I drove all over the state looking for the perfect dress & ended up finding it at the Bridal Gallery! My best friend & sister in-law also found their dresses for their own weddings there years later! Gorgeous & unique selections!

I would never recommend this place to ANYONE not only did they almost have me in tears when handing me blue rings around dresses placed through out there store that had you looking at a dress that weren’t even close to my size and then had something snark to say I wasn’t going to try on dresses not in my size to make myself feel bad. ON TOP of the fact with my fibromyalgia I had to navigate putting on all these dresses leaving me feeling BEYOND defeated. 0/10

Measurements for bridesmaid dress were done incorrectly. Bridal Gallery ordered the dress one size too small in a dress that does not come with extra fabric in the dress to let out. The store did nothing for us. Just said since they could not let it out we would have to buy a new dress or try to order more fabric and pay the price of a new dress for fabric and alterations.After the sale....there was NO customer service. No response to 3 emails. No one even bothered to call us back. Spent $200 on a dress that they ordered wrong and they do nothing about it. Beware they do not order according to the manufacture of the dresses sizing...they just order what they think is maybe an average...but for a professional bridal store they should know better and order according to the manufacturer sizing.For more details on this check out BBB complaint file. The owner of this company is by far the MOST RUDE person!!!! Never seen such a disgusting manner of customer service. Obviously they hide behind a contract designed covers them and stick it to the customer. Be careful what you order from them, because unless you are 100% sure that dress will fit...good luck getting them to work with you to make it right!!!

They did an amazing job! They keep with in my budget and help me find the perfect dress! All the girls were super helpful and kind. I went over on my time because I was stuck between 2 dresses so they stayed a little after to help me get it all worked out. 2 hours later I have the dress of my dreams and its all thanks to the Bridal Gallery. They are a 12 out 10 on customer service, and the shop is just a great atmosphere! Thanks again for the help!

I cannot say enough how FANTASTIC my time was at Bridal Gallery. The staff was so kind and welcoming. My consultant, Sam, was absolutely amazing. Its almost like she could read my mind and kept pulling the perfect dresses for me to try on. She asked me to step out of my comfort zone a little bit and try on a dress with a style I originally didnt think I would like. Sure enough that ended up being the dress I picked! I could rave about my experience all day long. If youre looking for a place to get your dress, you cant go wrong here!

No one has the variety that Bridal Gallery has. Their staff does a wonderful job of listening and making sure your needs are met. Aubrey hand made my veil to match my gown. She also built up the neckline on the front and I was very happy with it.

Being a plus size girl I was very nervous and not really looking forward to dress shopping. The girls at Bridal Gallery were amazing, I had so much fun, found my dream dress and felt amazing! The alteration process was great, Aubrey is extremely talented. Thank you so much to all the girls that work at Bridal Gallery you know how to make someone feel special.

I found my wedding dress at Bridal Gallery and I love it! The employees were so helpful and not pushy. They listened to what I wanted and helped me find dresses for my unique occasion. I came to Bridal Gallery looking for a specific designer bridesmaid dress that my bride requested. Sam was our consultant. Cant say enough good things about her professionalism, honesty, knowledge of products, and positive, welcoming demeanor. She was a pleasure to work with. The store had nice fitting rooms with plenty of mirrors. She was willing to pull out as many dresses as I wanted to try on in the initial search. I would highly recommend Bridal Gallery and especially SAM! (P.S. Sam should get a raise for her fantastic work ethic!!!) Love the dress I ended up purchasing from Bridal Gallery!

I visited many bridal shops across Michigan. Although Bridal Gallery wasn’t as “elegant” as some, they have a large selection of dresses and AMAZING customer service.I had some college roommates with me and Sam ( who took care is us) gave them each 2 tags so they could tag dresses they wanted me to try on. This involved the entire group in the fun. Ultimately I chose a dress that my daughter had picked.COVID-19 hit and we can to cancel our Greece wedding and we chose an earlier date in Michigan than our initial event. I was panicked. Sam to the rescue - she assured me that she would do everything in her power and asked the owner Judy to get involved.I’m happy to say they got me my dress a month early and Judy personally called ( and sent a handwritten note) and sent it overnight.At the end of the day I’ll take great service over the “she-she” salons. Thank you Sam and Judy for making my dress experience so pleasant!

