Good customer service here the other night when I visited. I was welcomed by manager when I walked in and the lady at the register was really friendly during my transaction. I even signed up for their rewards program that night because Ill be back.

I come to this rite-aid often because it is very close to my work ( walking distance) I went in today 6/6/19 and did some shopping had 3 items and went to check out: the lady is standing there clearly sees me and doesn’t say anything. I wait a few more moments another works asks her a question and she then walks away.I left my items and am not going to waste my money at a place with horrible customer service!

Pharmacy is 100 times better than Walgreens. I drive all the way across town just to avoid the one by my house. A+++

I started going to Rite Aid after Fulton pharmacy closed. Because my pricriptions were transferred there. Over priced items. I only go after holidays when items are marked down on clearance. The manager who replaced long time manager Dan. Bad Attitude=Tracy=Rude

The speed of the pharmacy is awesome, however when I asked to use my Plenti rewards she tried to discourage me from using it because I don’t have a copay on my non government funded insurance. She later let me but when I looked it up, I do receive points, so I think they need to be retrained on this process.

Most all staff are very friendly and willing to help customers if needed.

Went to get my baby medicine and they had the doors locked 20 minutes before closeing time🙄

I have been trying to call too place a prescription. No answer on your end of the line. Phone continuously rings

The pharmacy is excellent - fill prescriptions quickly, friendly staff. Love the selection in the store - always able to find something interesting!

Went in the other day to make a return and was treated incredibly rudely by Dan. No apology was given after he blatantly accused me of stealing - which, was not even CLOSE to the case. Thanks to the cashier that was actually working with me for her help... thats the only thing worth a star. Rude with no manners.
