Great gas. but wont let you pay with change. told me to go to speedway across the street.

I’d give a negative if I could. Went in on 9/20/2020 at 11:00am. The larger heavy set guy yelled at me to put a mask on. I explained I’m a disabled veteran that can’t wear one due to my injuries. He told me to stop being a baby and took our drinks away from us to put them back. My girlfriend had to buy them because he wouldn’t serve me. Even threatened to call the police on me if I didn’t stop whining and get out. Very disrespectful. We tried to ask him to stop and since we was already at the counter with our choices. He told me to get out. My girl had to ask him for the drinks back so she could buy what we stopped there for. Way to disrespect a disabled veteran.

I put 1/4 of a cup into my big B coffee only because it was too sweet and they charged me 1.49. I only get gas from shell and feel like that was beyond petty

Everyone is cool, but the new guy is suspect. Especially with his flower bandana on. Cleanest store around with the best selection.

This place has the cleanest restrooms you can ask for! A big thanks to the staff. I also appreciate the discounts Shell offers over the course of a year they do add up and you are getting quality fuel!

Rude service, and do not care about current safety protocols.

The cashier was incredibly rude. Mumbled something under her breath, then when i looked at her she said “Would. You. Like. A. Bag.” in a very annoyed tone. I understand customer service sucks, but if you can’t even do your job correctly because of it maybe think of a career change. Her name was Danni by the way.

The station is clean. Can be tricky to get out of the parking lot. The manager is very friendly and polite. The only problem was the mens restroom smelled like pot, but what else would you expect from the people using it.

Leagues better than the speedway across the intersection, but could do without the junkies constantly on the premise asking for change.

Its a gas station with friendly attendants and is clean with a good selection of drinks and snacks.

The 3rd shift girls are rude & dont want sales. 2 of them working at 4:30-4:45 am coming out of the bathroom or back room together. The one tells me your in a no parking zone, you need to move. I said I will when Im done with my purchase, she said no now...I said ok left my drinks on the counter and left...I will not need back there!!!! I have had issues with that location before and decided it has been years, so I would try to use them again...BUT NO...FIRST INSTICTS ARE ALWAYS RIGHT!!!! NEIGHBORHOOD STORE OR NOT.... THEY HAVE LOST MINE & MY FAMILIES BUSINESS!!!! 10 mins. Later I came back by and there was a van parked right in front of the door & I asked if they told her to move & of course they didnt. So they pick and chose who they tell to move...Im Done with this place!!! I dont care...if Im late, in a hurry...whatever..I will not need back!!!!

Its not the staff at the shell that are poor it is the manager there. On several occasions while stopping at this location I have witnessed her being extremely rude to customers. She defiantly doesnt go out of her way. I stop at this location often since it is on the way to my work. This manager is hardly ever out on the floor helping her staff and has belittled her employees in front of customers. She is immature and should not be in a management position. I had a friend that worked their for a few months and was a highly motivated individual but said that the manager straight up told her that she wouldnt get a full raise when it was time for her review because she doesnt give out that high of scores. Way to motivate your employees, no matter how hard you work she wont reward you... She needs to be replaced.

The shift cashier is very rude. She told me I cant come in the station. When I asked her why she told me she doesnt like me. She told me she can refuse me service for whatever reason she wants and to go to Speedway.
