We contacted them and were calling about a specific vehicle that was listed on their website as in stock. They informed us the vehicles listed on the website are not in stock. They are currently missing parts and have no ETA. Despite this information they called and emailed every day trying to get us to purchase something! The vehicle we are looking at stickers for around $50,000, there is no way we are going to purchase something that expensive and it not be what we want. Plus why would I want to purchase from a dealership that makes you think they have stock they simply do not have?Thank you for your response. It helps seeing your point of view. As a customer we located your dealership based on a vehicle search. We were immediately contacted by phone and that was great! That is when we were we were informed your dealership did not have any trucks on your lots. We thanked the person that call and we were done. Because as we discussed we are looking only for a truck. If you would have had a truck we would have been there. Therefore the repeat contacts seemed very strange and there was really mo additional interaction needed

I did not have an appointment, but came in for an oil change and tire rotations. The gentleman told me it would be an hour and 1/2 wait. I was fine with that wait time. I was pleasantly surprised, as they actually had me out within an hour. Great, friendly, fast service.

Bought this beauty from Kool Chevrolet on Saturday.For those who don’t want to read my long story we are throwing a HUGE shout out to John Davis (Sales) and Rick Stanton (Business Manager) for making our long time dream a reality, they were both very transparent, honest, and easy to talk to and made the experience like buying from a friend!!Alright, now the good stuff:My Fiancé called shortly after this 2015 Jeep Wrangler was posted (they had just got it, and it was just going into the service shop and still was not detailed) and we were able to come down that night to view it. John was willing to stay until we arrived to view the vehicle 2 minutes to closing. They pulled it out (still not detailed) and it immediately caught our eyes. We did not test drive it that night as we just were making sure it was something we were looking for and didn’t want to keep him too late which he reassured us was not a problem.John called us the next day (his day off) asking if we were interested as he wanted to make sure he could hold it until we were able to get in and test drive it. Obviously we said yes and so it was held for us to view and test drive on Saturday. John made sure when we got there that the Jeep had a full tank, gave us a little background on the Jeep and told us to take the time we needed to test drive this vehicle.Once we returned we were 100% sure this was our Jeep. We told John that we were not looking to go over a certain amount and he did everything in his power to accommodate our needs including helping us get some value out of a vehicle we were not sure was worth anything.While waiting to get our financial stuff in order John made sure we were taken care of, asking if we wanted coffee or water or anything else and having real conversations with us- not the typical awkward ones you might have while buying a vehicle from a dealer! We even had to run home to grab the title to the vehicle we traded in and John let us take the Jeep!We finally got back and we were ready to sign some papers! Rick helped us through this process and he was fantastic, we were running close to our banks closing time and he was constantly checking and reaching out to them to make sure we could go home with it that day! We had lots of questions and he was super helpful! Initially pleasant experience purchasing used vehicle from this company. Learned after purchase that the vehicles title had been designated as a lemon under national laws, which significantly reduced true market resale value by over 40%.This information wasnt ever disclosed by Kool Chevrolets online listing and/or by sales personnel during purchase process.Pro tip: Make sure these folks show you the detailed Carfax report or run a check of the VIN. I mistakenly took the salesperson at their word that this vehicles title was clean. Very expensive lesson learned.Cannot recommend.

They gotta get better with their service department scheduling. Oil changes are supposed to be while you wait. In my experience, the wait is really long.Made an APPOINTMENT for an oil change, tire rotation and their free inspection. An hour and a quarter by their own time stamps. I know the work doesnt take that long.

I’ve been a long time customer. Unfortunately I will not return. I purchased a Nissan Armada from them with the million mile warranty and purchased a $2900 warranty from them. Long story short. The million mile warranty is useless when You purchase a warranty. Kool Chevy did nothing to help us with our motor that went bad. The purchased warranty is not great if you don’t keep copies of all your service records. We did and still had problems with Warranty Solutions. Fox Nissan did the engine work and I had to call Nissan Corporate to beg them to help us because it was outside the factory warranty. They did help. Warranty Solution paid 20% of the $6000 bill. Kool Chevy and the million mile warranty 0%.Don’t bother reaching out to me Kool Chevy I’m done.