Well, I was able to get in very quickly. Called this morning and was actually late. When I called I asked if they had plus size dresses, and explained that I was a street size 20. They said yes. Well, that was not the case. They had a handful of dresses.... mostly samples... did not have many beautiful choices above a size 18. Personally I like to be able to at least try on a dress to envision myself in it. When I called I even told them the type of dress that i wanted. They said yes, its there. Problem is it is only in a size 18. Formal wear you have to size up. Coming away from this, I wish the shops would be up front and say if they cant accommodate you.... instead of just trying to get you into the shop. The person I had initially was very nice. The least person that helped me had a frown, or could have been frustrated. Go figure. How do you think I feel as a customer? I went to my car and called Bridal Elegance..... and they indeed had many dresses that I was interested In and in plus sizes. I have been there before. The staff was amazing, accommodating, and they had all the dresses in plus size availble to try on. It was extremely clean, and you cant even wear shoes in Bridal Elegance. No frowns in there. I would definitely recommend Brides in the Grand Rapids area of any size to go to Bridal Elegance instead of Bridal Gallery. Also, Bridal Gallerys Sample Dresses were extremely filthy...... not the case with Bridal Elegance. I went back and asked the young lady with her furrowed brow (Rachel) about an Allure Dress I had seen another young future bride. She gave me the info. Ive already called Bridal Ellegance.... they have those dresses in my size. Im glad I came to Bridal Gallery..... cause it gave me the experience of what a future bride does not want. Definitely would not recommended this establishment to anyone.

I bought my wedding dress here and it was the best experience. They dreamed with me and I picked it out and redesigned it into what I wanted. The seamstress here does phenomial work and reshaped the dress into what I had always wanted: a classic, modest and elegant dress. I would highly recommend this place to any bride looking to get a dress!

I splurged for a champagne appointment since I wanted all of my entourage there with me to help find the dress. It was totally worth it!! I am so glad they provide the opportunity to give a bride one on one service and really make her feel special. I am a plus sized bride and they had plenty of sample sizes for me to try on. Sam my consultant was so great! She was helpful, friendly, patient, interacted so well with me and my family and bridal party, and listened to my requests and budget. I highly recommend Bridal Gallery! The staff was amazing. I went to 3 other bridal shops and none of their customer service even compared to Bridal Gallery. My bridal consultant was Paula, and she was so sweet. She even wrote me a handwritten card after I found my dress and drew a little drawing of MY dress in the card. The shop looks small on the outside, but their selection is huge! I found way more options there than anywhere else I went. I could go on and on. I dont have anything negative to say! I loved my experience and would recommend it to anyone!

We had the most wonderful experience here! Great selection, warm atmosphere, but best of all the personal attention and expertise from the staff. I got my dress at Bridal Gallery and loved the experience and the dress. I went to Davids bridal as well and hates the experience and dress selection. At Bridal Gallery, I had one on one service the whole time, very friendly, personal, and their attention to detail was amazing. They listened to what I wanted, made suggestions when I needed but I didnt feel pressured or rushed. They were considerate of my budget and of what I wanted and found a dress that fit both. My friend got married a few years ago and got her dress there my bridesmaid dress so when I was looking for my wedding dress, I started there. I got so many compliments on my dress and my husband cried when he first saw me in it on our wedding day.

