My wife and I bought a 2015 Kia Rio. I was skeptical because it is a small dealership. On the test drive it drove good but the engine light came on. My wife wanted the car so we bought it and at the time of signing papers they agreed to take care of the engine light. Which they did at no extra charge. Once we started really driving the car after owning it for about a month we noticed at night over bumps the headlights would bounce up and down making it very hard to stay focused on the road. So we contacted them about the concern. The owner of Paris immediately set us up with a loaner car to fix the issue. He personally kept me up to date of the progress that was going on. When we received it back we were completely satisfied. Again at no cost to us. We will be buying again at this dealership when needed and we highly recommend this dealership if your in the market for a used vehicle. They 100% stand behind the cars they sell.

I ended up getting my 2007 Buick Rendezvous here. I had been searching for a month for an SUV I liked and met my criteria with no look. That came to an end here. They had a couple that I liked. However the Buick called to me. I test drove it and it was great with the exception of the AC wasnt cold. I mentioned it when I got back and they stated theyd gladly fix it even if it needs a new compressor. Well I put a deposit down while they fixed it and have been extraordinarily happy with my choice. The price was fair, if slightly on high side of fair. Warranty could have been better than just 30 days, however like I said Im happy. Ive driven the Buick for a little over 3 months now and hopefully I wont need another vehicle for a long time, but when I do Paris Motors will be my 1st stop. Overall a 4 1/2 star review.

Best experience I ever had at a used car dealership. Bought a 2009 Toyota Camry with a manual transmission. After I had already come to an agreement for the sale, the owner came out and notified me that the car was scheduled to have the clutch replaced next week. I was able to take the car home, with the repair work scheduled for the following week, with a loaner car free of charge. Very impressed with the integrity of the ownership.

Great people to work with. They go above and beyond to make sure every vehicle is mechanically sound before handing over the keys. Almost every car on the lot had various parts replaced from tires to control arm bushings. This is not the kind of dealer that buffs out some scratches and slaps a ridiculous price on the window. I bought a 2006 Pontiac Vibe from them and have had no issues after two years and almost 50k miles. They even sent a thank you gift in the mail. I will definitely be purchasing my next vehicle with them.

Waited on the small lot for exactly one hour while I was passed up by the same salesman numerous times. When finally approached, and as irate as I was, threw them a low ball offer, only for them to say nope, could have saved you an hour. Interesting that everyone they passed me up for did not purchase, but I had 10k in my pocket to seriously buy a vehicle. Absolutely to not recommend this place to anyone.

Looking for kids car and saw Paris Motors pop up with a Beetle. Al met me on the lot and was very easy to talk to. The car had over 100,000 but they still had a 30 day major drivetrain 50/50 warranty to help buy such an inexpensive car with a lot of miles. Very quick purchasing process as well.

We got into an accident in our old car, which ended up a total loss. We saw one pretty comparable to the one we lost at Paris Motors. The staff were very friendly. They were receptive of our situation and they worked with us through all of the red tape with our insurance company. They also took care of all of the Secretary of State paperwork, which was such a great convenience for us. There were a couple of minor things we wanted to see fixed on the new car while we worked with our insurance company. Recently, I purchased a 2003 Buick Rendezvous off the lot for about $6000. It was a luxury edition, and had about 147,000 miles on it. Our salesmen, Michael, was very kind. Clearly knowledgeable about automobiles, as well as the market for used cars AND his own inventory. We paid sticker price for the car, but had done the research ahead of time to know that we were paying a fair price.62 days after the purchase of the vehicle, the engine totally seized on the highway. Politely, I e-mailed Paris and asked them to help me come up with a solution to my engine problem. David (the owner) e-mailed me back within an hour, expressing true concern and offering to make a few calls and see if he could find a less expensive repair than I was originally quoted. Ultimately, I was able to find a screaming deal to get the engine replaced that beat his best offer - and he agreed to cover some of the cost I was going to have to cover for the repair.David said to me, We not only are your friend on the day of the sale, but also when something goes wrong, as it has now. We have been here for just under 60 years and we try to treat you how we would want to be treated. We like to be proactive and help you as soon as possible.These men - this business - built on integrity. They take pride in their work, and they truly care about their customers. Paris Motors is excellent! We were looking to purchase a cargo van for our non-profit and the team was very helpful and informative. We found a van we were interested in and they allowed us to take the van to get checked out at our mechanic all the way in Holland. We found a few issues that they fixed and they even gave us a loaner car while the van was being fixed. Their team has an easy going/no pressure approach. They also had great communication throughout the entire process. I would definitely buy from them again!