I keep coming back to Kool because of the staff that I formed a relationship with, the customer service of staff I don’t know, and the level of professionalism when it comes to my cars.

The service department is unimpressive. They fight you over what is considered covered under the drive train warranty (Service Rep does not think a Camshaft is part of a Drive Train.) Tried to charge $120 to diagnose an issue that was pre-diagnosed by a check engine light code even though the code clearly showed it was an issue with the Camshaft (Drive Train). I do not recommend doing business here. Also, an oil change takes up to an hour even with an appointment.

I decided to buy a used vehicle from kool GM after having leased a vehicle previously and referring friends to them. I have had okay experiences with them in the past, but this was the last one.The used vehicle that I purchased ended up getting a check engine light the day I got it. I got home, read the codes, and decided to check a few things. I was surprised to find out that even though Kool had said that the air filters and oil were replaced, they were not. The oil was still black as night, the air filters were dirty, and there were still leaves and dirt under the air filters. I was out an extra $548 from having Mercedes repair what kool couldn’t.It makes me wonder if cool is purposefully defrauding people or if the service department at kool really has no idea what is going on.Edit: I was asked to thank Jay for his outstanding work helping me get this vehicle,Jay thank you for making sure I always have a day or two to think about the text messages I send before you respond.Thank you for having a full voice mailbox so that way I wouldnt have to worry about leaving you a voice mail.Thank you for setting me up with 48 month financing when I asked for 60 month.Thanks again Jay you really made this and unforgettable experience!

I was first in line Saturday morning for an oil change and tire rotation. It took an hour which it usually does. It would be nice if you put in a quick lube. Also I got into my truck and the wheel lock key was laying on the center consul and not back in the glove box where found, the radio was on quite loud, and the service ticket was left under my wiper. On the service before this I had them look at my 4x4 noise which they said was normal and due to my tires being uneven. The noise is not normal, the tires are new, and my radio was on loud to a station I don’t listen to while they were checking for noise. Plus they charged me $65 to look at the noise. The prices have gone up and the quality of service has gone down. I am hesitant to bring my truck in to you for anything more then an oil change. I get the feeling they don’t want to cover anything under my million mile warranty.

Your customer service is poor. I scheduled an appointment with my purchase you are to provide a rental car. Ben expected me to sit in your waiting room from 10am which my appointment was till 3-4 pm just to have it diagnosed not even fixed. And when it did come time to fix it they only addressed one issue. I tried telling them there was more going on. It clunks bad in the rear and front of the truck. I assume shocks but they assured it wasn’t and low and behold the first dirt road I go down clunking is still there!! So what now take it somewhere else? Bring it back and have your service guys says there’s nothing wrong with it. I assume you a contract with the warranty company and that’s why my truck did t get fixed properly. I don’t know what else to think about the whole situation. It really is messed up that I purchased a $40,000 vehicle from you and a $3,000 warranty to get turned away with a still broken vehicle. It’s a shame!!

I have had great luck coming to have my oil change then because it is harder otherwise to set up a time that would fit my schedule. On that same day my check engine light had come on and I recd an e-mail stating I had an error pretending to my emission, I asked Stacey and the service desk to see if I could possible have it checked well I was there or to see if I could set up an appointment to have it checked. Stacey was able to have the check engine light checked and the issue repaired before the oil change was started. Way to go team. I was very happy with my visit and the service that was preformed. At the beginning of April, I took my 04 Ford Taurus to a mechanic and got the news that nobody wants to hear: she was beyond repair, and he wasnt confident that I would be able to get her to a dealership. I started hunting that same day, and three days later I was driving away from Kool Chevrolet in the car that I wanted, and they took that old Taurus off my hands. I had a couple of other vehicles I was looking at, all of them at a bit of a distance, but what sold me on Kool Chevrolet was my experience with Austin Sheldon and then John Davis.I could not have asked for a more transparent and reapectful experience. I had the pleasure of working with John when I came up for my test drive, and I knew in the first five miles that the 2015 Ford Escape I was looking at was the car for me. I drove it for a little while longer and noticed that it was tugging to the left, and so when I brought it back, I made sure to point this and a couple of other things out to John, and he passed it on to the mechanic to fix those things specifically when giving it the full service. And because there was no way I was ever going to safely be able to drive that Taurus ever again, John set me up with a loaner and told me the car would be ready the next day. And even though I did not finance through the dealership- I was working on a specific amount from my bank and a specific amount that I could afford to put down - John went above and beyond in order to make this happen for me & at the price that I wanted. He negotiated with his managers, took care of a few title hiccups with the Taurus, and I ended up going only about a hundred fifty dollars over budget.I dont generally trust dealerships, mostly because I do not like how pushy salesman can be, but I respect the hell out of John for how honest and transparent he was with me throughout the entire process, and how he took me seriously in what I wanted and never treated me with anything but respect even though I was a woman buying my first Real car. I could have purchased my car from any dealership in a hundred mile radius, and I still had a couple of backups in mind when I showed up at Kool for my test drive, but that level of integrity is what sold me on doing business with John, and by extension Kool Chevrolet.I am very happy with the vehicle I bought from them, and even though I hopefully wont have to replace her for a good while, I will definitely be doing business with them again.