I visited four different bridal shops while looking for my dress. The service at the Bridal Gallery was by far the BEST! Their selection of dresses was amazing, offering the latest trends and styles. I tried on a LOT of dresses and my consultant, Rachel, was so patient and very helpful offering her professional opinion when asked which provided great insight that I wouldnt have otherwise had. I was blown away by the level of customer service from the moment I reached out to make my appointment to the weeks after I placed my order for my dress when I received a personal hand written card in the mail from Rachel thanking me for choosing the Bridal Gallery! She even drew a picture of my my dress!! I highly recommend ordering your dress from the Bridal Gallery. My bridesmaids will even get a discount for ordering now since I ordered my dress with them which I think is pretty cool! Thanks again, and Thank you Rachel for your excellent service. I tried dresses at several places and ended up buying my wedding dress here. Very welcoming atmosphere with a big selection. Katelyn did a great job learning my tastes and the seamstress who made all the modifications was also very helpful.

Myself and 2 of my sisters found our dream dresses here. This place is so wonderful and helpful. They have a wonderful variety of gowns and I think something for every style. The dress i picked is more than what I want to spend but I guess you can’t really put a price on something you love so much.

My sister and sister-in-law got their dresses from here last year and had an amazing experience both shopping and having alterations done! I also got a bridesmaid’s dress here and was extremely happy with how it turned out (I also used the seamstress and my dress fit like a glove even after I lost a little weight and had to have it taken in). My best friend purchased her bridesmaids dress for a wedding next month and also came back with me this year and said yes to her own wedding dress in February! Her dress is already amazing and I can’t wait to see the final product after she gets it altered. Love, love, love!

I purchased my bridal gown here from Paula and had alterations done by the seamstress, Aubrey. Paula helped me during a trunk show and was actually the one who picked out my dress! The alterations were completed perfectly and my dress fit great at the wedding. Definitely dont wait to schedule your alterations as they book up quickly! I also bought a bridesmaid dress here for a wedding coming up this September and it came super quickly and fit great. All I need is a hem!

This is THE PLACE to go if youre looking for beauty and elegance in a wedding dress!! This is also where to go for superior costumer service!! We were assisted and treated like we were long time friends, when in fact, wed just met that day. The owner and her staff were so kind and helpful! Actually, they were above and beyond. My daughters wedding date got moved up and we had to make some big changes! Not only did they jump in without complaint, they were so calm and reassuring to us when we were in all sorts of panic. I love this bridal company!! I also love that women are protected... When men choose to come, they provide seating in a separate area so that the women changing in & out of clothes dont feel uncomfortable. So everyone is accommodated!! Way to be, #BridalGallery❣️

This place has absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. They are so unbelievably rude. Even making the bride feel bad. The old lady I talked to on the phone was rude when I asked if my friend needed an appointment or if we could come check out their dress selection. When I told her we were on our way, she hung up on me. When we got there and told her the wedding was in 7 weeks she made rude remarks and had ugly facial expressions about how soon the wedding was. When we came in for the fitting and the soon to be bride had her fiance come in to make a payment she made rude comments to her. The alterations lady was also rude when my friend came in for an alteration fitting. Stay away from this place if youd like to receive pleasant customer service or any help at all. We found our own dresses. The people here are very unprofessional and the place is dirty which makes all the sample dresses dinghy and dirty looking on the bottoms where they drag on the floor, then they sell these dresses for over $500 plus any alteration costs. I would give a negative star if I could. Judgmental jerks here. I will be sure never to recommend this place. Word of terrible business spreads faster than wild fire. Remember that!

I was thrilled with my experience at Bridal Gallery! After purchasing a dress in Toronto, only to have it come in sized WAY too small and unable to alter based on the sheer lace and bodice design. I had 6 months to get a dress and I was scared. My girlfriend recommended me to come and try out Bridal Gallery and set me up with Kate, who took SUPREME care of me! I was treated with respect, attention to detail, she made wonderful suggestions based on my tastes and I found the most lovely gown. She even asked me to bring in my dress that was too small to see if their seamstress, Aubrey, could do something with it.Once the gown came in (close to the time we left but she was on it contacting Allure about shipping and updating me) and the fittings began, we had some challenges with the fabric itself (crepe) and it took 3x of fittings before we got the fit. Aubrey was outstanding in understanding the delicacy of the fit and my nerves surrounding using the dress for both a beach wedding and a formal, high-heel reception. They brought me peace of mind, and THAT is worth its weight in gold when it comes to bridal shopping. Thank you, Bridal Gallery, and especially Kate and Aubrey! Skip Davids bridal and shop these guys - you wont be disappointed (which is why all the reviews are 5 stars) A+A+A+A+A+

