Nissan Titan wouldnt start, had it towed here. Its sitting in their parking lot, disabled, newer truck. Its likely a starter or something simple. They claim they cant even start to look at it until September (its currently July.) They dont care that this is the only vehicle to get back and forth to work or that Gezon is an hour from where we live. They offer no way to transport it to another dealership or shop. So here it sits, at a Nissan dealership and they are refusing to help for almost two months. We have to figure out a way to haul it across the state to another Nissan place that will hopefully work on it. Unbelievable how they treat Nissan customers, a very bad look for the brand and this business.

The most horrible online experience ever. Most uninterested staff ever.I went to the site to schedule maintenance, everything I tried didn’t work and the message I received was to call the service center. I figured they are booked due to Covid times. I needed an oil change anyways and with that you can’t schedule an appointment, it’s first come first serve. So I went down and explained that I need the oil change and wanted to schedule the recommended maintenance as I couldn’t get any where online. with scheduling.Completely blown off about the maintenance appt and as for the oil change, it was a 2 hr wait. I said I would come back as I had to pick up kids from school and then was told they can’t hold spots. I left and went down the street to Ford and got serviced within 15 mins. with the most friendliest staff ever. They shall get my 5 star-

My mother scheduled a service 4 weeks in advance to get a wheel bearing fixed. When she dropped off her car a day before the scheduled service (on Thursday), the service department said that the repair would be completed by next afternoon (Friday). They failed to say anything about not having the part and needing to order it. When we went to pick up the car on Friday, the work had not been completed yet they did not offer any loaner vehicle. However, they said that they were hoping to get the part on Saturday. When she called to follow up on Saturday, the service center was closed due to unforeseen circumstances. The person we spoke to on the phone said that there is nothing that can be done, and had no way of telling us when someone may be back in the service department. They do not have any options for a loaner vehicle and generally showed no interest in helping with the situation that they caused by being negligent. Avoid this business at all cost.

Bill Gazan is a liar and service department is the worst unmanaged in Grand Rapids. A total nightmare, Service department is one month behind and out of 6 dealerships called in Grand Rapids, Gezan was the only one with a months wait for car repair. Would never buy another car from Gezon nor would I send my worst enemy there. They sell you a car give and warranty and then youre on your own from there. You have to figure out everything else cuz they are no help to you whatsoever unless you happen to work with lying Bill Gezon as he takes you on a conniving ride

Terrible service. Called today to have a brake switch replaced on a Juke that I bought there and was told they are now scheduling into September--Its July 26th. Do not buy a vehicle here and expect them to service it. Doing the repair myself now I guess, so much for coverage

I needed to get a computer reset on my car and they were able to do it quickly. Everyone at this location was professional and nice. Will for sure return in the future.

Stopped into the dealership on Monday 11-1-20. Talked with Paul and Able about pairing my new phone with our car. While they help solve my problem my wife looked at the new inventory. These men were great to deal with. If your interested in a new car stop in and talk to them

They know the SUV details great. Bought mine out of town. Moved closer by. Came in for oil change. Left with my phone working for the first time ever. And I got all the safety stuff explained. They were so friendly and helpful. I wish I found them sooner.

The receptionist who answers their mainline is very professional over the phone. The reason why I am giving this place a two-star is because of their service department professionalism. I called their facility to get services done for my vehicle on a Friday. There wasn’t a team member to answer the phone at the time so I left a message Friday morning… hoping to get a return phone call later that day and even Monday morning. I never received a back back Friday (no big deal), so, I called back Monday morning and was transferred to the service department.The recepetionist stated all the mechanics were busy at the time and someone will contact me back later that day. This wasnt the case… I NEVER RECEIVED A RETURN CALL AGAIN. Tuesday, I call again to set up an appointment to get work done for my vehicle… I was sent to the service department again. The receptionist told me the mechanic who was going to looking into my vehicle was with a customer but once he was finished I will get a phone call… NO PHONE CALL.Today is Wednesday and I haven’t had anyone reach out. I think this is extremely unprofessional. The department could have been a little more professional when it comes to their customers. I am very disappointed in the type of service I received at Gezon Nissan.
