Craft Revival is is one of the best jewelers in town. My wife and I created a custom drawing for my wedding ring, brought it to Roxanne and she understood our vision completely. In a few days they had a full replica made that looked very close to our drawing, we went over a few details and in a couple weeks it was done. When we went to pick up the ring, it was BEAUTIFULY STUNNING!! I wont give to much away but seeing the display is a wonderful surprise! What my wife and I love about this jeweler is that it is a family owned business and they do all the work them selves. We have nothing but great things to say about our experience with craft revival jewelers. My fiancé and I were gifted my grandmother’s diamond from a necklace, and after deciding we wanted to use it for my engagement ring we were completely unsure how to go about the process. Luckily for us, we lived across the street from Craft Revival and even though I was worried it would be way too expensive (it wasn’t) we figured we’d give them a shot — I am SO glad we did. Jason listened to our random spewing of thoughts and immediately had a vision that so perfectly encompassed what both of us wanted. I couldn’t believe how quick each of our appointments were, too! I didn’t go to pick up the ring, but my partner talks about it being an amazing experience with the ring on display looking so great he couldn’t look away. Jason was even able to work on a time crunch to coincide with the big surprise proposal my fiancé had put together. Brandon is top notch. I am not artistic at all, and he was able to point me to some base models to start my ideas flowing. From there, he made a wax mold of the ring he would create. My fingers are very small (size 4.5) and he assured me once fitted properly it would look elegant and not overwhelming. He was able to scale down the ring perfectly, and it is so unique and beautiful! We specifically wanted a non-diamond center for cost reasons, and Brandon helped us choose a beautiful CZ that is cut perfectly. He did suggest real diamonds in the channels because those are quite affordable and more durable.The center metal is rose gold, and the outside is white gold. Such a great combo! All said, the total was $1480 for what I believe to be the most beautiful ring.

We came to Craft-Revival after a prong broke on my wedding band and decided to completely re-do my set.. I wanted to keep the vintage look of my engagement ring and loved the setting. Jayson was amazing at hearing what I wanted and offering suggestions on how to improve the look and even make the canary diamond in my setting pop. He designed the new wedding bands and was able to maintain the look of my original engagement ring and really created a masterpiece. Jason killed it on my custom wedding band. I didn’t want it to be anything like I’ve seen before, and he nailed it!!! I’m so happy with the product, but also even more so with the friendly accommodation of the business. Once a customer, you are literally family. They take care of your ring when it needs help, and like I just had to get mine resized because it was a bit too snug, and they had it done within a day at no cost.So happy I decided to step into their shop door while on my hunt for a wedding band. Wow! What an amazing experience! My engagement ring and wedding band are one of a kind. My husband used a family band (white gold) for the engagement ring but the basket holding the stone was designed by Jayson, which was created in rose gold. I love the rose gold paired with white gold. Not only was I impressed with the craftsmanship, but being greeted by name after going into the store only twice made me feel that my business was important to them. We were looking for a custom setting for a black opal engagement stone and wedding band, both pictured on the right of the 2 photos. We were pleased with the process and outcome of both rings. It was well worth our drive from Kalamazoo. Jayson did a wonderful job of designing-ensuring the opal would be protected from scratches. Im a clumsy person so finding a way to protect a soft stone had me worried, but I wanted a black opal so badly. Im glad Jayson was able to design a protective setting.Brandon helped us with the band and even completed it pretty short notice so I could have the engagement ring back for our shower. I took a ring from my Grandmother that I wanted made into my wedding band to Craft-Revival Jewelers. I was very nervous to take it anywhere since it was such a sentimental ring. They were so unbelievably kind and helpful. They really worked with my needs to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted and gave very helpful input. The result was perfect and I couldnt be more happy with it. They also were very quick to get my rings back to me when I needed the wedding band and my engagement ring resized. They made what I thought would be a stressful experience into a very positive one! If its helpful, I used my grandmothers stones from her ring and they made me a 14k white gold band with a bezel set. I believe it was Jayson and Roxane that helped me.

I am overwhelmed by the care, attention, and design details that Jayson and Craft Revival did. I was in search for a jeweler that was able and up for repairing my current wedding band/ring.