Ive never received something like that from a business, especially after already making a purchase. It made me feel great that they took the time and effort to write a letter like that. Bridal Gallery went above and beyond to help me find my wedding dress. It was the first shop I went to (after a big chain store). In total I went to 6 different shops, trying on 8-12 dresses at each one. Bridal Gallery and the dress I found there stuck in my mind. I actually went there 3 separate times to try on the dress before I bought it! Each time Bridal Gallery staff were very friendly and accommodating. I never felt pressured into buying any of the dresses. They wanted to make sure I felt comfortable and loved the one I was going to purchase. My consultant made me feel very comfortable and never was far away if I had a question. They have a huge selection of dresses and their prices are competitive. They provided exceptional service, far beyond what any other shop had.

I loved my experience there! I did not end up buying my dress there (a difficult decision!) but was very pleased with their service. Sam is awesome!! I highly recommend working with her!

Let me start this by saying I went to Bridal Gallery first (and was positive I’d get my dress from them) because they were the only place in the area that carried a dress I had my eye on. Staff started off very awesome, and I thought I had found my dream dress, with some custom work needing to be done. Monday they called and said the designer wasn’t able to do the customization like they thought (not there fault) and they were accommodating for me coming in that day to look at some other dresses, but being disappointed about my dream dress I scheduled an apt for Wednesday when some bridesmaids could go with me. About 15 minutes into my appointment myself and my bridesmaids started to feel like Alex felt we were more of a burden than anything. As I narrowed in on a dress, my friends seemed to be a better stylist than Alex was. Alex didn’t offer to jack me up, or help with finding a belt or hairpiece (which was odd she wasn’t pushing to upsell). Add onto one bridesmaid of mine is plus size and none of us felt The staff was very professional when they measured her. Long story short my bridesmaid will have a hard time finding a dress to fit her. I wished somebody would’ve shown me what area had dresses that fit her, so I could’ve had a better idea. Instead the situation was handled as “there is a limited selection of dresses that will fit”. It made my bridesmaid feel self conscious and the whole process didn’t seem very bridal. On a whim I went to a local bridal boutique and after expressing my previous experience at bridal gallery they pulled a dress that hit every “want” of mine first pull. I purchased the dress on the spot, and my bridesmaids are picking out there dresses tomorrow as the boutique carries a wider array of designers who’s size charts accommodate my curvy girl-which isn’t the staff at bridal gallery’s fault, although they should carry a handlful of bridesmaid designers.( We got our measurements from bridal gallery to ensure all my girls can be included in whatever dress we pick). Overall my experience wasn’t bad but it wasn’t over the moon amazing either.

Service here was wonderful. They were patient with me while I figured out what I wanted and made the whole experience special and memorable. Being able to get my alterations in house was very convenient and they did an awesome job. I felt so beautiful on my wedding day in my dress. I have already recommended them to many friends and would recommend them to anyone looking for a wedding or bridesmaids dress.

Both my bridesmaids and I purchased our dresses from here. Staff was kind, professional and attentive. We worked with Katelyn, and I was very impressed with her ability to pull several dresses that I loved after just a brief explanation of what I pictured. She was also helpful in offering her opinion when I asked without being pushy or intrusive. Ordering process was seamless and we did not feel pressured to purchase from there even though they had spent quite a bit of time with us. Over all a great experience.

This past fall I came here to shop for bridesmaid dresses for my friends wedding. All of the staff was incredibly friendly and helped show us which dresses would be good for our individual budgets and body types. Our consultant Katelyn was so awesome, friendly and listened to everything we wanted- so I came back a few months later for my own wedding dress and asked for her by name. She did a great job balancing what I was looking for with what my mom and friends thought looked best. A few weeks ago when my dress came in she even spent some extra time with me to try it on and to help me decide on a veil that would match perfectly. I love supporting a local business, especially when they make it easy by doing their job so well.