I was driving up from Texas. I on a very tight schedule to get back .My GMC 3500HD is my work truck. I had just a small thing to be fix and I had called Dealership in lower West Michigan. Everyone kept telling me 2 to 3 weeks to fix a minor problem with my truck. But Kool Chevrolet came in just in time. They found the part I needed and got my truck in-and-out in the same day keeping me on schedule I really appreciate it. Their service parts department and technicians are top notch.

Bought a 2017 Tahoe from them back in March. Horrible experience. There were a couple of things they needed to fix and the service department did not do a good job. The Driver side light component needed to be replaced and they installed a third party part component rather than an OEM part. On their website, they advertise that they only use OEM parts but they did not. Be sure you verify this if you use them for service and double check their work with a fine tooth comb, they will try and pull one over on you to save them money. We could not replace the light bulbs on the Tahoe because the light component they installed did not fit OEM light bulb replacements. Even after showing them the difference in light components at the dealership they tried telling me that they used an OEM part. The Used Car Manager was with me and he knew what was going on so he got involved and that is the only way it got corrected.Also had vibration when braking and they tried telling me that they checked the brakes, everything was good and the vibration was due to the Anti Lock Brake System. After the Used Car Manager got involved, they found the rotors were bad and replaced them.They also screwed up the registration on transferring a plate from my old car to the Tahoe and now in July I am still dealing with the Secretary of State to get things straightened out.I would honestly just go to a different Chevy dealership or just skip Chevy all together and get another brand. Service and honesty is much better elsewhere. The Tahoe runs great now, but I would not deal with this location. My experience is that they are dishonest and the stereotypical car buying experience rings true here.Just bought a 2018 Mazda from Fox Mazda as my daughter is turning 16 and the experience was night and day. I also have a Wrangler from Fox Jeep and the experience is also top notch every time I go in to the dealership. I would honestly recommend just sticking with the Fox dealerships.

Everything about the experience was amazing and quick. Audrey made everything very easy and got us home with our new traverse when one of the sale managers, Scott, was not going to allow us to take our new vehicle home with us. I’d say that was the only negative. I’ve never heard of such thing. Pay for a vehicle but can’t take it home. I’ve bought three total vehicles from Chevy and that was a first.

I didnt buy my new SUV at Kool, but I refused to go back to where I bought it. I took it to Kool for an oil change. They were so nice and friendly. The service was fast and they made sure everything was going well. I will forever go to Kool for all my Chevy needs

I just got my first car all on my own, and as you know, the process of finding and buying the right car for you can be such a headache, but not here! I worked with John Davis, and I have never met a more genuine and transparent person! He went above and beyond to make sure that I got what I was looking for, and that I loved it! He held my hand through the entire process and answered all my questions no matter how silly they were (you can definitely tell he’s an awesome dad). I can’t recommend this place and this guy enough!!

Went in just looking and ended up buying from Kool two weeks later. Everything about the experience was great. Audrey was fantastic. She was personable, understanding, and exceptionally patient. She was never pushy, but always available to answer questions. It was a great experience and we are excited about the new vehicle!
