I was skeptical about buying a boost phone and upgrading our plan. Major was confident and it make me feel confident in the product. Major was also efficient, professional, and knowledgeable with every thing boost mobile. If I were to need a new phone or have any questions/ concerns. I would want Major to take care of me. We brought and actived 3 phones and upgraded our service in less than 2 hours. Major committed to giving us his undivided attention. He let other customers know he could be with them in x amount of time if they could come back or reschedule. His communication style was welcoming as well. Thanks!