I had a great experience at Bridal Gallery and found my dress there. The selection was great, but the organization by style kept it from feeling overwhelming. The Associate that helped me, Rachel, was very calming and helpful, but not pushy. They were very straightforward in explaining the ordering, payment and fitting process.

I had the best experience here. Was very worried about finding a dress and put it off a long time. The day I went in I had Katelyn consulting with us and she is just WONDERFUL. I chose 6 dresses to try and they were beautiful on the rack but just not right for me. Katelyn went and pulled a dress for me and it was perfect and became the one. She also helped me pick the perfect veil and bridesmaids dresses when it was time. I could go on all day about my great experiences there. I believe my consultants name was Caitlin (sorry Im horrible with names). She was super chill & very friendly, she made me feel very comfortable. I like that I got to go through & look at all the dresses on my own and pick them out. HUGE selection here & has something for everyones price point. The salon itself looks a little old & may need some updating but everything else was great.

One of my best friends purchased her wedding dress at Bridal Gallery, and we also bought our bridesmaids dresses here! Everything was beautiful (she looked amazing in her dress at the wedding)! We also shopped at Bianka Bridal, and felt that we had much better service and selection at Bridal Gallery. The staff was great - the consultants we worked with were helpful but not pushy. And there are sooo many dresses to choose from! Most of us also did our alterations with their seamstress, Aubrey. She was very knowledgeable and did an amazing job making sure our dresses fit perfectly! I bustled my friends gown at the reception, and it stayed perfectly all night. 10/10 would recommend!

This store is great! I went all over West Michigan looking for a newer style of dress and was having terrible luck. When I came to Bridal Gallery, not only did they have the kind of dress I was looking for, but they had a whole aisle of them! They have the best selection of any bridal salon I went to in Grand Rapids and their staff is great. Plus, my dress came in over a month early. I would recommend this store.

I cant say enough good things about Bridal Gallery. They have a huge selection of dresses and have knowledgeable staff to help assist. I am tall (60) and the lady who was helping me, directed me to a designer that adds extra length in there gowns. This designer fit me great and now I dont need to get extra length added on my dress! No way I would have known this, if she hadnt helped. Luckily my dress came in super quick as I was moving out of town. When I went to pick it up, another associate spent significant time with me discussing what to look for in a good seamstress and figuring out how to order a veil. I went to several other dress shops around town and felt that this was by far the best and most knowledgeable staff.

This was my first day trying on wedding dresses, ever. Bridal Gallery was the second store of the day. I had an amazing experience at the first store (which will stay unnamed). I got my hopes up that all stores would be equally amazing, but Bridal Gallery didnt hold up to my expectations. Sure, the dresses were organized well (in rows based on style of dress). This was convenient. I liked being able to tag the dresses I liked and having the consultant put the dresses in the dressing rooms. Other than that, I wasnt impressed. The bridal consultant barely helped me at all - and I found it irritating that I had to take every dress off the hanger myself, zip it myself, and put it back on the hanger all by myself. It sounds like a minor detail, but at the first store they did all of this for me (which I really appreciated). I definitely wont go back to take a second look at Bridal Gallery.

Best Experience Ever! Everyone here is so helpful, and sweet! They have something for everyone, and help you through the whole process. With all the busy planning and craziness going on they sure made this part of it fun, and very laid back and great!

