Clean, friendly staff and a great place to grab cheap gifts or cool t-shirts.

This location does NOT open until 11am! Hours say 10am here but that is not correct. Wasted my time and gas going here at 10am as they were still closed and hours on the door said 11am.

Just wanted to say this is a great place to shop, very good customer service from the people that work upfront near the registers. But I have one complaint, I always seem to see them waiting on their “managers”whenever it is due time to retrieve them, they are never around and when they are they sit and talk with each other. I do like shopping here but when I walk in an establishment and there is only one available person to help me look fro something in the back and he/she is only able to be in the register area it kind of is a turn off. This place would be a five star in my review but because of the lack of associates on the sales floor and the lack of management attention this is just a four star. I hope management or someone from five below sees this and does something to change my views. Until then, nothing.

This place is always a fun place to just browse if not buy all the cool things in!! Employees are super sweet and helpful!

I love this store but rarely go in because its a dangerous place for me! All my money disappears. I went there last Friday, August 14, and the place was the exact same as always - clean, well-stocked, and organized. I have always come across the nicest workers too, sometimes even just having great conversations on slower times. I really think this location is a keeper.

Just wish they had more tshirts. There sizes run small. Very nice ppl.

Everything really is $5 or less, love this place.

A great place to take the kids or teens. They have a large selection of toys and electronics such as headphones, charges, selfie sticks, party lights and more. They are the kings of cheap toys. Not all electronics are the highest quality but for the price they cant be beat.

This place used to be good but now they are nothing but posers. If you are expecting everything to be 5 and below you are going to be disappointed. Many things are not 7 or 10 dollars. Go back your old business model.

It was surprisingly clean. There are quite a few items that are not $5 below. Still what you would expect from a store where most items are $5 or less.

This store is great for children on a fixed income. My child gets 8 dollars a week. I just let her pick out 2 things and sometimes I come out ahead when items are 2-3 dollars, and when theyre 5, I just make her do more chores when we get home. Win/win

Covid 19 issue with customers not wearing a mask or trying to keep social distance. The management says they cannot someone from shopping because they are not wearing a mask.If anyone reading this post is an employee, please speak up and figure out a way for your personal health and the health of your family and friends.Will not return to 5 Below until Covid 19 has a vaccine.

This place must be an excellent 5 Below because I walk in and right back out after I see how long the lines are at the cash register.

Amazing customer service and great selection

The store was neat and the staff was friendly. They carry a wide range of items. Toys, games, some clothing items, books, art supplies, exercise mats, hand weights, electronic accessories....too much to name. Everything is priced $5.00 and under. Great place to shop for inexpensive gifts, especially if you are on a tight budget. Not all items are top quality (ie: much lighter weight fabric blanket material etc..) but not terrible for $5.00 or less.

We went to Five Below to get a plug for Android phone. they always have that stuff. they got covers they got anything you can think of I love the store.

I have been to this five below and the five below in Mount Pleasant.Comparing the stores.. this one is a little bit unorganized. But I did go a couple weeks before Christmas and it was really busy. I know how customers can be with making messes. Both stores had cool stuff something for everyone I feel like I could spend two hours in there and keep finding new stuff. My son loved the fidget spinner selection he loves the candy section. The employees at this location were very personable and very kind.

Most things are under $5 a few above. The quality is want you would expect from that price range.

Why is the manager in the back of store with one register open and line of fifteen people deep? Mind you its Xmas eve but the store opened at 7 a.m. and by 9 one reg open and 2 customer service reps. Manager needs more training, they should be up front instead of hidding in back!!

Surprised to find everything was $5.00 or below. Picked up a large bag of gummy bears at a good price and through in a wireless helicopter too. My Dutchness was overwhelmed.

I call this store the mini Walmart because it has every you need. Be careful and made sure you set a price limit before you go in. If not you might over spend there.

Was at the Centre Pointe Mall location in GR MI today. Watch a man stuff a bunch of items in his pants and walk out...when we finally found someone to tell, she just blew it off!! This is why we legitimate consumers end up paying so much!! Very discouraged after visiting this disorganized store. Two young girls working days before Christmas...wow!! Wont be shopping here again. Very disappointed!

Horrible service here especially the little Indian Mexican girl who is training the white man who will run the store in Muskegon SO HE SAYS. Dont hire people if all they are going to do is criticize. Dont post signs all over your store RETURNS FOR MERCHANDISE WITH OR WITHOUT RECEIPTS FOR WHATEVER DAYS. Best believe I will go to corporate and complain like no other when I go to the MUSKEGON ONE TO RETURN ANY USELESS ITEM FROM THE STORE. THE chargers I get are for my NOTE 3. I return them ever 3 weeks tops. Never had a complaint until now. Horrible service!!!!!!
