This has strain has great service and friendly employees! For the Karens complaining about them not being open or the bathrooms not being available lets keep in mind there is a pandemic going on and nanny places have shorter hours and no public restroom! Those of you that want to keep throwing a fit about them being closed at night how about you put in an application! Im a very loyal Circle K customer and from what I hear all of the local locations are in need of staff so putin an application or dont complain that they arent open! This isnt just a Circle K thing lots of places around town are having terrible hiring enough people!

The store is well stocked and clean. There is a unisex bathroom available which was decently clean as far as gas station bathrooms go. Fountain drinks were only 69 cents, a nice selection of bottle drinks and the registers moved everyone along pretty quickly. A good experience overall.

Upon visiting, I just wanted to let it be known that the cashier I had, Gwen, was such a sweetheart!! I hope she sees this bc she deserves the world!

Not open 24 hours

I feel bad for whoever owns this store, Supposed to be 24 hours, closes nightly sometimes at 9 sometimes 10, gas pumps are still on, employees are still there but behind the locked doors to tell you they’re closed.

Real cheap gas and convenient location but no other reason to go here.Pumps are SLOW. About a gallon a minute half the times Ive been here.Trash all over the parking lot.Rude employees.Dirty shelves and coolers.

They are supposedly open 24 hours, but when I drove upat at 2:15AM, an employee came out and locked the door. There was also one morning around 8 am when I wanted to grab some iced coffee, and the machine was empty. The employees refused to refill it! Its frustrating to have a convenience store that is run at the whim of the employees. Something needs to be done about this.

Usually has some of the cheapest gas in the city. Kinda shady, but great during the day.

Just walked in to the store with the door unlocked, and was verbally disrespected and aggressively spoken down to. I was told I cant be in inside, when I woke up to get some coffee, and was then followed outside the store after I said I dont want to shop here anyways. Thats why I normally go to Speedway. Wont be stopping here ever again for fuel, food, atm use, or anything in the future. Very last security procedure, by forgetting to lock their door so late at night, in an area where store get robbed at gunpoint.

This place is a damn Zoo. I do not understand how the employees here still have a job. Personal Hygiene is at its lowest. Care for customer needs non-existent. Frankly whoever is running that place needs some assistance. Low Standards=low performance. Hopefully this isnt the standard for Circle K establishments in general...... if so good luck!

The only thing good about this place is that if you take a right out of their parking lot onto Michigan Ave about 2 blocks up are a Speedway and Shell

Worst customer service I have ever had. I have contacted their corporate offices to see if they can correct this. Otherwise the 1 star is more than generous.

Been coming here for years before and after my shifts at the bar. To be expected the door was locked when I came by after my shift so I waited at the window. Could see someone in the back looking at phones online, check the cameras, then go back to phones. Knocked on the window to get service and nothing. Another customer came to get gas and was knocking with me and the person in the office slammed the door on us.

I was there today and I filled my gas tank all the way up and then the machine kept telling me to print the coupon now and I hit the button for the coupon but it never gave me the coupon. Then I went inside to ask for my receipt, and one of the employees gave me my reciept and I told her I had a free water coupon from the machine that didnt give me my receipt and she did not believe me. She said she couldnt give it to me unless I gave her the coupon but how was i going to give it to her if it didn´t print? Not that big of a deal but she should have believed me considering I spent $43 on gas😠 mean service

Last night I made a quick stop to get a small coffee for the morning. I walked my coffee up to the register and the woman w the purple hair said is that it? I said yes and she said your good. You can go. She never did say why maybe register was closed or she thought i was waiting too long. (I wasnt) but whatever i wasnt gonna argue. Maybe she could tell i needed something free since I just spent $80 on my kids halloween costumes earlier. LolThanks purple hair girl you made my night at $1.45.

This gas station is conveniently located for me. Id estimate more than 50% of the time that I get gas there, a receipt does not print at the pump (this has happened at various pumps), so I have to go inside to get one. That is an inconvenient waste of my time, so I generally go to a different gas station. Today I stopped there as my tank was low. Sure enough, a receipt did not print, so I went inside and asked the cashier for one. She said Id have to get in line (there were 3 people in line), which was ridiculous. They need to get their act together with the receipt issue!

This place is the worse it’s run down when you go to the place it’s always closed after midnight can’t get good service when it’s open it’s not even worth a one star. This place should be shut down.

Ive posted once more before this about this place and this places never fails because I go here on a regular basis to buy my cigarettes and its the only place that sells my brand and cheap. They just hired new people and they need to realise they need to have people with customer service skills because it took me 20 minutes just to get 2 packs of cigarettes and either the prices went up on my cigarettes or she gewed me on 2 packs of traffics. It shouldnt take no 20 minutes. On top of that I had to tell her where the carton of smokes was that was completely in front of her face. Then she took even longer to give me my change back. This is the 4th or 5th time I have had issues at this place. This place deserves no stars for customer service or convenience.

Staff is rude. Prices are decent, good selection of beer. But their customer service needs an over haul, the man who checked us out kept a personal and gross conversation going with another worker. We walked up and set our purchases on the counter and ignored for a good minute or two then the lady said the guy at the end would be helping us.

I’ve been going to this Circle K for a while and it’s seriously one of the worst gas stations around.The store looks nice and has bright lights so you’d assume it’s safe. There are homeless people usually around the corners and will constantly ask you for cans or money as you walk up.The customer service is awful. Typically the cashiers are short and get annoyed whenever a line shows up. Today (3/7) I stopped in after dropping my gf off at the airport. I walked in and several people yelled at me that I had to use the window. I stepped back outside and the guy asks me “what do you want?” Instead of “what can I get for you” or “how can I help you?” When he goes to get it, I see several other people walk in and the staff continues to yell at each one that they can’t come in. Then one guy makes a comment asking how people can be so stupid to keep trying to come in. Keep in mind that the store doors are UNLOCKED with no sign on the door. Not a lot of cognitive thinking going on. Back to my stellar cashier.. he spends 5 minutes trying to figure out the cash register and then tells me that he made a mistake and made the other customer inside pay for my stuff. He tells me I should “repay the favor” and pay for his stuff. He then gets upset when I ask him how much the other persons stuff is and says “is that really important?” My total came to $5 and the other customers total came to $6.50 so I waited outside in the cold, had to deal with a cashier who was rude and clueless on how to multitask while making me pay extra for my stuff on his mistake.Avoid this place at all costs. Plenty of other gas stations in town. No need to deal with the horrible service.

Manager Bill is a genuine man re hiring more reliable friendly staff second shift workers are very short tempered as well as blatantly disrespectful to customers

Redbox movie rental and bottle return machine outside, very convenient. Mobil branded gas station so fuel prices a little higher than others.

I went there at 12:45 AM on Tuesday April 16th and was told I could not be helped until the TWO clerks were done with their smoke break.

Always clean. Staff is friendly.

10 coffee pots. All empty or full of blue cleaning fluid. Unacceptable.

Gas and snacks

Horrible customer service. Employees are rude and ignore customers. I asked for a rewards card and two of the three employees working didnt understand what a rewards card even was. Then when the employee found a card they threw it on the counter at me.
