I have frames that had fit problems. At Modern Optics they new exactly what to do. They modified the frames and added tiny arms to be able to use adjustable and great nose pads.The modification took less than an hour and now I have the most comfortable and best fit in my life.Thank you

Another optometrist sent me here to solder the metal connected to the nose pad that snapped. They dont take appointments for repairs but called me when they finished it an hour later. You cant even tell what side broke it was done so well.

I needed to replace some lenses in my Oakley frames and found Oakley no longer supported replacement lenses. I found a reputable third party company that offered them at a good deal with free shipping. The box arrived no problem but the installation of them was difficult due to stripped out frame screws. Vince was able to remove and replace the damaged screw in no time and only charged a minimal fee. Very friendly, prompt and efficient! Thank you!

Vince is very precise when it comes to fitting glasses. We have been going to him since 1990 when he soldered our daughters glasses back together. Vince does miracles fixing broken metal framed glasses. We will not go elsewhere for our glasses. I took my brother there to have his glasses adjusted & my brother was just amazed & very grateful for the work Vince put into his glasses.

Good thing as she is the one who helps patients chose frames and types of lenses. Her follow through is flawless and she always has a smile for everyone. Vince is a master at fitting glasses. They never rush patients or push decisions based on their profits. I cannot remember being treated so well in an optician and optical office. Absolutely terrible costumer service, every time I talk to the owners there, they are condescending & horribly rude & sarcastic. If you are younger than 40, thats how they treat you. And they will sit their & give me their sob story about how they are losing money. I always try to be kind to people over the phone no matter what. But Ive had my fill of their poor treatment..this is not just my review from this happening once..but 3 or 4 times. My family & I will be switching to a new place. And for the record Ive bought frames from another place other than modern optics..twice...not several. But always got my lenses for those frames & exams from modern optics.