My overall experience with Bridal Gallery was extremely underwhelming. The overall appearance of the store is very unimpressive; almost dirty. We got there a few minutes before we opened and the consultant told us we would have to wait which was totally fine; but then the other consultant came out and checked us in right away. I wasnt asked what I was looking for, anything about our wedding, or even what my price range was. We were given hooks at set loose on the floor. I can say that this is a different idea than what you expect, and would even make a lot of sense, if the dresses were more reflective of the cost range youd expect for this type of service. Some of the dresses had photos of the model wearing it which was extremely helpful, but most of them did not. I am a pretty average size woman that usually wears a size 12 dress, and most of the sample sizes were that size or smaller. However, bridal dresses run smaller than regular dresses and only ONE of the dresses that we pulled was even close to fitting me. Room is a kind word to use for the fitting area. Its very small and there is a curtain in place of the door. On top of all of this, the consultant didnt really help at all as far as getting in and out of the dresses, luckily I had a friend there to help me. She pulled a few more for me to try but they werent even remotely close to what I was trying to tell her I wanted to see. We came out to check for some more dresses since we found a silhouette we did like in the ONE that fit me, and the consultant said, Ok, you kind of liked this one? Let me write it down for you and we hope to see you back in. It felt very much like we were being shooed out, and we hand only been there maybe 45 minutes. Luckily, we had an appointment for Bridal Elegance on Cascade later today and I found THE dress there!

So helpful!! Alex and Paula were AMAZING! But unfortunately they didn’t have the dresses I saw online. But because of how many options they had I still found a bridesmaid dress.

After a very unhappy trip to a big box bridal shop and purchasing a dress I just wasnt in love with, I stopped at Bridal Gallery on a whim. Katelyn helped me and gave me the experience I hadnt gotten before - a proper measurement, advice and suggestions and great feedback. She was very sweet and helpful. The only thing missing was my friends and my mom and sister! I bought a new dress that I love and felt very comfortable with. I just wish it had been my first stop when I had all my girls with me. Thank you so much for the great experience! Cant wait to get my dress!!!

Bridal Gallery has such a great selection of dresses in a wide range of prices. I ended up finding my dress here, and it is exactly what I pictured and I stayed within my budget! The store is very nice and organized by silhouette to make it easy for you to find dresses you like. I would highly recommend them as a great place to search for your wedding dress!

Decided the check this place out on a whim since it seemed to get good reviews on The Knot and was open at a convenient time for me. When I first arrived the place looked dirty but it seemed to have a large selection of dresses. While the selection is large, and the dresses are reasonably priced, the experience left a lot to be desired. I was asked if I wanted a strapless bra to try on dresses. The one I was given looked dirty, Im not sure how many girls try these on before they wash them. My consultant was not very helpful and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her in some way. If youre expecting the typical bridal salon experience you will not get that here. You are responsible for getting the gown off the hanger, getting yourself in the gown (they will clip you in), getting yourself out, and getting it back on the hanger. Granted these are minor things, but I think this is probably a major reason why their sample dresses are so beat up. If they took the time to provide a little more assistance their dresses would probably be in better condition. My consultant was pretty unhelpful and didnt really ask any questions as I was trying on the dresses to get a better idea of what I liked or didnt like. After I finished trying on the dresses I picked, I asked her if she had any suggestions for dresses I may have overlooked. She said not really and was ready to let me leave until another consultant asked if she could help. Maybe this was just my consultant as there was another bride there at the same time and her consultant seemed to be working very hard pulling different dresses and making additional suggestions to her. All in all I would say this was the worst out of all the bridal salons Ive been to.

Amazing staff! I have never met such an amazingly skilled seamstress who altered my dress! I also loved that the isles of dresses are by style it made my first time trying on wedding dresses much easier than worrying about the size

They were very nice and helpful!! I was able to ask many questions and have them all answered. They listened to my needs and concerns. I was able to find a dress my first time and it was in my price range. I got the recommendation from my cousin- and I will recommend others as well!!

I didnt have an appointment when I was looking for Bridesmaid dresses and they got me right in. The service was great and the staff was very helpful. I ended up getting the dresses from here and they have done a great job of keeping me informed of what is going on. I would recommend you to check them out to see what they have.

I just came in looking for a wedding dress. Over hearing the consultant in front of me she was telling a future bride to stay away from section 8 because she definitely wasnt a big girl for the plus size section. Came off rude to me because that would be the section I would need to look in.When she saw me she assumed I was there to pick something up, which I wasnt. I told her Id like to try on dresses she said she could try to look into a appointment for me. I will definitely keep my appointment at Davids Bridal so much for trying out a smaller shop.

