I dont know how theyre prices are so much lower than everyone elses but they are! Had 3 nice vehicles to pick from all priced great and they gave me 2,400 for my trade in when a dealer up the street was only willing to give 800! Thanks guys happy customer😊

I love my new car! 2 weeks after buying it the battery had trouble starting and I contacted the dealership and even though I bought it AS IS with no warranty they replaced it for free😁 and i got a great deal on my Ford Fusion thank you Rich and Cameron❤️

The worst place ive ever experiences the manager was amazing but the owner was absolutely horrid do not go to this place. you’ll regret it.

I went there to test drive a couple cars, they were all really nice. AC blowing, cars run smoothly, manager and owner were super helpful and very honest. There was a car I really wanted but it was still getting repaired/wasn’t quite ready to be sold, so they told me when it was ready they would call me. A week later I got a call and the car was ready, and asked if I was still interested. I went there and ended up getting the car, I’ve had it for 6 months now and have not had any issues!

Terrible independent contractors. was told the man advertising the vehicle was a mechanic, but works under an independent contract. Also, he knew what was wrong with the vehicle. Let us test drive it but made sure it was running before we got there & made sure they reset the engine light before we got there also. The engine light came on next time we turned the vehicle on & drove off the lot. Not even a mile down the road, battery died. They took care of the battery but once we learned what all the engine codes meant, they dont want to admit to selling me a known messed up vehicle when they advertised it as nothing mechanically wrong. The vehicle has transmission issues & mechanic says it has been bad for a while, the transmission fluid is black with metal in it. I am a mother of 5 kids whom I had with me when I bought the vehicle. I would say they have no kids themselves or a very cold heart & not a care for anyone but themselves. Very very disappointed with my experience.

Look the car over well before you buy. Went through a lot of trouble to hide decay. The guy told me he fixed the rockers and cab corners on a truck I looked at. Well he did but with spray foam and paint some cheap tin. Very deceptive for all the energy they put into hiding things they could have just fixed it right. I’d take your money and try another dealer. Scam artists.

Bought a vehicle from this location and experience was stressful but had amazing result, after purchasing the vehicle that the owner had obtained from another dealer it stopped working 3 days after. Let mitten motors know and they allowed me to take it into their mechanics to be inspected. Once the results were in there were quite a few fixes needed to be completed. The owner of mitten motors was kind enough to agree to pay for the repairs and didnt even make a profit from the purchase, also had to come out of his own pocket! So happy with the result and outcome of how things turned out, definitely a happy customer 😊

Junk cars for high prices

Recently purchased a 2008 Yukon XXL with only 120,000 miles for only $8,700!! My credit union was skeptical to give me the loan because it was so cheap they thought the title must be salvaged but nope clean title clean detailed and no exterior rust! Thanks Alex and Rich this place is under new management since December and the new owners are awesome and have the best prices on Division!

I recently purchased a 2013 All wheel drive dodge Journey in amazing condition for only 5,500! I thought there must be a catch?? I took it to the local muffler man and had it inspected and outside of normal wear and tear they couldnt find a single thing wrong! I asked why they had a few bad reviews online and their response made sense, theyre under new ownership! Thanks Rich and Alex they sold me $7,200 worth of SUV for 5,500 no strings attached! Id definitely recommend best looking and driving cars on Division!

Poor/No customer service. I set up an appointment with the lot manager Alex. I showed up 10 minutes early, however no one was at the dealership. They posted a note saying theyd be back soon. Upon waiting 30 minutes I gave up waiting.Now the truck...It had a FLAT TIRE! Can you imagine trying to sell a vehicle that isnt ready for a test drive? I noticed multiple other vehicles with flats. Beyond all of that, it was a previous smoker vehicle, and all the pictures on their site purposely hid the rust and tar grime.

I bought a vehicle from here in November. Had to have the transmission rebuilt in February, not even 3 months after I bought it. They claimed nothing was wrong with the transmission when I purchased the vehicle so they did not feel the need to try to help or trade . Very nice to your face while trying to get you to buy a vehicle. But I will definitely not be going back or recommending anybody to them.

I purchased a car from these mfs and I was told everything was good no issues, man i took the car for a inspection both control arms need to be replaced it’s leaking power steering bad and the exhaust.and this mfs lied about the miles mfs miles was way off.

I bought a 2010 Chevrolet Malibu and noticed when I got home 1 of my blinkers went out and 1 of my windshield wipers didnt work very well. I brought it back and the owner Rich had the office manager go across the street and purchase and new tail light and wiper and didnt charge me a penny! They repaired it on the spot and sent me on my way. Might not be a big deal to many but Im a 77 year old man. Thank you Rich

I bought my truck from here and was told nothing was wrong with it. bought it and drove it for 3 days and had to get a brand new motor put in. I called them to tell them what was going on and they didnt wanna help me in anyway i will never buy from them again or recommend anyone to.

Bought a car in February 2016. Was told everything was fine. I paid cash for it. Not even a month later I found out that the catalytic converter had been removed and I needed a new one (this is a crime in MI) and when I called I never received a return phone call. Found out many months later that the evaporation system is bad, along with several other very expensive problems. I have owned the car for 16 months and it is junk.

Ive owned my car for about a year and a half now. Ive had nothing but problems since the beginning. First it was a leaky windshield that caused the pad under the carpet to be soaked. (Nobody told me this! Just said it was probably from peoples snowy boots) Had to take that out and get a new windshield within a month of me owning it. Then it had an oil consumption problem and had to get that fixed by the Chevy dealership. Been tons of little things here and there. Some people will say typical maintenance, but I personally dont think 2 grand is your typical maintenance cost over a year. Very disappointed with Mitten Motors and will never go back.

It is easy to write a review when your mad. This review is NOT the case. I was a little worried after reading the reviews. I bout a truck from the sales man Owen. Alls i can say is this dude was strait to the point and the most REAL and honest guy that exsist in the used car salesman world. I Highly recomend using this guy. As soon as i got there he told me what was wrong with the truck and what he fixed. With buying any used car.....do your research. Get the car fax and take it in for your own personal inspection. Common sense people. I will be using him in the future for any other vehical. Thanks again Owen. Love the truck!!!

Bought my first truck from Matt, not pushy, just helpful and the price was great!

Drove 3.5 hrs away to go see a car. Was told that theres nothing wrong with the car. The car had tons of issues. Was rusting terribly in many spots, crack in window, rusting bad underneath for a 2011 vehicle, lied about the miles by 2000miles, stains all over the interior, poorly shifting transmission, needed new brakes. Must I say more.

Wouldnt say theyre exactly forthcoming with their online description of their vehicles...drove a long way to test a vehicle that sounded too good to be true...and it was. The front desk girl was friendly though.