I feel tricked out of my $100 deposit that I put down in good faith, as an honest citizen. We decided not to get the 2003 Aztek vehicle because it was too far over Blue Book value, the trim over the windshield was falling off, and the driver side mirror trim was coming off. He refused to return my deposit because my reason for not purchasing the vehicle was not for a mechanical reason (of course he did make my husband and I aware of this technicality). I plan to make sure everybody I know is aware of what happened. Whatever you do, dont put a deposit down on any vehicle, they will find a way to keep it.

After a recent auto accident, my wife and I were forced to shop for a good used vehicle to replace a much loved car. This is probably the only cat lot I would ever go to. The salesman was helpful but didnt pressure us and even stayed open late to meet with us. They also didnt try to add extra things to the bill, which is rare. The best part was that they had a good inventory of affordable cars that were worth the price, not like other lots whose budget wheels barely run. I regret the time I spent at other lots and will start at Paris Motors next time!

I bought a 2006 Commander from Mark. He was great to deal with. I did my due diligence and had the vehicle checked out by an independent mechanic prior to purchasing it. About a month later the water pump went out. This was outside of the warranty, and frankly something that no one could have predicted. Mark got me back in to the dealership and they were able to make the repairs for a VERY minimal charge. When it comes time to buy the wifes next car we will be returning to Paris Motors.

I had a great experience with Paris Motors. I was looking for a vehicle for my son and didnt want to pay Dealership prices but also wasnt comfortable buying private party. I worked with David and he provided me with a great Jeep Wrangler at a great price. The communication through the whole process was excellent and the transaction was easy and handled professionally. A few days after we had the vehicle the service engine light came on. I stopped by and they hooked it up and found that it was an O2 sensor. Even though there was no warranty they took care of it for me for free. I know an O2 sensor repair isnt a big deal but they didnt have to do it for free as the vehicle was purchased as-is and it was just a case of bad timing that it failed a few days after I made my purchase. I would definitely purchase from them again.

Gr8 place to purchase a used vehicle. No pressuring salespeople. Test drive till ur hearts content. Found a vehicle that we liked but had concerns about tune-up & noises from engine. They gave it a tune-up & found/fixed noise along with replaced parts we asked about causing future issues. $900 worth of parts, who knows how much in labor. Not surprised theyve been in business for 60 years. Very few of these places left. Definitely will be back if in need of another used vehicle.😁

The staff is welcoming and helpful. We felt very comfortable while test driving, not pressured but not ignored either. The salesman was very helpful in walking us through the buying process.We had a miscommunication with the salesman about the conditions of the limited warranty on our car after purchasing it, which led to some unexpected repair charges. However, the owner was very proactive about resolving the issue, and did a great job of taking care of us! Overall were very pleased with our experience and will return when we need our next car!

Friendly company; very easy to work with, used car dealer. Purchased at resealable fair deal and because I use LMCU I was able financed direct thru the dealer. Their low overhead allows them to sell at decent prices for a decent used car dealer. Check them out you will be pleasantly surprised at what they have and can offer.