Super helpful staff, wonderful atmosphere and a awesome selection of dresses! They helped us find the best flower girl dress! I would recommend them anytime!

While I did not go to shop for myself, I was with a friend and her family, including her brother and his wife. Her brother was not allowed in the back area closer to the dressing rooms because he was a man. When politely asked why this rule existed, since it was not an actual changing area but simply closer to the changing rooms, the staff seemed defensive, and stated that it was simply a rule they had. This changed the experience for the future bride, because now she had to walk between tight rows of dresses from one side of the building to the other if she wanted to show her brother one of the gowns. None of us were sure where to stand without isolating others from our group. A needless and old-fashioned rule inconvenienced everyone involved.

I had such a good experience here. They took great care of me and the alterations to my dress were perfect. So glad that I bought here rather than a chain bridal store.

This company is wonderful! They were so helpful and kind. We loved every minute of this process. They have an in store seemstress which we are also using and she is wonderful as well.

I hope this will help get the word out about this unfortunate incident. I am very upset and astonished by the behavior of the employees/manager/owner at BRIDAL GALLERY ON 44TH STREET. After having all of the bridesmaids dresses purchased there, One of my bridesmaids Kat continued her services there by getting her dress altered. Not only did the dress not fit properly after doing three alterations but they were extremely rude! Not only was she told to go on a diet (by a lady rather larger in size from herself) she was also talked down to many times by the alterations lady. Upon her arrival today, hoping the dress would fit as the wedding is two weeks away, of course it did not and Im sure you can imagine the frustration. At this point Kat got on the phone with me to ask what she should do and I asked her to get a manager. What I heard from this point was unbelievable. The manager not only backed her alterations lady 100% but she said that Kat offended her by asking too many questions. When Kat tried to tell her about the lady being rude, the Manager asked who she was on the phone with and why and said well isn’t that rude? When Kat finally decided enough was enough and she would no longer be doing business there and we would not be paying for any more alterations the manager waved her hand in Kats face and told her to “Take your f****** dress and get out of the store.” I had to ask Kat what she just said because I could not believe my ears; I could not believe this woman was a manager. This behavior is uncalled for and very unprofessional.

We love Bridal Gallery! My two older sisters and I have all gotten our dresses through this store and they have been so helpful and so fun throughout the whole process. I highly recommend this store!

Bridal Galley has a huge selection, but I have been disappointed with the service both times I’ve been. I made an appointment roughly 2 weeks ago for my 5 bridesmaids and I but upon arrival the consultants put me in an extremely awkward position when they were talking in front of me which consultant was going to be able to help our group. When a consultant finally agreed to take on our group, she seemed reluctant as if our appointment was an inconvenience and didn’t introduce herself. Instead of asking me what my wedding colors were- she set me and my 5 bridesmaids loose to shop through hundreds of gowns and then said from there we could figure out which ones came in my color. Why would I waste my time searching through and trying on dresses that didn’t come in my color?!? When we went to the back to try on dresses we were given ONE FITTING ROOM for 5 women!!! Our consultant apologized and said, “sorry, it’s really busy today!” Which I appreciated, but WHAT IS THE POINT of making an appointment (weeks in advance) if you don’t have space for me or my wedding party when we arrive?!? We decided that my maid of honor would try dresses on and then the rest of us would decide ‘yay’ or ‘nay’ but there wasn’t even a place for us to sit down! Our consultant seemed to be very busy and I ended up clipping the dresses that were too big. All in all, I quickly decided to take my business elsewhere because Bridal Galley didn’t have the time, energy, or space to give to me or my bridesmaids EVEN THOUGH we made an appointment weeks in advance. Sadly, I will not be returning to Bridal Galley.

The first time we went in they were great. The woman we dealt with was lovely (hence the extra star). I did find a dress that I liked, however I had multiple alterations questions that went unanswered. However, when we called to ask about alterations and some follow up questions the management we dealt with was AWFUL. It seems as though they have some SERIOUS upper management issues. I really wish the dress that I like wasnt there.

