in which I have never received an update. This has been going on for months and Im sick of the way this location has treated me.
I came in store to switch from physical sim to e-sim and Karina helped me. I was impressed by her knowledge of products, her commitment to service and her speed of service. Thank you very much for having amazing employees like Karina she is a great example of an employee going the distance for the customer.

Harrison helped my grandmother today. She locked herself out of her phone and was worried shed have to factory reset and lose all the photos of my late grandpa. He was patient, kind, informative, and professional. Very impressed with his customer service and technology abilities! I have Verizon and tempted to switched just because of the customer service itself!!! Highly recommend this location!

Very professional and even helped me pick out a case and protective cover that works for me. Easiest and best experience I’ve had getting a new phone.

If you have to return something to AT&T, such as a router, they tell you to bring it to OfficeMax at their FedEx dropsite. OfficeMax DOES NOT have the ability to print a label using the barcode they provide you. You must instead go to the actual FedEx Office, which is just down the road from this AT&T location.
A pretty standard experience for purchasing a new phone, though some phones may be in stock, they may not be on display. At times, the purchase took a little bit longer than desired, but the staff were knowledgeable and helpful with the process.

I had an awesome experience at this AT&T store. Ryan was very quick and helpful! I will definitely recommend my friends and family to come here. Ryan set up my new phone and put a new screen protector on it. The screen protector was perfect, no dust or bubbles.
I had a friendly sales rep help me with a new case and showed me how to use my mobile Hotspot. His service was great. However, while I was in there, there was 1 representative that seemed pretty rude. Had 3 people come in after me and he seemed to be pretty rude to them.

When entering into the AT&T store I was a bit conflicted on the services that I wanted to receive. I spoke with a gentleman by the name of Ryan who gave me exemplary service, he was very professional and assessed all of my needs. He provided me with a phone that I will appreciate using now and in the future. As an AT&T customer I feel that it is imperative to receive the best customer service. As the consumer it is important that the staff understand without customers there would be no AT&T again thank you for such great customer service I hope that I will continue to receive this type of service going forward and in the near future.

Dealt with them on three separate occasions with three separate accounts over the years. Service is garbage. Customer service is garbage. If you wanna cancel you literally have to call a different extension of they will never pick up.

I came to the AT&T store about 10 minutes before closing and I was able to get a new iPhone, my own plan, and some more accessories with ease. The AT&T employee Cameron was so helpful and expedient and was extremely polite even though they were about to close for the night. I can’t give my experience a more higher rating. Very slow customer service. Did not have the phones we were looking for in stock. Do not listen to what I wanted in a new phone. The person walked away to “talk to her manager” for at least 20minutes. I was not impressed. Efficiency is not their strong suit.

I came in to get my screen protector replaced and was greeted almost immediately by Carter who after appraising him of my situation knew exactly what I needed and what I was looking for and even installed it for free. Its customer service like this that keeps me with AT&T and driving across town to go to this store specifically.

Friendly staff, but I went in hoping to get answers about DSL availability and they had to order a review. This was supposed to take a couple days, then they would let me know. Never heard anything, and the number they gave me to call if that happened went immediately to a direct to voice mail line that was already full, so I couldnt do anything. The order number they gave me didnt work on their website either. Needless to say, I cant recommend them for this type of help.
So I came in Wednesday and had a wonderful conversation with Cameron over my billing issue that I was having with a credit not showing up on my account and he was great. I was told to come on friday the 13th and no manager was there to meet with me. On top of that my original sales I work with completely forgot every single thing about my original deal. I can understand not remembering my name but he didnt even remember talking to me when we spent over 2 hours getting my number switched over and phone set up. I work in Car Sales and I would never forget a customers face. I feel completely disrespected and my valuable time was wasted

Would post zero stars. Sat in my car for over an hour. Talked to a staff member who said she put me on the que and didnt. After an hour another staff member aproches me and tells me Ive waited for nothing. They dont take repairs like the website states. All I got was its not even an ability I have. We dont even have boxes. Like really? Okay sir?! Help me get the claim going so I dont have to wait longer without a phone. Awful experience.