The folks at Paris Motors REALLY stand behind their word and their warranty! I recently purchased an 08 Silverado 4x4 crew cab for work and had been looking for many weeks to find a good price. I was skeptical of Paris low price online for the exact truck I needed. It appeared to be in mint condition but I thought there must be something wrong with it at such a good price. When I test drove it and brought it in to my mechanic he said its in excellent shape top to bottom and that I was getting a great deal. The paperwork was easy and quick and I was on my way in no time.BUT, what really sets Paris Motors apart was that 2 days after the purchase the oil pump started cutting out sporadically, causing the check engine light to come on and disabling the remote start feature. At first I thought to myself, I knew it! Its a lemon!. But I took a deep breath and called Michael at Paris and he quickly sent out a flat bed tow truck to pick it up and bring it in for repairs on a Saturday. In a few days I had the truck back with a new oil pump and no bill for the repairs! Having researched the prices for weeks (months?) I know I got a great deal on it and there could not have been a huge profit margin for Paris but they did the right thing and took care of everything. Its now been a week and the truck drives through any snowbank I can find! I will definitely go back to Paris Motors for my vehicle purchases in the future! Thanks Michael!

I recently recommended my friend Beth go check out Paris Motors as she was in the market for a new pickup truck. She ended up purchasing a Dodge Ram 1500 from them and couldnt have been happier! We went to Paris Motors on Division after finding a van listing on craigslist. We knew exactly what we wanted. When we arrived, One of the salesmen, Marc, ran to greet us. He grabbed the keys and we test drove the van. Once we got back and had decided to purchase the van, Marc started on all the paperwork. We didnt even have to negotiate because Marc offered a better deal than sticker price before we could even ask for one.(Even though the sticker price was an amazing deal) He made sure that we were happy with it and we could sign for it whenever we wanted because we didnt have time to do it that night. When we came back to purchase it, Michael was there to help us. He walked us through signing and once we were done, the van was pulled up for us and ready to go. Ive never had such a pleasant car buying experience. Typically we feel like we arent educated on the car we are buying and made to feel bad for asking for a lower price, but not at Paris Motors! My husband and I bought a 2006 Chevy Equinox from Paris Motors in January of 2014. When first getting the car, the check engine came on a week later and Paris Motors was excellent in searching for the engine issue. There ended up being a leak in the fuel line. Paris motors was a wonderful place to buy a car from. They worked within our budget and we were given a spectacular trade in deal. My dad and brother have also bought cars from them and it felt like a family when we went to get our car. Since the issue with the check engine light was fixed, weve had no issues with the car and we travel long distances often in it. Thanks Paris Motors for your kindness and help!

Paris Motors was very honest and helpful. They even fixed up a couple problems with our vehicle after the purchase for no cost. We purchased an Odyssey and had no knowledge of when the timing belt had been replaced. Paris agreed to change the timing belt and water pump for about half the regular cost, and the deal would be good before or after purchasing the vehicle. It seems the #1 priority of Paris is building trust with the customer.

The staff are very courteous and helpful. We test drove half a dozen cars before settling on a nice 03 Honda CRV. The automatic locks were sticky but they repaired them free of charge while furnishing us with a loaner car. Thanks again for the great service!

I seen the car, called and talked to Mike to make sure they still had it. I asked him what the bottom line out the price was and we agreed on that price. Called the insurance company and drove over and got it. The whole process took like 2 hours from the 1st call to driving it home. I got the BEST deal anywhere in the whole state. I didn’t end up purchasing my vehicle here but I still wanted to comment how nice and friendly the staff were. They checked in with me when I arrived and let me look around. They weren’t pushy in the slightest. If you’re looking for a car here, ask for Al!

Just a good used car dealer with quite a large selection of a variety of vehicles and price points. Honest folks who are not pushy, and they are willing to fix flaws that you might find during a test drive. We bought a van from them five years ago, and now bought a 2004 Buick LeSabre. We felt a wobble or two while test driving and they wanted to get it right, so they fixed a control arm and balanced the front tires. The price was right, and Marc made sure to ask us where we saw the ad for the car, and gave us the web discounted price. Definitely check them out if you are a used car buyer.

Bought a 2007 Charger from Paris Motors about a couple weeks ago. Ive lived in the area for over 30 yrs. and decided to check them out. Great place to buy a vehicle. Friendly sales people. No pressure. Will definitely check them out again in the future.
