Scott helped me get the perfect anniversary gift. I had very vague idea, and he drew up some ideas, then had crafted a beautiful set of earrings. Everyone was friendly and helpful through the whole process, and my wife was thrilled with the end result.

I can’t begin to describe what a wonderful experience I had with Scott, Carol, and the whole staff. I went in with a vague idea of what I wanted and left with a beautiful design that Scott made reality a couple of weeks later. The custom necklace is a true work of art. Carol helped me chose the right diamond and chain and her insights belied her knowledge and experience. I’m beyond excited to surprise my Princess with her special necklace soon. It wouldn’t have happened without the outstanding staff there.Did I mention that Scott laser welded my assistant’s broken necklace two days before her wedding so she could wear it? He did it in 10 minutes on a busy Thursday. Their attention to detail and customer service and satisfaction is unparalleled.

When they were in another place I went in. I was incrediably impressed with his ability and designs. Im going have to visit again to see his new things. He has moved a bunch of times.

Amy is so nice and professional. I got a rhodium plating and refinish and had my ring back looking brand new before the estimated date. My ring really takes a beating working at a hospital, constantly washing my hands and using hand sanitizer. Im excited to show my ring off :)

I was impressed with their service. I called 15 minutes before they closed for advice about a piece of jewelry, and they invited me to come on over so they could have a look - they werent rushing out the door to leave. They inspected my piece and gave me good advice. Then took my information to email me suggestions. I was impressed that they sent me a follow-up email with detailed information pertaining to my inquiries.

LOVE Scott and Carol! My husband got my engagement ring from them and it turned out beautiful! I went back and Scott sat down with us and created a wedding band to go with my ring, which turned out just as beautiful. Scott is very talented and I am not sure there is a better place to go in Grand Rapids for high quality jewelry. Aside from quality the service was just as great, we live out of town and they took the time to work with us. I took my mothers wedding ring in and Scott repaired the prongs and restored it back to the original condition. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for high quality and unique pieces.

Metal Art Studio worked with my fiancé, Brett, and me to find the perfect fit for our budget and style when we went in to shop for rings initially. Brett said he had a wonderful discussion when he went to order the ring and they made decision-making so easy! I recently took the ring in to be resized slightly on the Friday before Labor Day Weekend, and it was ready to pick up the following Tuesday in the early afternoon after the holiday! They even did it free of charge. They provided a really great experience, as well as art that is beautifully made. I would recommend their expertise to anyone.

The office staff is sweet and patient and the jewelers themselves come talk you through the custom work. It was easy to get a quote and a vision for the custom piece I had, in addition to the beautiful ready made work they have on display.

My husband purchased an estate ring (for my engagement ring) from a different jeweler in Grand Rapids. He asked them to replace the center diamond with one that was my great grandmothers -- it was a little smaller than the original stone, but had more sentimental value. Well, it turns out the other jeweler totally botched the work -- the stone wasnt level, the bezel was poor, they really did a poor quality job. We took it back to them to fix it and it still looked bad.I love the unique setting, so I didnt want to just scrap the ring. We brought it to Scott and he fixed the bezel as best he could and leveled the diamond. Im grateful for his knowledge and craftsmanship - he was able to make my engagement ring look its best! Now when I look at it, I dont see flaws, but rather a gorgeous ring. Thank you!