Sold me tempered glass, said I didnt need receipt.3 months later they say, they dont have this item anymore, and dont have the reciept on their computer. Dont trust them

Was lied to directly to my face. Went in to upgrade phone and pay off the one I currently had. Was told adding a 5th line was $30 per month. The salesman also changed my plan around telling me I would actually be at or below my current bill amount. My bill has actually went up $120 per month that’s before the taxes and fees. I called ATT and the lady said, “yes sir you were lied to”. These guys are scammers.
If you are going to visit an AT&T get to this one! Staff is very knowledgeable and this is a true AT&T attire not an authorized seller. The manger of this store is top notch.
Best customer service i have received from and At&t store by far. I went there right when they opened on a Saturday morning because i needed to set up a phone plan and new it would take awhile. John was able to help me with everything from transferring my phone number, getting a new phone set up (which mind you the first iPhone 8 Plus they were trying to set up was dead and wouldn’t charge) to getting a case, screen protector and making sure i got the best plan for the price! I was in and out in about an hour!

Representative was focused on a selling new phone, refused to help trouble shoot the issue. Was not friendly nor helpful. We mainly wanted help recovering photos off my wifes phone before doing a factory reset, but he kept trying to force a new phone sale vs addressing the issue... used car salesman tactics. Go to a different store. I will probably figure out how to fix the phone myself....
I am very happy with this store. I went in angry but left feeling much better. The manager was patient and clearly answered all my questions and concerns. I must have misunderstood when the sales rep went over the first billing period and why there were extra charges.

This store chain of AT&T has no absolution to quality care for the customers needs. Not only does this staff lack to sense to fix and eliviate problematic situations to a resolvable solution. They also goes as far to neglect original contracts created and allow the MGOD John to become harsh against you and stop conversation with the notion that a Michigan contractual law exists and avoid the customers rudely in his response to just cause for legal action. Simply put, do not trust this store, do not create a contract with them, and do not expect any good to come from visiting and working with this location. Go to another carrier provider at all costs. And, Never work with John.
Its always a LONG wait to get help. Last year we went to replace my mothers phone, which she planned to take overseas. They sold her a phone that did NOT work there, even though two representatives at the store assured us it would.
I have a foreign exchange student living with me for the school year, it was suggested to us to use AT&T sim card with prepay service. We were very happy with the service and explanations that Rich supplied us with. He made this a very pleasant process.
They have a kiosk to pay your bill that accepts both cash and cards. So convenient and easy. I love it!

NEEDED: Exchange a phone case purchased on the 20% discount within the 14 day return policyI live in Allendale and had already left the house, so I called in advance to ask if I needed to bring my my receipt and box. Was told no. Off I went...Got to the store and waited about 15 minutes to see an associate because there is no check out counter...whatever.After he looks up the receipt on the account and rings up the exchange, he gives me my total. (I was expecting to pay something because the case I wanted to exchange for is more expensive than the one I originally purchased.) It seemed high, so I asked if he had applied the 20% discount. Without even looking at his tablet he says, You re right. You got that on your first one because you purchased 3 accessories...Yeah, I cant do that for you right now because a manager is not in the store.*blink* Pardon me?Basically, the store was left incapable of handling regular business ... In my case, a very simple transaction. Because of that, I was going to be knowingly charged $12 more than I rightly owed.Today was day 14 of the 14 day return/exchange policy. I was there, they were not able to handle normal daily business and wasted, and hour of my time.Well see tomorrow if the rating goes down.Manager was in...was walking out with exchanged case in a little over 5 mins.MORAL OF THE STORY:If you are going in for anything revolving around a discount, call ahead and make sure a manager is in.

Trash ATT store. Go to one on Byron. Talk to Sarah. Be amazed at a sales person who does her job without being pushy. Also amazingly I walked out of other store with a brand new phone that WASNT broken...unlike this location where somehow I spend a grand on a brand new telephone just to see glass cracked near camera lens. Wow. If I could go 0 stars I would because manager seems willing to do anything to make sure his shoddy place of power seem like a decent place to do business. If you come here I suggest only using the parking lot to grab a grilled donut from Tom and chee next door.