As a bigger bride, I understand it can be hard to keep dresses in my size in stock to try on...however, not having any in my size? Unprofessional and makes me feel like I dont deserve to be beautiful on my day. I am a size 24 dress. The sales lady who helped me, was RUDE, just to say the least! I was not even offered any help from her either. I wanted to buy my dress here, as well as my bridesmaid dresses because it is local and in a very convenient location and not to far of a drive. Plus, they had the dress I wanted and had fallen in love with. Not a store if you are a bigger bride to go to, especially if you are looking to try one on. I went and looked at another store and tried on 7 dresses, and I got help from the sales lady and had a really positive experience. I went to Alfred Angelo off 28th St. Wasnt really excited about taking my business to a chain bridal store, but had a WAY better experience. Plus, they had the proper undergarments to help try on dresses properly.

IF YOU SEE THE IN HOUSE SEAMSTRESS **PROS:She has worked with the dresses in the store many times, my particular dress she has worked with several timesCONS:I was a younger customer and I feel that she didn’t take me seriously when it came to how tight I needed the dress.She told me that most brides gain weight before their big day, and I insisted that I know my weight wouldn’t fluctuate. I know my body.After a SECOND alteration that I payed for to make it tighter..(in the fitting she clipped it perfect).. She still didn’t make it tight enough. On my wedding day the spaghetti straps on the dress supported all the weight of the ballroom dress, and in my photos my skin was red. When I saw my self in the mirror my mid section made me feel like a tree trunk because it didn’t hug my body properly.She was too booked up for a 3rd alteration, and I was frustrated with how much money I’ve spent on alterations this far.I payed 900 for the dress and about 350 for all alterations.

Staff is nice, a little overwhelming in this shop. Doesnt feel as private/special. as other bridal boutiques. But great selection and high quality dresses here

They have an awesome selection of Bridesmaids and Bridal Gowns, and is plus size friendly with a great selection to try on! You MUST go here! It is not a dump, by any means, they have an excellent assortment of dresses, and I think being busy is a good sign! It means people want to do business with them, and why wouldnt they? I have nothing but good things to say about this place!

I was unable to find the bridesmaids dresses I was looking for, but the lady who helped us was very helpful in pointing us in the right direction for what I was looking for.Unfortunately there is not a huge selection of flower girl dresses, so coming here for that was a bust. But overall great service for just walking in on a busy Saturday.

This store has a lot of variety, and brides can choose their own dresses to try on (which really appealed to me as I had no idea what I wanted). The dresses are sorted by style, and there is also a sale rack with some really great deals.This was the second bridal shop I went to, and I fell in love with one of the dresses on the sale rack. The dress was originally a $1200 dress, and I got it for $300... which made me ecstatic.One thing I will say about this shop is that you will want to have your mom, maid of honor, or friend go with you. The attendants will bring the dresses you select to the changing area for you, but may not have time to help you into and out of dresses if the shop is busy.

Im not sure how this place has an overall 3.7 rating. I was a bridesmaid and ordered and paid for my dress in full 9 months before the wedding. Bridemaids that ordered their dresses after me all got their dresses. They seemed irritated whenever I would call and check on the status of my dress. I expressed my concerns of needing alterations because I had lost 20 pounds since the initial order. They assured me they could get me in and altered. I get the dress TWO weeks before the wedding and of course, their seamstress was booked and they basically told me I was out of luck. I found someone else to alter my dress and it was finished the day of the wedding. Fast forward to today - my friend purchased a dress and needed alterations for a wedding from here, scheduled an appt and while in the fitting room, they come in and ask her name telling her they accidentally booked her and they cant do hers and she needs to go else where for alterations. So unprofessional and they are unapologetic! Biggest inconvenience. I would suggest going elsewhere and not giving this place your business.

Bridal Gallery was so wonderful to work with. Their whole staff was very knowledgable and so kind. They have a wide selection of beautiful dresses so it made choosing one hard but I found the perfect dress there.
